Your body needs at least 90 nutrients to function properly: 17 vitamins, 59 minerals, 12 amino acids, 3 fatty acids. Most of us are not getting close, and it is not because we are lazy or uninformed. It is because the soil growing our food has been stripped bare. Crops today hold 80 percent less of the compounds your body relies on to move nutrients into your cells than they did a century ago. That is the gap David Reid, founder of Manna Vitality, has spent his life closing, and in this episode he explains why something as ancient as shilajit can support your immune system, your skin, and your memory in ways most modern supplements cannot, and why swallowing a nutrient means nothing if your body never actually absorbs it.

David did not arrive at this work from a lab. He arrived broken, burnt out, disconnected from himself, and stuck in a cycle of exhaustion and headaches that no amount of pushing harder could fix. That sent him searching from Egypt to Tibet to Mount Shasta, and what he brought back was not another pill to add to the pile. It was a way to get ingredients like shilajit and fulvic acid to actually reach your cells instead of passing straight through you. We get into what he calls the real foundation of health, where peptides fit into that picture and where they do not, and why what you put into your body today quietly becomes the life you are able to build on top of it tomorrow.

About David Reid

Are you ready, beautiful?

Hello, and welcome back to the Melissa Ambrosini Show. I am so excited for this episode because I have my beautiful dear friend, David Reid, here, who is the founder of Manna, the most incredible minerals and shilajit inspired by the Dead Sea and the Himalayas. You are going to love this episode and most likely wanna take [00:01:00] notes, so let’s dive in.

David, I am so excited to have you here. This has been a long time coming. We are here. We are doing it. Before we dive in and get into the juice, how did you get here? How did Mana be birthed into the world? How did this all unfold for you? Can you take us back- Yeah … to the Dead Sea and the Himalayas? Go there.

David Reid: I feel like it’s my destiny and my dharma to actually create Mana. So even my earliest memories as a little boy, I was asking big questions like, “Where do we come from? What are we doing here?” And it was really, that question became such a burning desire for me to get my own version of those answers- Mm

in my early 30s, that I stopped everything that I was doing. I quit my corporate job and just went out into nature to find those answers for myself. [00:02:00] And, you know, that took me to the Dead Sea, to the Himalayas, to Peru, to parts of North America, South America, Europe, all around the world. And the places that really impacted me the most was Africa, in particular Egypt, and then the Middle East, in particular the Dead Sea, and then the Himalayas.

And so the reason those places impacted me the most is the ancient civilizations were talking a lot about truth, a lot about connection to a higher power, connection to God, and they’re also talking about these ancient supplements that they called, like, the elixir of life or fountain of youth, and those elements or those substances were shilajit, ocean plasma, ORMUS, and monoatomic gold So after an extensive journey of a decade throughout those locations, I would say Manna was actually birthed from a place [00:03:00] of connection to nature and a curiosity of understanding that intelligence and these substances that I just mentioned, that these ancient civilizations have been using for thousands of years to cure all kinds of things and to elevate their consciousness so that in their language, they become one with the gods.

So that separation is removed, and that trust and connection is reinstated. And so at particular times of human cycles, what I learned from a lot of the sacred texts and sitting with these indigenous tribes is that these substances reintroduce themself at a larger scale to humanity so that we can access them and also remove that separation and elevate our consciousness, become united in a change that transforms our experience here on Earth and [00:04:00] transforms our entire reality, actually.

Melissa: It sounds amazing. Like, you can feel the heart and the integrity and the love that has gone into Manna. It’s not a supplement, but one thing that I have heard is that you say, or other people have said, like, you can literally replace everything that you’re taking with Manna. Is that true?

David Reid: Absolutely. So one of the main benefits with Manna is it contains all of the raw materials and building blocks that our body requires.

So it contains 90 essential minerals, vitamins, and fatty acids that science recognizes we require. Plus it contains fulvic acid, which is nature’s nanotechnology and nature’s transporter. So it, it can actually get those hypernutrients and micronutrients into the cell, and we [00:05:00] can talk about why that’s so important b- through the podcast because inside the cell is where everything’s managed from the body’s perspective, whether it’s energy generation, whether it’s peptides, proteins, everything is manufactured inside, inside the cell.

So Manna gives you all of those building blocks, plus it helps with the absorption of any other whole foods or supplementation you’re taking. Because again, of that fulvic acid, which is nature’s transporter, it can actually get those nutrients into the cell. So most of the supplements that we’re taking never get to the mitochondria or never get to the ribosomes, which are building peptides and proteins.

