Some seasons don’t ask you to adjust one thing. They ask you to rebuild the whole structure at once. That’s where I am right now. We’re selling our home, I’ve just finished breastfeeding Prince, and I’m rethinking how we educate our kids and what I want my business to look like next.

So today I’m sharing it all, unfiltered. If you’ve been curious what’s actually going on behind the scenes of my life right now you are going to love this episode.

Are you ready, beautiful?

Hello, and welcome back to the show. I’m so excited for this episode, because it has been way too long since I have done a life update and Q&A episode. I posted on my Instagram stories and asked you to send in your questions, and you did not hold back. I’ve got a huge list here, [00:01:00] covering everything from our house, to health, to business, to some very personal parenting questions.

So today, I’m going to answer all of it. But first, let’s start with the life update, because there’s a lot to catch you up on. Firstly, I posted on my Instagram story that we are selling our house, and you were shocked. Now, let me just confirm, yes, we are selling our house. If you wanna buy it, send me a DM and I’ll send you the details.

But the reason we are selling it, we have been in here now for over a year and a half, and we love it. It’s beautiful. It is everything that we wanted. It’s stunning. We love it. It’s awesome. And we really, really want to travel. Here’s the thing. So for the past six years, I have not left Australia. I love travel so much.

Now, prior to the six years, we would [00:02:00] go to Europe most years. We would go to America. We have lots of work and lots of friends in America, so we would go to America, we’d go to Europe. We did lots of travel. I love travel. I get lit up by travel. Then I got pregnant with Bambi six years ago. COVID happened. I had Bambi.

And by the way, I don’t fly when I’m pregnant. I just don’t. I don’t want any of the radiation or the EMFs, so I don’t fly. So we were trying to get pregnant, wasn’t really flying. I was doing little trips, but I really, really wanted to be pregnant. And so then I got pregnant with Bambi, and obviously didn’t fly while I was pregnant, then had Bambi.

And anyone who is a mother will know that when you have a baby, you really wanna nest and be grounded. So I didn’t wanna fly for a couple of years. However, Nick was itching to go overseas. He was itching. He was like, “Let’s go.” And every cell in my body was saying, “No. No, no, no.” When she was around two and a half, [00:03:00] you know, for most of Bambi’s life up until then, she was very, very attached to me.

When she was around two and a half, Nick went to Europe, and I was considering going. However, the thought of flying with a toddler for 24 hours, like, to go from Australia to Europe is long. It is really long. Like, you’re doing, like, 15-hour legs. Like, it is really long. Bambi was very attached to me. She’s still beautifully attached to me, but very attached to me.

And I thought, “Okay, so flying for 24 hours with a toddler who is going to just be on me and not wanna go to Papa,” like, I just thought, “Maybe this is not the right time to go to Europe.” Then I finished breastfeeding Bambi, I got pregnant again, had a miscarriage, then got pregnant with Prince, and then had Prince.

So literally, for, like, the last six years, maybe even more, I have not left Australia. [00:04:00] I am bursting to travel, to be in the Mediterranean, to potentially go and live over there for three or four months, to go to LA and Austin and Nashville. Nick’s music producer lives in Nashville. So this is one of the reasons why we are selling.

We wanna travel more and explore and go on adventures, and our kids are little. It’s, like, the perfect time to do this. So that is the reason why we are selling our house. We love it. We built this house as a dream house. We built it to be in it forever, but things change. And guess what, my friend? You are allowed to change your mind.

Yep, you’re allowed to change your mind about anything, and we changed our mind. We were like, “We want to travel.” So we’re really excited about that. So if you do wanna buy our house, if you’ve watched our dream home tour, I’ll put the link in the show notes, but if you’ve watched that and you wanna buy our house, I’m not even joking, like, you can DM me.

It’s, like, I’ll [00:05:00] send you the details. So that is why we are selling, and we are so excited for the next chapter and to take our kids out and to homeschool them while we’re out. We are always going to come back here. Most of our family lives in our city, which is amazing, absolutely amazing. My parents, Nick’s parents, my brother, Nick’s brother, Nick’s sister.

My sister is the only one that doesn’t live in this city, but we will always come back here. It is stunning. It is paradise. It is utopia. It is the most magical, beautiful place on Earth. And after spending the last six years not leaving Australia, I am ready to go and explore. I’m ready to potentially go and live in Ibiza for three months, or Mallorca for three months, or the Greek Islands, or Somewhere in Italy.

