It’s pretty hard these days to be on social media and not see the popular hashtag #RelationshipGoals. People all over the world are using this tag to indicate when they have seen a relationship that inspires them. It’s a beautiful movement and a topic I am very focused on right now as I put the finishing touches on my next book which focuses on deep love, relationships and soulful sex.
I am super excited today not only because this topic is close to my heart but because we get to kick off our very first #RelationshipsGoals episode with personal development’s power couple, Preston Smiles and Alexi Panos… the epitome of #RelationshipsGoals.

Hi Melissa,
I love this episode. Alexi and Preston are so inspiring. I love that they are talking about the fact that not everything is just rainbows and fairy tales.
I also love what Alexi said about finding the one: we are so focussed on someone thinking he or she could be one that we don’t see the other people around us.
Thank you so much for all your podcasts.

Hey Melissa! I loved this podcast so much! My husband and I are very goal driven, A type people and usually we feed off of each others energy and light but like all humans we get into our little tiffs here and there. I loved Westins and Alexi’s tips on working your problems out! And will definitely be putting all that into use for next time!
Could you share the second book that Alexi recommended?
Thank you!
Your podcasts are changing my life! Thank you for pumpin’ them out so fast! ♥

When I first saw the title for this podcast, I just thought “Meh, I think I’ll skip that one”. Then on a quiet day at home with the bub, I needed something to fill my mind, and thought “Ok, I’ll have a listen…” And as I dug in I thought “You fool, you fool!!!! Judging something by it’s title/appearance! You should know better!!”.
Needless to say, I found myself saying “Yes! YES!!!” over and over again. Loved this episode and felt very aligned with what Alexi and Preston were saying. Thank you so much for facilitating this information Melissa. I’ve really come to be excited about hearing you and your guests! xxxx