Melissa: So why don’t they get to the cell? Why do the supplements that we’re possibly taking right now lots of, and they cost a lot of money, like why are they not getting into the cell and Manna is?

David Reid: [00:06:00] Yeah. There’s multiple layers from consuming something from the digestion-

Melissa: Mm …

David Reid: to actually getting into the blood, and then into the extracellular fluid, and then into the intracellular fluid.

But effectively, to keep it simple, when something turns up to the cell wall, it needs to be a certain shape, a certain size, and a certain charge for the cell membrane to let it in. The cell membrane’s a very selective part of the body. If you turn up without the right energy and frequency, the cell doesn’t feel safe enough to let you in.

Interesting. And the size is a big part, too. So fulvic acid is only one or two nanometers in size. That’s why it’s a great transporter, ’cause then it, it can actually get across that cell membrane. And then with inside the cell, there’s also hundreds, depending on the cell, sometimes thousands of mitochondria, and they also have membranes.

So there’s multiple [00:07:00] gateways within the body and, you know, if the supplement doesn’t contain the right frequency charge structure, the cell membrane and the mitochondrial membrane will reject it.

Melissa: Yeah. Makes so much sense. So I talk a lot on this show about health and longevity and biohacking. I feel like we all know the things that are depleting us.

David Reid: Mm.

Melissa: You know, stress, our diet, water, sleep, you know, not exercising, over-exercising, postnatal depletion. Like, I feel like we know all of the things that are actually depleting us. Is there anything that I haven’t mentioned or anything that people might be surprised about? Obviously, Wi-Fi as well. Is there anything that I haven’t said or something that is underlooked of what is actually depleting us on a cellular level?

David Reid: Yeah, well, I believe we’re in an energy crisis, and the [00:08:00] energy crisis is biological because our cells have forgotten how to produce energy. They’re not receiving all of those raw materials and nutrients that are required to do their job. Also, other things like artificial light, lack of exercise, but really, again, not getting the building blocks and the raw materials to the cell, to the mitochondria.

And remember, the mitochondria are little energy generators inside of our cell, and there’s hundreds if not thousands of them. And then there’s also microtubules in the cell, which not many people talk about, but they’re little antennas-

Melissa: Mm …

David Reid: receiving light and frequency emissions, letting the cell know whether it’s happy or sad.

Melissa: Mm.

David Reid: If it’s happy, then it’s gonna be interacting with all the other cells in a harmonious and resonant way. And the other component of a cell which is really important is the ribosomes. So [00:09:00] within a healthy cell, there’s millions of ribosomes which are actually little molecular building devices that are using amino acids as building blocks and raw materials to build peptides, and peptides are signals to our cells telling it what to do So without having access to all of those raw materials and building blocks, our cells are compromised, which means our body is compromised.

So we’re gonna be lacking in charge, we’re gonna have a lower frequency, we’re gonna be experiencing more separation with the field and with nature and with God, and our ability to manifest reduces significantly. So it’s really, really important that we have everything we need at a cellular level so that we can thrive.

Melissa: And not only all of that that you’ve just mentioned, but [00:10:00] like the low energy, the fatigue, the irritation, the health issues.

David Reid: Yeah.

Melissa: You know? Eczema, like, just things like that, like acne, like all of those things are all gonna be a reflection of that as well. So we spoke before we started recording about, but we have to look at, like why is the cell…

You know, we said why is it depleted, like we just mentioned, but we have to be doing the low-hanging fruit first.

David Reid: Mm.

Melissa: The basics, which so many people overlook because they want the biohack or the peptide or whatever the latest craze is. They want that to just kind of put a Band-Aid on it. So in your opinion, what are the basics?

David Reid: Mm. So definitely getting the right amount of nutrients and the right kind of nutrients. So hydration- Charge is really important as well. So most people aren’t [00:11:00] just dehydrated, they’re demineralized. And water without mineralization or without conductivity is just fluid. But water with minerals and conductivity provides charge to the cells.

So getting the right nutrients is very important. Getting out into sunlight is very important, the early light and the late light through the day. Exercise, sleep, all of those other things that we know really well, but it’s, it is easy to overlook those. Like, just back to those basic fundamentals. And the beautiful thing is that most of them are free.