Like, we are so excited. And we want to spend a lot more [00:06:00] time in LA, Austin, and Nashville. We’ve got lots of friends there. Like I said, Nick’s music producer is there. So that is why we are selling, and our rough plan. And you know what? Who knows, it might change as well, because you’re allowed to change. You are allowed to change your mind.

You are allowed to pivot. You are allowed to move to the next thing that lights you up. So if there is something that you are staying with, maybe it’s a home, maybe it’s a business, maybe it’s a relationship, and you’re staying just because you built it or because you’ve been in the relationship for so long, or because you’ve been in the business or the work for so long, you’re allowed to change your mind.

You are allowed to change your mind. So that is the update on the house. And if you have not seen our beautiful, stunning home, I will put the link in the show notes and you can watch the video. So that is the update on the house. Another huge update for me is I have finished [00:07:00] breastfeeding. I’ve finished breastfeeding.

Oh my gosh. So I always wanted to breastfeed both of my kids until they were two. I breastfed Bambi until she was two. I then did a huge detox, a huge cleanse. I did the big five tests. I’ll put the link to the five lab tests that I do once a year to stay on top of my health. I’ll put the link to the ones that I do in the show notes for you.

Or you can just go to melissahambrosini.com/big5, the number five. So these are the five tests that I do. So I then did those tests. I then did a full cleanse and a full detox, and then after that, I then got pregnant again, and then I had a miscarriage, and then I got pregnant with Prince. And so I wanted to breastfeed Prince for two years.

However, at around 19 months, he just stopped, and he was just not interested anymore. He loves his sister [00:08:00] so much. He just wants to play with her. Any time I would breastfeed, he would just be, like, coming off, looking at the door, wanting to go and play with Bambi, saying, “Bambi, Bambi,” wanting to be with Bambi.

It’s so cute, but he just wasn’t interested anymore. And I was feeding him three times a day, and then the second two he wasn’t really interested in at all. And so I kept the first one for a little bit longer. Just as soon as he’d wake up in the morning, we would have that, and I loved it. It was so beautiful.

I loved that time so much. Oh my gosh. It’ll make me cry if I talk about it too much because it’s just so emotional because I love that bonding time. And even that first one, he was, you know, just wanting to play and be with Bambi. “Where’s Bambi? Bambi, Bambi.” And go and play with her. And to be honest, there was not a lot left.

I feel like, like I’ve shared before in a past episode, I’ll link to this episode that I shared, I was very depleted after him. I had so much milk with Bambi. With Prince, I didn’t have as much, [00:09:00] and it was really running dry toward the end of it. So I don’t even think he was getting that much. But I had a conversation with him.

I told him that it was, there’s not really much left, and I just shared with him how much I loved breastfeeding with him and loved that time together, that connection, and that we could still have cuddles and books in the morning, which he absolutely loves. So that’s what we do. We have some cuddles and books in the morning, and Bambi gets to snuggle with us, too.

So it’s really lovely. And, like, emotionally, I was sad, but my body was ready, and it was literally, I had that conversation with him, and that was it. And I got a few questions about my breastfeeding journey, so I wanted to share that here. So that is another big life update because that season is now over, and I don’t know if we’re going to have any more.

I don’t know. I think probably not. Yeah, I think probably not, but who knows, you know? I’m just [00:10:00] always open to anything, but I don’t think we will. I feel like we both feel very complete, and we feel very happy, and we’ve got, you know, these beautiful children, and we’re so grateful, and they’re so happy and healthy.

And yeah, I don’t feel like we will, but never say never. Who knows? Who knows? And I’ll put the link in the show notes for the episode where I spoke about my breastfeeding journey with Bambi and how I weaned her as well. So I will link to that for you guys ’cause I did that at- Two years old, and again, same thing, I just spoke to her for about a month leading up to it, saying, “When you turn two, there’s no more milkies.

It’s finished.” And on the last feed before her second birthday, we had our last feed, and that was it. That was it. She, like, never asked again. That was it. I think we underestimate how intelligent our kids are. They understand everything that you are saying to them. Everything. They are so intelligent. We just need to talk [00:11:00] to them and speak to them like human beings and not speak down to them.

That is something that we’ve never done with our children. So you can go and listen to that episode if you want. So I’ll put the link in the show notes for that episode if you’re interested. So now let’s get to the questions. There are lots of amazing questions, and I wanna kick off with homeschooling and school because I got lots of questions about this So currently Bambi goes to a beautiful Steiner kindergarten.

