    another fantastic podcast Melissa. There is not alot of information out there about the ketogenic diet so it’s good to hear from the best about how this is beneficial for optimum health. My naturopath told me to go on this diet 5 years ago, and its only really taking just being talked about here in Australia now. thankyou again for offering such amazing knowledge and information. Quick question, you have had Dr. Mercola and Dave Asprey on your show now, both with similar nutritional recommendations. Do you and your husband follow Dave’s Bulletproof diet or Dr. Mercola’s specifications in Fat for Fuel? Just curious what has worked for you all!

    • So glad you love the show Shanna and thanks for listening. I kind of follow those ways but make it The Melissa Ambrosini version. That means I tune into my body. I always listen to my body and follow suit. I believe that’s key as we are all so unique and different. Does that make sense?

    Great interview, so many gems from Dr Mercola! Melissa you mentioned that you wake up with a sunlamp rather than an alarm clock.
    I would assume that the brand you use has no EMF?

    Something is plaguing me. My naturopath tells me to follow the Blood Type diet. My blood type is blood type 0, so meat is important but coconut milk/cream/oil is considered an AVOID option. This is very disappointing for me because I love Bulletproof coffee and and snacking on coconut yoghurt and fat bombs. How does the blood type diet fit in with MMT? If you can answer this I would hugely grateful.