You know, sunlight’s free, exercise is free, sleep’s free. So it can be quite simple. I feel like just because of our, our, our lifestyles, our kind of attraction to screens and social media, all of that artificial light. So yeah, taking a break from all of that synthetic [00:12:00] world, which is still a beautiful… I still think it’s like, it’s nice to be able to interact with that.

We don’t wanna also create separation to that. However, bringing it back to, you know, to nature in particular, and staying close and connected to nature, and making sure that our, our biochemistry and our bioenergetic field is in harmony with ourselves and with nature, or the universe, or God is really the most important thing we can do.

Melissa: Something just came up with me when you said that, because I think about my kids, they’re five and one and a half, and when they’re inside for too long, they start to climb the walls, not literally, but they get agitated. Mm. As soon as they are outside, it’s like their entire nervous system just goes zoom, and they’re completely different.

So I know in the morning, like after breakfast, I’ve gotta get them out of the house as quickly as possible. We go to the beach or we go to the park, usually [00:13:00] the beach, and they’re just so grounded and happy. And then we go home for lunch and a nap, and then we’re back outside again, as much as possible. My kids are better kids.

They’re more regulated. They’re just so– not better kids, they’re just more regulated- Mm … and happier when they are connected to nature. And same with us. Mm. Like, we are exactly the same. Like, I find the days where I’ve done a lot of time in front of my computer coaching or recording, whatever it is, I feel wired and fried.

David Reid: Yes.

Melissa: So as soon as I’m finished, I’m like going for a walk or going for a swim. It’s so simple, like you said, and it’s free So can everyone benefit from this? Is there anyone that you would say, “Don’t take these incredible God-given nutrients”?

David Reid: Definitely not.

Melissa: Mm.

David Reid: No. It’s what our body needs, and science recognizes that, for us to not [00:14:00] only survive but to thrive.

And yeah, getting out into nature is the greatest gift we can give ourself. There’s actually a… Zach Bush was on the Joe Rogan Podcast recently.

Melissa: He’s been on here twice.

David Reid: Nice.

Melissa: Yeah.

David Reid: Well, he brought up the, a study that’s been done. So if you spend three days outside- Straight, so 72 hours outside in nature

Melissa: Camping

David Reid: camping and sleeping outside, then you’re going to, I think he said, like, your nervous system resets by, like, 40%. All of these other markers improve dramatically just from three days. So the science supports it, and as you said, it’s just how you feel. And, like, how we feel is really a byproduct of our bio circuitry, our biochemistry, our bioenergetic field.

And, you know, when we do feel great and we’re online, then our body’s in flow, and that’s [00:15:00] the aim of life here on Earth from my perspective, is to be in that flow state where we’re manifesting our dharma, we’re aligned with our higher dimensional template, and problems dissolve because they don’t, they can’t coexist in those frequencies.

And that is my wish and prayer for every human being, and it’s a possibility now more than ever to go both ways. You can either go more into separation, which is all of the fear and the drama and the stress, and that’s being projected very heavily through a lot of the screens and through a lot of the mainstream media.

Or you can choose to tap into the, the cycle, this part of the cycle that we’re in, make sure your antenna and your vehicle has everything it needs from a physical, nutritional perspective so that that vortex and torus can be interacting with nature, with the universe in a way that you’re connected.[00:16:00]

Because once you’re connected, like we’ve discussed, all of your problems go away because they’re not even an option. They, they can’t coexist, those two, those two frequencies. So it’s such a great opportunity for the time we’re, that we’re in to remember that truth of who we are and support that manifestation.

Melissa: It might also be nice for people to kind of look at all the different areas of their life and do, like, almost like a separation audit.

David Reid: Yeah.

Melissa: You know what I mean? Like, when it comes to my health, do I feel deeply connected to where my food is being grown and going to the farmers markets and- Mm … you know, chatting to the farmers?

Like, is there separation there, or is there connection? In my relationships, my most intimate relationships, is there separation? Is there connection? I know when Nick and I are connected and in flow, every area of my life is better. When we are not in flow, it ripples out to every area. So- Like I find at my job is like we’ve got to get back in flow as quickly as we possibly can, ’cause it’s [00:17:00] blocking.

It’s like a kink in the hose. Mm-hmm. It’s blocking the manifestations coming to me. And then with your business, like are you connected? Are you separate? Like- Mm. So almost do like a little bit of a separation audit. Like where are you separated? How can you get back into connection with your higher self, with nature, with God, whatever it is, as quickly as possible?

