The BEST Podcasts For Health, Wealth And Love

I personally LOVE getting recommendations from people I admire and trust — from books and podcasts, to places to eat and travel, send the reccy my way any day! That’s why today, I’m stoked to be sharing my all-time favorite podcasts on health, wealth and love in the hopes that you will gain as much insight and wisdom from them as I have.

Podcasts have become one of my absolute favourite ways of consuming content. I particularly love how intentional they allow you to be with your listening — which is in stark contrast to so many radio shows and chat stations, that seem to just talk rubbish, play pranks on people, and fill you up with advertising chatter… totally not my style.

I prefer to use my time wisely, and to feed my mind with positivity, wisdom and knowledge instead. That’s why when I am driving, I am almost always listening to a podcast. I love them, and over the years have gained so much knowledge from them. And because knowledge is the first step in transformation, at every single opportunity I can, I dive into a podcast to expand my mind and learn from the best. I am a student for life and haven’t even touched the surface with the amount of knowledge and wisdom that’s out there.

Knowledge is the first step to transform your life.

So, here they are my darling (in no particular order) — the best podcasts I LOVE the most.

[It goes without saying that my podcast The Melissa Ambrosini Show should be at the top of your list. It's my favourite of course.]

For Health

Bulletproof Radio — This podcast is jam-packed with next-level health info, epic interviews, the BEST bio-hacking tips and tricks, and cutting edge science from studied-up peeps. My husbo and I are both massive fans.

ReWild Yourself — Hosted by my friend Daniel Vitalis, this one’s great for paradigm-busting interviews, great ancestral and pre-agricultural history, and up-to-date health info. I can feel my mind expanding when I listen.

The Wellness Guys Show — I’ve been on this podcast and got to chat with these three wonderful men on a few occasions, and I can tell you that they’re as fun, sweet and smart in real life as they are on the show. Listen to this podcast for bite-sized nuggets of info and great interviews. Their episodes are usually only 30 minutes long, which is great if you have a short car trip or are going for a quick walk.

Revolution Health Radio — Hosted by one of my go-to wellness experts, Chris Kresser, this podcast is known for debunking common health myths through in-depth science, epic interviews, and the latest wellness info around. I always walk away with a head crammed full of new insights and ideas.

Ben Greenfield — This one is my newest obsession, thanks to my husbo. This podcast is full of smart interviews and life-changing information that everyone needs to hear.

Up For A Chat — Listening to this podcast is like sitting around a table with three of your besties to chat all things wellness. I love when they go ‘down the rabbit hole’ on the big issues facing modern society, and they’re fab if you feel like a hearty laugh along with your health info. I’ve also been on this podcast if you want to check it out.

Low Tox Life — Another goodie for great interviews and digestible information that leaves you feeling ready to make some positive change in your own life.

For Wealth

Broad New World —This podcast is next level amazing! It's daily bite-size episodes that will propel you into your day with inspiration and motivation. It covers everything from health, wealth, business, spirituality, soulful sex, entrepreneurship and so much more. You are gonna love it!

The Tim Ferriss Show — This show took podcasts to a whole new level for me. Tim interviews world-class performers from a diverse array of fields (think: investing, sports, business, art, etc.) to deconstruct their success and get inside their brains.

The School of Greatness with Lewis Howes — A super sweet guy with an amazing story, Lewis is the perfect person to conduct these fantastic deep-dive interviews. He started the show as a way to share things that we’re not taught at school, but really should be, so everything’s highly actionable and practical. From mindset to motivation to strategy, this podcast is a truly inspiring listen.

The Smart Passive Income Podcast — Got your own biz? Or perhaps you want one? Patt Flynn delivers epic tips and tricks for anyone in the online business space.

Beautiful Writers Podcast — This smart, soulful podcast is devoted to digging into the habits and mindsets of some of the greatest writers on the planet. Guaranteed to give you all the feels!

Online Marketing Made Easy with Amy Porterfield — For anyone who has an online biz, I can’t recommend Amy’s podcast enough. She’s someone who’s truly walking her talk, and I love hearing her insights on the latest trends and strategies in the online world.

Addicted2Success —  For epic interviews with some of the greats, you can’t go past this motivating show. Guests like Tony Robbins, Deepak Chopra and Gabrielle Bernstein share the behind-the-scenes insights on how they ‘made it happen’. Dare you not to feel pumped afterward.

ProBlogger Podcast — Darren Rowse has been blogging since 2002, so you can bet your sweet patootie that he’s got a wealth of absolute gold to share about building an online empire and creating compelling content. If you’re a budding blogger, this is a must-listen.

The Tony Robbins Podcast — For all sorts of epicness this podcast will never disappoint. I often find myself in tears or with full body goosebumps whilst listening to this one.

For Love

Good Life Project — Jonathan Fields is one of the most thoughtful, insightful guys on the planet. These interviews are chock-full of heart-fuelled inspiration — the kind that makes you feel determined to live your purpose and make a difference. Listen to my episode on it here.

Love Sex Desire with Susana Frioni — You know I’m all about embracing my inner feminine, right? Well, this podcast is like my bible for radical wisdom on all things love, sex, desire, and divine yin energy. Prepare yourself for epic interviews, great advice, and unwavering permission to unleash your inner goddess. Check out my interview here.

Magic Lessons with Elizabeth Gilbert — I loved ‘Big Magic’, Liz Gilbert’s amazing book on creativity. This podcast is essentially her bringing that book to life. She chats with real-life people who are struggling with a creative problem, then brings on one of her famous friends to chat through the issue. (Hint: almost everything comes down to fear, and ain’t no one better at busting through fear than Ms Eat Pray Love herself!)

Love Life Show with Rebecca Dettman and Jane Donovan — This podcast is the closest you can come to sitting in a goddess circle without leaving the house. Sacred spirituality, self love, and the divine feminine are three common themes… of course I was gonna get hooked!

So there you have it, sista! My favorite podcasts, full of juicy listening goodness.

Now I would love to hear from you, beautiful. What is your number one all-time fave podcast and why? Share with me in the comments below and together, let’s create a long and epic list of awesomeness that we can refer back to whenever we need some extra inspiration.

As always, thank you so much for being here. Thank you for showing up for you, and for wanting to grow and expand. I bow down to you.