It is so gorgeous. She goes two days one week and three days the next week. I am still open to homeschooling. The thought of sending her next year five days a week is something that I just am not comfortable with. I don’t know, maybe I’ll feel differently in six months’ time, but right now the thought of sending her five days a week and not seeing her and having her be influenced [00:12:00] by other children for that whole time, it just doesn’t feel like the thing that I wanna do right now.

However, like I said, I might change my mind in six months’ time. The ideal situation for us would be to continue to do, like, two days one week and three days the next week because it is so beautiful. It is absolutely stunning. The teachers are beautiful. The songs, like, how they show up, like, it’s so beautiful, the environment.

It’s all in nature. It’s absolutely amazing. And with selling a house, like, our plan is to go and live in Mallorca for three or four months in the middle of the year when it’s winter here in Australia and summer over there. And when we do that, then I would homeschool. So we’re kind of open to the homeschooling thing still.

It is on my mind a lot. It is something that I lay in bed at night thinking about, so I’m open and I’m also open to it [00:13:00] shifting. I’m open to changing my mind, but right now this is what we’re currently doing, and I’m not sure about next year. We will see. We will see. So something that I’ve also done is I’ve looked into a lot of different beautiful homeschooling curriculums, and I haven’t settled on one in particular yet.

But if you are a homeschooling parent and you have a curriculum that you love, please send it to me. I would absolutely love to hear about it because I haven’t settled on one. Like, I want it to be holistic. I want it to be spiritual. I want it to be very nature based, and so I’m trying to find curriculums that cater to all of those desires that I have.

So if you do have one, please send it to me ’cause I would absolutely love to hear about it. Okay, let’s move to the next topic, which is all about business. [00:14:00] And there were lots of questions here, and so I wanna dive in Recommendations for someone who wants to start a business without money to invest in coaching.

Okay. So if you are just starting out and you don’t have the money to invest in coaching, there are so many free resources out there. There are so many YouTube videos out there. There’s AI, there’s, like, ChatGPT, there’s Claude, there’s so many free things that you can access without paying for a coach.

Absolutely. So what I would do if I was you is focus on the five ones. I did not come up with this. I wish I did, but I didn’t. But if you are just starting out, you need to focus on the five ones. So one audience, one target market, like, one person, like, who is your ideal customer avatar? You need to just focus on one.

One product, just one. Just pick one product or service. [00:15:00] One traffic source, like, whether that is Instagram or email, just pick one traffic source. Most people use Instagram. And then the fourth one is one conversion method, whether that is sales calls or whatever you choose, and then do that for one year.

If you focus on the five ones, if you go all in on the five ones You will get to where you wanna be. So if I was you, that is what I would focus on first. If you are just starting out in business without money to invest in coaching, focus on the five ones. And then another thing you can also do is, like, if you do know a coach, how can you take them out to lunch and offer some value to them potentially, and share, you know, where you’re at?

Uh, something like that. That’s just another idea. But also using AI and utilizing YouTube. There is so much incredible free content on YouTube about [00:16:00] business and starting a business, but it depends what niche you’re in as well. So, like, get really specific, focus on those five ones, and go all in, and you will get to where you wanna be if you do that for a year.

The next question was, “I wanna start an online business, but I don’t want to be a coach. What would you do?” Great question, and there are so many things that you can do. And it’s interesting because I think a lot of people hear online business, and their brain goes straight to coach, and it doesn’t have to.

Like, coaching is one path. I started out as a coach in 2011. I’ve been doing this for a really long time, and it’s not the only path. If it’s not lighting you up, if it’s not something that you wanna do, do not force it just because it is the obvious online business model right now. Like, you don’t have to do that.

So start with what you already know how to do or what people already come to you for. That’s usually the fastest clue. Like, are you the friend that everyone asks for health advice, or are you the one who color-codes everyone’s [00:17:00] spreadsheets? Like, are you good at making things look really beautiful or explaining complicated things simply, or finding the best deal or the best restaurant?

Like, that’s your starting point, not some brand-new skill you think you’re supposed to do. What do people come to you for? What are they already asking you to help them with? That is your fastest clue. Then from there, the online business options are wide open. You could sell a product, digital or physical.

You could build a membership around a specific interest. You could create content and monetize through partnerships or affiliate work. You could freelance a skill that you already have done for you instead of taught to someone else. Like, none of that requires you to coach a single person And if I was starting from scratch and I didn’t want to coach, I’d ask myself one question: What do I do that people already pay [00:18:00] for in some way, even informally?