‘Cause like you and I always talk about, it’s like that’s where all the problems begin.

David Reid: Mm.

Melissa: As soon as we feel like we are separate-

David Reid: Mm …

Melissa: from each other, from God, from nature, it’s when everything starts to blow up.

David Reid: Mm.

Melissa: So speaking of separation, peptides are all the craze- … at the moment, and I do feel like it’s very easy in the health space, and in all areas, but very easy to outsource our power to something else, to a peptide, to someone else.

We make other things our God. Mm. And we put so much power [00:18:00] in things outside of us, a man, you know, a job, a peptide. We put all of our power out there, and that is separating us. I feel like one of the greatest gifts we can give ourself is coming back to I have the power. I am the source. Everything is within me.

I am worthy. I am whole. I am complete. Talk to me about this obsession with peptides that people are going on at the moment. What are your thoughts on it? Do you think it’s beneficial? I would love to hear you speak to that.

David Reid: Yeah, it’s a, it’s a new frontier as far as something that’s trending and going exponential.

I think people are trying it and getting results which, you know, encourages them to do it more. I think it’s a stepping stone to new science and to true science, which is an evolution, which is great. Mm. Our current science needs updating, and that will happen because our [00:19:00] consciousness is changing. And because it is a new frontier- It is external, like you said.

It, from my perspective, it’ll be throwing the body out of balance. So our body’s always seeking balance. It has the greatest intelligence in the universe operating it. So if we go and throw something external into that system, that it is designed to produce and regulate internally, it’s gonna be getting all of these external foreign, if you will, signals and instructions without necessarily having the rest of the ingredients or supply to carry out those instructions.

Melissa: Makes sense.

David Reid: Yeah, so, so to dumb it down, like a peptide is produced from amino acids. It’s small chain [00:20:00] amino acids. Anything under 40 chains of amino acids is considered a peptide. Larger than that, it becomes a protein. We could think of amino acids like letters as a bit of an analogy. You can’t do much with just a letter, but a combination of letters can produce words and sentences.

So we can think of peptides like words and sentences where you can give direction or a instruction, and then proteins are like paragraphs or pages of, of words. So yeah, the body again, is designed to produce peptides naturally within the cell. Those little molecule-building machines that I mentioned earlier called ribosomes, they’ll actually take the amino acids and build the peptides naturally.

So ideally, we don’t need external peptides, just like for men, they don’t need external [00:21:00] testosterone. It’s all band-aids. However, because our cells are in an energy crisis, they’ve forgotten how to produce energy and peptides and proteins in the most efficient way because they don’t have access to those building blocks to make them from.

‘Cause a lot of those ingredients and supplements and nutrients, remember, aren’t actually getting inside the cell or to the ribosome or to the mitochondria. And, you know, artificial light, lack of exercise, lowering the frequency make the cell feel unsafe as well. When the cell feels unsafe and the mitochondria and the ribosomes aren’t functioning correctly, they’re not able to produce the peptides as well as they should be.

And that’s why when people are introducing them artificially, they’re getting these big responses because they haven’t necessarily had the peptides being [00:22:00] produced properly. So again, with Manna, we’re providing all of those building blocks, not only the minerals and the vitamins and the fulvic acid and the triterpenes, but full-spectrum amino acids.

There’s 11 non-essential and nine essential amino acids that those ribosomes will use to produce peptides and proteins, and that’s actually a much more efficient way for the body to do it, is to receive amino acids in those raw f- in that raw form. You know, it’s a bit of a misconception with protein as well.

Like, if we eat protein, our body can’t use that protein as protein. It has to go through a dig- digestive process of breaking the protein down into amino acids Those amino acids have to find their way from the bloodstream into the cell for the ribosome to be able to r- use them to rebuild [00:23:00] proteins. So with Manna, we’re just giving the body those amino acids without having to break them down into proteins.

And because you’ve got nature’s transporter, the fulvic acid, it can actually get those amino acids to the ribosomes to actually build the proteins that the body can then use. And the other great thing with Manna is it’s not just the nutrients inside Manna that you’re getting, but it improves nutrient, nutrient absorption for all other whole foods or supplementation that you’re taking.

Again, because of that fulvic acid being nature’s transporter or nanotechnology transporter to get those nutrients to the mitochondria and to the ribosomes.

