Ben Lee is a double platinum ARIA Award winning artist (the Aussie version of the Grammy’s) and has been making music for 25 years. His catchy, romantic and spiritual songs have always been like trojan horses, carrying secret messages about the awakening of consciousness into the mainstream.
Ben is an authentic, open, honest man so full of heart and knowledge and today he shares wisdom about spiritual awakening, growth, conscious parenting and unlocking creativity.
The thing I love about Ben most is how humble he is and willing to be the student for life. Never too big for his own boots and so ripe to grow.

Have listened to almost every single podcast of yours over the past few weeks and this is hands down my FAVOURITE. Thank you Ben, Thank you Mel <3 <3
I stumbled upon this this rainy night and I just wanted to stay what an immense pleasure it was to listen to. Thank you.
Pleasure angel. So glad you loved it!
Every conscious creator and spiritual seeker can benefit from listening to this. I was so touched by Ben’s intelligence and perspective and his courage to seek and to follow his inner truth over the conventional path.
Most of all I think it was his deep humility and grounded wisdom which struck me.
I am on my third listen. Loved it!
Thank you, Mel, for continuing to raise the bar!
Hi Melissa,
I am obsessed with your podcasts!!!
Thank you for sharing your conversations with us (for free!!!). They are really special and I have learned so much. Thank you for influencing me to make wonderful changes to my life (eg, bulletproof coffee, bone broth, essential oils, organic makeup “and SO much more!!” Hehe).
I would love to hear you interview Duncan Peak from PowerLiving. I did my yoga teacher training with him and I think he is great.
Phoebe
You’re so welcome Phoebe. I am so glad you love them. Great idea sista. I will add him to my list. Thanks for listening! xx
Hi Mel, thanks for all the heartfelt podcasts! They’re so informative. Is there a book on masculine vs feminine energy that you could recommend. I would love to learn more about this. Thank you! x
Hey Lesley, so glad you loved it. My next book which is out December 2017 is all about the masculine and feminine, you will LOVE it so keep an eye out. In the mean time check out Dear Lover and The Way of the Superior Man. They are epic! xx
Thanks for getting back to me, I am in a same sex relationship and it’s pretty hard to find anything on this topic, of masculine and feminine energy, in a gay relationship. I will look out for your book in December xx
Thank you for this episode, very thought provoking. I did ponder a bit on the topic of masculine and feminine energy. There is obviously a need for both in each of us. Personally, I feel, without the discipline and systematic approach I wouldn’t stay on track. So instilling meditation and exercise into my routine creates framework that is good for me. Charlie Parker once said, ‘You’ve got to learn your instrument. Then, you practice, practice, practice. And then, when you finally get up there on the bandstand, forget all that and just play!’
Love it and couldn’t agree more sista! Thanks for sharing. xx
Beautiful sharing! Thank you. Would have wanted to ask him what his thoughts are on the premise of our existence and pre-life state/circumstance (prior to our manifestation/incarnation).
Hey Rolando, Ben says ‘I don’t know! I am open to all possibilities. For the moment, I want to live and love passionately and with integrity’. xx
Wow! When the universe had me seek out a podcast for spiritual growth this conversation filled in the nooks and crannies I was needing. And now I’m a HUGE fan Melissa! Your raising my vibrations and I hope to be doing that for others around me.
I LOVE the question of one book in all classrooms around the world. I want to be the student who reads all the books suggested. Could you compile an on going list available for us listeners?
I’ll continue to share you with my reach. Love.
Hey Katy, so glad you love the show and are getting so much out of it. That’s a great idea regarding the list. I will see what I can do, thanks for the recommendation. xx