Then I’d figure out the simplest way to package that and put it in front of more people, more of the right people. Like, you don’t need the coach model to build something real. You need a problem that you are actually good at solving, and a way to offer that solving to more people than just the ones in your immediate circle.

That’s it. That’s your starting point. So you don’t have to be a coach. There are so many options out there, but the first clue is what do people come to you for already? Next question is when is my next book coming out? Well, I am in the final editing stages of this book. This is gonna be my sixth book. So my first book was Mastering Your Mingles, then it was Open Wide, then Comparisonitis, then Time Magic.

Then I did an Audible Original called Purposeful, and then this book, book [00:19:00] six, is coming out very soon, probably in the next couple of months. It is so different to anything that I’ve done. I’m so excited for it. I’ve really enjoyed writing this, and it’s a lot shorter than all of my other books. You’ll probably be able to listen to it in one or two sittings, which is so great, and I’m so excited for you to get it.

You’re just gonna love it. It’s amazing. So make sure you’re on my email list. Just go to my website, melissahambrecini.com, and get on my list so that you are the first to hear about it, or follow me on Instagram, @melissahambrecini, so that you are the first to hear about it. Okay, next question is what is lighting me up the most right now when it comes to my business?

Well, a couple of things. Definitely the podcast. Can you believe I’ve been doing this for over nine and a half years? Over 700 episodes. It has been such a gift. I’ve absolutely loved doing it so much, and I wanna thank you for continuously [00:20:00] showing up every week to listen. I’m so grateful. So the podcast is always lighting me up.

The book is lighting me up, and I can’t say too much, but the book comes with something else, so that is really lighting me up. And I have just released, actually, an amazing meditation, the highest self-visualization meditation, something that I created that is brand new, that is not a meditation. It’s like a morning pump up.

It’s called The Best Day Ever, and I’ve just launched those, and I’ve loved creating those. I’ll link to them in the show notes as well for you guys, or you can just DM me higher or DM me best, and I’ll send those to you. So I’ve loved creating those, but I’m creating so much at the moment. Oh my gosh, I’m so excited for what is to come.

There’s a challenge coming up very soon. But just to hear anything that I’m doing, you just have to get on my list and follow me on Instagram, and you’ll be the first to know about it. But there’s so much lighting me up. I also feel like just [00:21:00] come out of breastfeeding, you know, he’s not a baby-baby anymore, and I feel like I am just blossoming right now.

Like, I feel like my wings are spreading, and I’m so excited about life and about everything that is unfolding, and the business stuff is just so exciting. So we have some really cool things Coming up, and I’m so excited to share them with you. Okay, let’s shift gears now to parenting. I’ve got lots of parenting and family questions, and there’s some real goodies in here.

Okay, so how do you and Nick spend time alone with the two kids? So our alone time is limited, I’m not gonna lie, in this season of our life because we wanna be with our kids a lot. So the time that we have is from 7:00 PM when they’re in bed. And when Bambi is at kindy on Monday, Tuesday, and every second Wednesday, we [00:22:00] have lunch together because that is when Prince sleeps.

So we get that lunchtime together, which is really beautiful to drop in together, and sometimes we’ll just sit by the pool and get some sun and have lunch together. So every two weeks we have a lunch date, which we really love so much. Ideally, we would go on a date every week, but we’re not there at the moment, but we will get there, and that is my goal.

I wanna get to the point where we are having a date every single week, but right now it’s every two weeks, and we love it. We go out to lunch. It’s so beautiful. We love that time together, and it’s awesome. And then we have lunch dates at home together when Prince is sleeping and Bambi is at kindy. And then every evening from 7:00 PM, that is our time together.

So that is currently our only alone time, what I just shared with you. And then for us on the weekends, we wanna be with our kids. Like, we do wanna be with our kids. However, we also do wanna have some alone time, so we will tag team on the weekends where I’ll take the kids so he can go for a surf or have a [00:23:00] sauna, and then we tag team so that we can do that on the weekends.

But usually, we wanna spend time as a family on the weekend because we just love each other, you know? So that answers that question. Next question is, “What do you use for natural birth control, and how do you track?” So I have the Period Tracker app. I literally have all of my data since 2011, which is amazing, and I track religiously.

I don’t think I’ve ever missed a month. And so I know when I’m fertile, when I’m ovulating, and that is our birth control. I follow that. So that is what we do, and we avoid, obviously, that time, and we use good old condoms. That’s it. Non-latex ones. There’s a brand called Glyde, G-L-Y-D-E, that are clean, non-latex, and don’t have any spermicide and things like that in it because you wanna avoid that sorta stuff.