Melissa: So we take Manna and we do the basics low-hanging fruit, like the sleep and the nature and the nutrient, the food and the water and getting off the blue light.

We do all these things and we [00:24:00] take Manna. It’s like a recipe for magic.

David Reid: Yes

Melissa: Like, if you just did that, you don’t even need the peptides.

David Reid: That’s right.

Melissa: Like, just do this. Just do the basics, the low-hanging fruit, and start there. Like, I’m all for that. Like, just do the basics. Like, we need to help the body. And like you said, the body wants equilibrium.

Mm. Like, it wants balance, it wants homeostasis, it wants to come back to that. And given half the chance, it can and it will. But we keep flogging it and keep flogging it and keep fl- and pushing it and pushing it and pushing it, and then we end up burnt out and depleted and all those things. And then we have to go and do these extreme things- Mm

when really we just need to, like, take care of ourselves.

David Reid: Exactly.

Melissa: Strip it back, basics. What are some of the recorded benefits people have shared with you from taking it? I would, I would love to hear some [00:25:00] personal stories that you’ve heard.

David Reid: Yeah. It’s been amazing, different experiences that people have had that I didn’t even know about at the time, and the, you know, the indigenous didn’t necessarily talk about.

You know, improved energy and focus and mental clarity is one that I did know about. Like we’ve just shared, that energy being produced inside the cell rather than taking external stimulants, which fatigue the adrenals and can end up with a lot of inflammation in the body if we’re constantly taking, like, stimulation or caffeine for our, for our energy.

So being able to produce energy internally reduces inflammation, replenishes the adrenals, gives us a more sustainable, consistent energy as well. But other things that I didn’t know were gonna happen, and I was surprised when I first started working with shilajit and almost 15 years ago, and I was actually putting it into copper eggs in 777 millimeter [00:26:00] ceramic eggs in copper pyramids, and fertility was a huge one.

There was some people that had been trying to get pregnant for a long time. There was one couple for 10 years. They both started taking Mana, and within a month the lady was pregnant. So yeah.

Melissa: That is so exciting. Yeah. Like, like, it makes me so emotional because I was on that journey. Like, it took me 18 months to get pregnant with Bambi.

Wow. And I didn’t know about that at the time. Had I known, I probably would’ve taken it. But, like, I can relate so much, and that must have just, like, made their world.

David Reid: Yeah, definitely.

Melissa: Mm.

David Reid: And we’ve had so many people give us that feedback and even ladies close to menopause, like in their 40s, getting pregnant.

And it makes sense because it’s getting all of our blood flowing and full of life force, full of all of those nutrients that’s required. You know, both the egg and the sperm for the [00:27:00] men is like the highest mineral concentration area in the body. So to have all of that functioning correctly from a cellular and from a blood perspective, shilajit’s in, uh, translates in indigenous to destroyer of weakness or blood of the mountain.

But I really see it as like fertilizer for our blood. Like it’s really allowing our blood– and our, our blood’s the thing that’s moving around our body, fixing everything. It’s either bringing it back online or it’s recovering any injuries, like it’s scanning our body the whole time. So we want our blood to be as healthy, as vibrant, as clean as possible, and that’s really what shilajit and the ORMUS and the ocean plasma’s doing for our blood system as well.

So yeah, fertility was an amazing one. Hormone upregulation, any women going through menopause, when they take Mana, it’s just a smoother transition because it’s supporting all of the hormones and men who are also [00:28:00] struggling with like testosterone decline. So it’s clinic– there’s clinical studies showing that it improves na- natural testosterone in men and also sperm count in men, which ties back to that fertility as well.

So, and again, it makes sense from everything we’ve described, like it’s giving the cells everything they need to do their job in the most optimal way, and that transforms our biology in so many, so many ways. The other thing that I would say that Is the greatest benefit from my perspective is when we have that charge, and when our antenna is working with a higher efficacy, and we can manifest our dharma and our dreams clearer and faster, and that separation is removed from our connection to God so we no longer [00:29:00] experience problems, challenges, stress.

That to me is the greatest wish, like I said earlier, to, to all humans, is that they can feel that love and peace from the intelligence that’s behind life. Because when we can do that, life is truly such a joy. It’s such a joy and a blessing to be here every second that we are. And if everyone can feel that, the world is gonna be an amazing place.

When we can see and feel that separation is, is an illusion, we’re free.

Melissa: It’s making me emotional, like, just hearing you talk about this. It’s so important. Mm. This is the gold. This is the gold. So it’s like, yes, all of those physical benefits. Yeah, testosterone, fertility, all of those, yes. And the spiritual connection.

David Reid: Yes.

Melissa: You become like a [00:30:00] pure channel.

David Reid: Yes.

Melissa: Like, your channel’s like the blood. It’s like cleaner blood. It’s like you become like a cleaner, more pure channel for your manifestations, for whatever it is that you want. That’s what I’m hearing anyway.

David Reid: Yes.

Melissa: So sign me up. I want to be on a subscription. Give me the products.

They’re so good. And just personally, Nick has seen a huge improvement in his testosterone. Because you know a bit about his story. He had Lymes, he had mold toxic exposure. He literally had to rebuild his mitochondria. It was like, it was gone. And that also meant his testosterone and all of those things.

So he’s been on a health journey. But since taking Manna, his testosterone has And that’s a good thing for me. It’s a good thing for the ladies. ‘Cause you want a man whose testosterone is strong. Mm. It’s them more in their power. Mm. They’re more connected to their [00:31:00] higher self, to God, when they’re feeling good.

We all are.

David Reid: Mm.

Melissa: So I feel like this is, like, a secret magical potion that more people need to know about.

David Reid: It absolutely is, and, you know, I’m just a steward for it. This is nothing new. Like I said, I learnt this from ancient cultures that have been here for thousands of years, whether it’s tribes in the Himalayas or, you know, sitting with rabbis at the Dead Sea and tuning into that whole area at a place called En Gedi, which is not far from where the Dead Sea Scrolls were found, which is a town just up the road called Qumran.

But Cleopatra was going to En Gedi in around 35 BC and learning all of this from the Essenes, who were paving the way for Yeshua. They had the Ark of the Covenant there in Solomon’s Temple, and they were teaching Cleopatra how to [00:32:00] make ormus, which the Hebrew word for that is manna. The Egyptian word for that is mufkat.

There’s hieroglyphs about it, and it’s really taking these minerals, concentrating them in, into particular ratios, putting them through an alchemical formula, which turns that substance white. So Cleopatra’s baths, they weren’t milk, they were ormus or manna, this white alchemical solution which is our elements in a higher frequency spin rate.

And that is where that charge and that higher frequency and that connection is coming from. It’s turning our electrical system back on. It’s getting us back online.

Melissa: Mm. I love it. So good. What about with kids? Should we be introducing this to kids? If so, what age? Like, what are your thoughts?

David Reid: Yeah. Well, my wife took Mana Gold [00:33:00] every day while she was pregnant.

Melissa: Uh- And breastfeeding, she told me.

David Reid: Yeah, and breastfeeding. And, you know, Ocean is the most amazing, gorgeous little girl. She’s- She’s super aware, super smart, super tapped in. So yeah, there’s only benefits from taking Mana. There’s– It’s all natural. It’s all from nature. The one thing I would say is, less is more.

So we pride ourselves on giving very high dosages. As an example, there’s 1,000 milligrams of shilajit resin from above 16,000 feet in every dose. So most other people will put between 125 milligrams or 250 milligrams in a dosage, and it’ll be a powder that’s full of fillers that’s from lower altitude. So not all shilajits are the same.

As I was saying, our dosage is very high And it’s very concentrated. So when you get Shilajit from the locations that we do in a resin [00:34:00] form, the nutrients that are in it are very, very high when you do a lab test. So less is more, especially for kids. I know Ocean has some of mine or Susie’s every morning.

We make our- Just a little sip? Just a little sip. Mm-hmm. So we make it religiously. It’s our ritual. First thing in the morning, we’ll get a glass- Nick does it … snap a sachet into it. And

Melissa: he, he stirs it, he does all of that. Nick does all that.

David Reid: That’s it. So Ocean will be with us, and she’ll- Mm … she’ll, like, want it.

Melissa: Mm-hmm.

David Reid: She, she realizes instinctively that it’s great for her body, and she loves all of the minerals and, you know, I’ll give her some of my glass, and she’ll always want more. She’ll have, like, three or four sips and then I’m like, “You know, that’s enough.”

Melissa: Yeah.

David Reid: Ocean’s only one, so she’s only little. It’s fine for any children.