Absolutely you wanna avoid that. So that is what we do Okay, next question. Did Bambi and Prince [00:24:00] go through regressions with what they eat? My kids have always been awesome eaters. They are great eaters. Yeah, I, so I’ve never really had an issue with that. I notice that if Bambi’s not feeling well, she won’t eat as much, but they’ve always been really awesome eaters.

And if they’re not really into something, I will offer something else and just try and get them really full and happy, and I just try and make sure they’re full at, after every meal. So that doesn’t really answer that question because my kids have been awesome eaters. Did you follow the Save Our Sleep feeding guide for starting solids?

We followed the Rainbow Green Live Food Cuisine book by Dr. Gabriel Cousens. I’ve had him on my podcast. I’ll link to that episode as well. But that is the book that we followed for both kids with starting solids. And we started Bambi, I’m pretty sure she was around seven and a half months, and Prince around six [00:25:00] months.

And I didn’t wanna do it any earlier than that. No way. I did not wanna do it any earlier. So that was what we did, and it worked really well for my kids. I kept it really simple, you know. I did, like, avocado for three days, and then banana for three days. Like, I kept it very simple and, you know, went slow with introducing the foods to them, and it worked, and they’re great eaters, and they still are today.

Next question, “What age did you decide to send your kids to daycare?” I have never sent my kids to daycare. It is not for me or our family. We have had a nanny. We’ve had the most beautiful French nanny from when Bambi was four months old. So she has been with us for pretty much all of Bambi’s life, all of Prince’s life.

She speaks French to the kids only, and so Bambi can fully understand French and speak French. It’s amazing, and they both understand her. It’s wonderful. Oh, this is actually a life update, my [00:26:00] friend. She is leaving because she is pregnant with her first baby, which we are so excited about. Absolutely wonderful news.

However, that means that she’s leaving, and I feel sad but also really excited about it. Sad for us, but really excited for her. And we are getting a French au pair. I cannot believe I forgot to tell you this. We’re getting a French au pair. So she is coming out at the end of August, and we are so excited.

I’ve never had an au pair, but Nick had a couple growing up, and so we just decided to explore this option. We have a couple of friends that have au pairs, and we are so excited. So we wanted to really continue the French, so we got a French au pair. She’s coming out. I will keep you updated with that, but I’m so excited.

So excited for that. It’s gonna be new. I’m a little bit apprehensive about having someone in my house, like, all the time, but that can also be an amazing [00:27:00] thing if they’re the right person. So watch this space. I’ll keep you posted. All right, next question. “I’m an almost new mom.” I am pregnant with my first.

I want to be minimal and intentional. What are your top newborn items? So I share everything in Holy Mama. I’m gonna link to Holy Mama in the show notes. That is my program that I created where I share everything. I am very minimal. I am very intentional. I do not want a lot of stuff. I do not like a lot of stuff, so I literally give you all of my newborn items that are essential, and everything else you do not need to get.

I truly believe that you do not need lots and lots of things. So I’ll put Holy Mama in the show notes for you, and you can check that out. Okay, now let’s move to the next theme, which is all around health, body, and beauty. So I got lots of questions. Let’s dive in. So what products are you currently using on your face?

I love Terratonics oils [00:28:00] for my face. I’m also using at night the Kora Organics Noni Night AHA Resurfacing Serum, which I love. I have a eye cream that I use from Wild Crafted Organics, which I love. So that is it. In the morning, I put on my Terratonics oils I cleanse with the Wild Crafted cleanser at nighttime, and then I put on the Kora Organics Noni cream and then the eye cream.

That is it. That is it. I am all about natural and organic products. I do not put anything on my skin that is not natural and organic. I do not get Botox. I am all about the natural and organic stuff. What you put on your skin gets absorbed straight into your bloodstream. So for me, there’s no freaking way I’m putting crap on my skin.

However, I’m super curious of your thoughts on IPL, which is laser on your face. Now that I’m finished breastfeeding, [00:29:00] I am considering getting it. It helps smooth out your skin and boost collagen. I think it is one of the most, from my research, low tox. It is literally just red light. But I’m curious if you have had it.

If you’ve had it and you’ve had great results, I’d love to hear your thoughts because I am super interested in it, and now that I’ve finished breastfeeding, I can do things like that, so I’m considering doing that. If you’ve had an experience with it, please let me know. I would love to hear your thoughts.

But other than that, that is what I do for my skin. I keep it really simple. And also, good skin comes from the inside out. You know? You gotta take care of the inside. Drinking clean, filtered water, eating healthy food, getting a lot of sleep. Like, all of those things help your skin. You know? So you gotta do those things.

What are my hair secrets? So for my hair, again, I keep it s- really simple. I use Everessence Organics. I’ve used the same shampoo and conditioner for a really long time, and I absolutely love [00:30:00] it. I have just recently purchased an Ouai oil that I put in just before I curl it, and then I have a Josh Rosebrook hairspray.

It’s not amazing. It’s a bit sticky, but I’m yet to find a really good toxic-free hairspray. I would love to hear. If you have one that you recommend, please DM me. I’d love to know about it. But here’s my hair secret. Again, it comes from the inside out. Good hair comes from the inside out. You have to take care of your insides.

The second thing I do is I don’t color my hair. I have not colored my hair in 16 years. I try to get it cut regularly, and that really helps, and I go to an organic salon where they don’t use crap. And if I do go to a salon that doesn’t have organic products, I always take my own shampoo and conditioner so that I’m not using their stuff.

That’s a little tip that you can do. But again, good hair comes from the inside out, and then the products that you use, that is really [00:31:00] important as well. Then I got a lot of questions around navigating body image and the fear of change, especially after having babies, with your weight, the size, identity, all of that.

How do I manage that? Okay, so this is a big one for a lot of people, and I think the more that we can love and accept ourselves and our body and the changes, the more that we can accept that, the happier we are going to be. And I look at my body now, and I love it so much. I think back to when I was in my early 20s and how much I loathed my body and how much I wanted to change it.

And as you get older and you’ve had kids, I’m just so grateful. I’m so grateful for it. And the more you appreciate it, the better you’re going to feel about it The more you put yourself down, [00:32:00] the harder that is going to be every single day. So what you can do is start to reprogram how you think about it.

Feel grateful that you’re healthy, that you’re strong, that you had a great sleep, that you have energy, that you wake up, that you can move your body. Like every day I say, “I’m so grateful for my health. Thank you. I’m so grateful for my health.” When I pray, I literally say that out loud, “I’m so grateful.

Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you.” If you wanna start to love your body and the changes, it starts with what you say to yourself every day. What you say and what you think, that is the first place you need to start. So start to appreciate your body. And the inner work is just one piece of it.

The outer work has to reflect what you feel. So what I mean by that is you can say, “Thank you. I’m so grateful for my healthy body”, and then you have to have the outer echo that. You have to make sure that you are eating healthy, and taking care of yourself, and meditating, and walking, and [00:33:00] doing workouts, and all of those things.

So the inner work has to reflect the outer work, and the outer work has to reflect the inner work. That is how you start to love your body. That is how you build confidence. That is how you start to reprogram the limiting fear-based thoughts that are going on in your head. That is the first place. Start to catch it.

Start to catch it every single day when it comes up and replace it. “No, I love my body. Thank you. I’m so grateful.” That is the first place to start. And what I would really recommend if you are really struggling with this is I would recommend doing my higher self visualization meditation every single morning and night.

Because what that meditation does is it gets you into a state of embodying your highest self, and then you start your day like that. You then move into your day and move as your higher self. You are going to show up so differently. You’re gonna show up as [00:34:00] someone who loves their body wholeheartedly, unconditionally.

So I would highly recommend doing that meditation. Just DM me the word higher on Instagram, or go to the link in the show notes and I’ll put it there for you. But I would absolutely recommend doing that because your higher self loves herself. Your higher self loves her body, and when you embody her first thing in the morning, you’re gonna walk out into your day for the rest of the day as her So that is the first place you need to start, embodying your higher self, ’cause she loves herself and she loves her body.

So start there. Next question. What do you currently eat in a day? I would love to hear. Okay, so I always start my day with warm water, lemon, a little bit of salt. That is how I always start my day, no matter what. Well, I brush my teeth first, scrape my tongue, and then I have water. Then I have a smoothie. I love my morning smoothie.[00:35:00]

I don’t feel like a huge meal in the morning, so for me, I love my smoothie. It’s different every day, but it’s usually got wild blueberries, some banana. This morning we had organic strawberries and organic raspberries fresh. I don’t often have those because my children eat them before I even get to them.

Does anyone else have that problem? So I don’t always have those. And then I’ll put in like a vegan protein powder. I put in creatine. I’ve recently started taking creatine, and I love it, and I feel so good. And then I’ll put in some hemp seeds, some flax, some chia Two Brazil nuts, maybe some spinach, and I have the most delicious, beautiful smoothie.

I love it. Then for lunch it’s always, like, today we have a red lentil curry, but usually it’s, like, some sort of healthy carbs, pumpkin, sweet potato. We’ve got purple, white, and orange sweet potato, and we love that. Or pumpkin or Nick makes an organic gluten-free sourdough, so we’ve got that for healthy carbs.

You know, I’ve been saying the same thing over and over again for years. There’s always healthy carbs. There’s always healthy [00:36:00] protein, usually beans or lentils. There’s always healthy fats, olive oil or avocado, and there’s always fiber, vegetables. So that’s how I make my plates, and I have that for lunch, I have that for dinner.

After lunch, I will usually have a raw vegan chocolate. So I absolutely love Loco Love. They are my favorite. They are organic, vegan. They’ve got, like, medicinal mushrooms in them that’s, like, incredible. So incredible. So I’ll usually have that after lunch because I can’t have cacao in the evening ’cause it keeps me awake.

And then yeah, dinner is very similar to lunch, and that’s it. And sometimes I’ll have, like, a little piece of carob after dinner because that doesn’t affect my sleep, but not always. If it’s there I will, but not always. That is a day on my plate. I drink lots of water with electrolytes. That is it. It’s very simple, it’s easy, and it works.

And that’s it. It’s very easy and it works. Any diet changes, and [00:37:00] am I still vegan? I am predominantly vegan. I do occasionally have eggs, and after my miscarriage, before Prince I had a miscarriage, I started taking liver capsules because my iron went so low that they were saying I was gonna have to get an iron infusion and I was like, “No way.

I’m not doing that.” So I started taking liver capsules that had, like, liver, spleen, and something else in them, and I s- was supplementing with iron, like, two… I was rotating two specific irons that my doctor gave me. And so I was taking that and I got my iron from, like, I think it was 6 to over 100, which was just amazing by just doing that So that is what I’ve been doing.

And then occasionally I will have those same liver and spleen tablets if I’m feeling depleted. And yeah, I will have eggs, my children have eggs. And if I feel like it, I will eat some [00:38:00] meat. But that is it. That’s it. Predominantly I am vegan, and that’s what works for me in this season in my life, and it may change.

I still feel very, very passionate about being predominantly plant-based, and that will never, ever change because of the science, because of the environment, and because of the animals. So that is it. That is where I’m at. Okay, next question, different theme, is all about manifesting. How do I manifest? So what I know about manifestation from my own experience and from everything that I have learned is whatever it is that you want in your life, whatever the desires are that are in your heart, they are there for a reason, and that’s such a beautiful thing.

But if you wanna manifest something in particular, the first thing is you have to get really clear on what it is exactly that you want. Write it down. Get super specific about what it is that you want. The second thing is you show up every day to make that thing a [00:39:00] reality. You don’t just say, “I want a million dollar a year business,” and then you sit and light a candle and sit on the couch and do nothing.

That’s not how it works. You get really clear on what it is you want and how it’s gonna happen. Like you map out the plan. You map out the strategy. And then the second step is you take daily action every single day to make that thing manifest. The third thing is you have to make sure your energy and your mindset are aligned with what it is that you want.

So for example, if you want a million dollar a year business, yet you’ve got a limiting belief that is telling you you’re not worthy of that, that is not in alignment. That’s not congruent, and so it won’t manifest. So you need to make sure that your internal beliefs, your internal stories are- In alignment with what it is that you actually want.

So get really clear on what it is that you want, super specific. Spell it out. “I want…” whatever it is, get really specific. Write it down. Put it on a Post-it Note. [00:40:00] Read it every single morning. You can also write it as if it’s already happened. So, “I have a million dollar a year business doing…” whatever it is.

Stick that somewhere where you read it morning and night. The second thing is you take daily action toward that thing. You’ve got the strategy to make that thing manifest, so you take daily action every single day, every single day toward that thing. And the third thing is you make sure that you’re internal, because your external is an echo of your internal.

So whatever is manifesting outside of you is an echo of what is going on inside you. So you have to make sure your internal, your beliefs, your stories, like, your energy, is in alignment with the thing that you actually want. If they’re not in alignment, it won’t work. It won’t manifest. So that is my three-step process on how I manifest.

You have to make sure your [00:41:00] internal is in alignment with the thing that you actually say you want. If it’s not, there’s work for you to do there. That’s what I help people do. I help people do the inner work. Because everything that you want externally, the business, the relationship, the body, the confidence, the babies, everything you want externally starts with the beliefs that you hold within yourself, the stories and the limiting beliefs that you borrowed or inherited from somewhere along your journey before you even had a say in it.

Everything external is an echo of the internal So we need to look at the stories, the limiting beliefs that are going on inside you, and make sure they are in alignment with what you say you actually want. It is so important. You cannot skip this step. Everything that you want starts within. It is planted there.

The seed is planted [00:42:00] there. 80, like 90% of success starts with mindset. Success in your business, success in your relationship, success in your health, success in your marriage, success in your parenting, it all starts within. This is why I’m so passionate about the mindset stuff. You cannot skip it. Doesn’t work like that.

You cannot skip this part. It is essential. Absolutely essential. I’ve tried to skip it. It doesn’t work. You cannot skip it. And you can be doing all the outer strategy in your business, you can be doing all of that, but if you haven’t got your mindset right, if you’re not looking at the limiting beliefs and stories that you’re telling yourself, it’s never going to work.

It won’t be sustainable. Look at the stories you’re telling yourself, and then look at the external. Then look outside you and go, “Huh, okay. Maybe I need to clean up my stories that I’m telling myself, or the limiting beliefs that I’m [00:43:00] telling myself.” And it’s very easy to shift. Very easy. Do my best day ever meditation.

Do my higher self meditation every morning to get yourself in peak performance, to walk out into your day as the highest version of yourself, as the best version of yourself. Then watch what happens. Watch the interactions that you have with people. Watch how you show up as a parent, as a wife, as a friend.

You show up so differently. When you first, before you touch the phone, before you check the emails or you scroll, when you say, “I matter more than the emails and the phone,” and you fill yourself up first, watch what happens. Watch what happens. Magic. Watch what happens. Everything that you want starts to become so much closer, and that’s what I want for you.

I want you to have everything that your heart [00:44:00] desires. And here’s the thing, everything that is in your heart that you want, those desires, they’re meant for you. They wouldn’t be there if they weren’t. So don’t think they’re too crazy, or they’re too big, or they’re not for you. They are for you. If they’re in there, they’re for you.

If they’re in there, they’re for you Never ever, ever forget that. And I’ll link to everything that I’ve mentioned today in the show notes. That is my updates. There’s more to come. Thank you so much for your questions. Honestly, I loved going through all of them, so thank you, thank you, thank you. And if there’s a topic that I didn’t get to or something else that you want more detail in, just DM me, and I can do it in a future one.

But I’m gonna be doing more of these because they’re so fun. I absolutely love supporting you and answering all of your questions and dropping in and giving you a little life update. To be honest, like, I’m actually a very private person, and so talking about some of these things is quite uncomfortable for me.

[00:45:00] But something that I’ve always done since I wrote Mastering Your Mingle is I always come back to, is me sharing this going to help somebody? And if the answer is yes, then I share it. And so I really hope that everything that I’ve shared today is supportive for you. I want you to have the life of your dreams.

I want you to have the business, the health, the relationship, the motherhood experience of your dreams because you are worthy of it. Everything I do and create is to help you have the life of your dreams. So the first thing you can do right now is get the Highest Self meditation or the Best Day Ever meditation, and start doing it every single day.

Do it for 21 days and let me know how you go. I hope you got so much out of this. If you did, please share it with someone that you love. You can share it on your social media, email it to them, text it to them, do whatever you’ve got to do to get this in their ears. Like I said, this is vulnerable for me to share [00:46:00] this sort of stuff, so I really hope it resonated, and I wanna thank you again for being here.

And if you haven’t already, please leave me a review on Apple Podcasts and send me a screenshot of your review to hello@melissahambrecini.com, and I will send you my Wildly Wealthy guided meditation, which is infused with isochronic tones, binaural beats, and solfeggio frequencies to really help you drop into that theta brainwave state, which is where your subconscious can reprogram.

So I’ll email that to you as a thank you for leaving a review for me. And before I go, like I said, if there’s any other topics or questions that you have, please DM me. I am here to serve and support you. And until next time, don’t forget that love is sexy, healthy is liberating, and wealthy isn’t a dirty word.

Thank you so much for listening. I’m so honored that you’re here and would be SO grateful if you could leave me a review on Apple podcasts, that way we can inspire and educate even more people together.