As I said, it’s, it’s all natural. This is like God’s nectar from the earth. There’s no preservatives. There’s nothing. There’s no nasties in there. There’s no heavy metals or anything like that. Every batch is lab tested. [00:35:00] I wouldn’t necessarily give young children, like, a whole sachet. I would just kind of give them small amounts.

Melissa: Yeah. And what about someone who, say, has cancer or any other health thing going on for them?

David Reid: Yeah. It’s literally amazing for everybody. Anybody that has health challenges, it’s gonna be very, very important, again, for them to get access to everything that that cell needs to bring their body back online, not just from a physical perspective, but from a mental and, and spiritual perspective as well.

Melissa: Mm-hmm.

David Reid: Again, it’s raising that charge and that frequency. So yeah, I can’t really go into too much around, like, how it can help with some of those extreme diseases. Mm-hmm. However, we’ve had incredible feedback from lots of people, and there’s hundreds of reviews on our website that people can read, [00:36:00] feedback from customers that have had all different kinds of conditions, and it’s supported and helped with those.

Melissa: Wow. I have literally been banging on about health since 2011. I started my blog, wrote books, podcast, all of those things, I’ve been banging on about- Health is liberating

David Reid: Mm-hmm

Melissa: It’s my tagline. Health is liberating. Wealthy is not a dirty word. Because health is wealth. Like, you can’t show up as the best mother, as the best business steward, like, the best lover, the best friend.

You can’t show up as the best version of you if you are not operating at your highest frequency, if your cells are not operating at your highest frequency. So taking care of ourselves should be one of your most important daily commitments. And any time I slightly [00:37:00] veer off my path, and the only reason I would ever do that, say I have two sick children, and I’m up in the night, and then they’re my m- morning wake-up at, you know, whatever time.

And so my time for myself just gets shrunk a little bit more to do those things. Mm. Any time I feel that, any time that happens in my life, and so I’ve got a little less time for me, I feel it.

David Reid: Mm-hmm.

Melissa: I feel it physically, energetically, spiritually, emotionally, I feel it. It is my priority to take care of my vessel.

And as the mother of the home, our energy dictates the energy of the home. We are the heartbeat of the home. Like, it dictates how everyone else shows up. It’s like, it’s a beautiful responsibility, and so I take that very seriously. I’ve got to go for my walk. I’ve got to do the things, meditating, breathwork, taking care of myself, the supplements.

And I, when, after Prince was born, he’s almost two, but after he [00:38:00] was born, I had severe postnatal depletion. And it was in that time where I was reminded so deeply of how important my daily habits are, my daily practice, the simple things like water- Mm … nutrition, sleep, supplementation. You know, those basic things, the, the free things that we spoke about, just how important they truly are.

And like we said before, you can go and do all the biohacking and the peptides, but if you’re not actually looking and doing the low-hanging fruit-

David Reid: Mm …

Melissa: none of that’s gonna really work- Mm … and it’s a lot of money.

David Reid: Mm.

Melissa: So yeah.

David Reid: Totally agree, yeah. I mean, from my perspective, women are the greatest beings in the universe.

Women are, like, birthing new universes, and [00:39:00] women Feel and are more intuitive. They understand and have more of an, of an appreciation for, like, the Earth, life, nature. And just the example that, you know, humanity continues through the feminine, the divine feminine body, I think is the example that, you know, women are the greatest beings in the universe.

The intelligence of the female body is the greatest intelligence in the universe. And so taking the time for that self-love, like you’re saying, so that you can then show up as the best version of yourself, a connected, vibrant, vital version of yourself, then the household, the community, the planet all gets to feel that [00:40:00] energy.

And, you know, that’s the most important thing from my perspective that a mother or a father or an individual can do, not just for themselves, but for everybody. Absolutely. And so, yeah, taking that time for self-love, and you hear it spoken about a lot. But it is just so important to, to have those moments and to remember the truth of who we are and, and, like, have gratitude for that intelligence-

Melissa: Mm.

David Reid: And for that understanding. Yeah, it’s– to me, there’s nothing more important

Melissa: For me, I gave birth naturally at home. Wow. Had two beautiful home births. Same midwife. It was just magic. The birthing pool, it was just beautiful. And after that experience, I have such a even deeper- … reverence for the female body and for what we do.

And now whenever anything comes [00:41:00] up that might feel a bit hard in my life, like Nick or myself, I’ll remind myself, I’m like, “I gave birth twice naturally at home. Like, I can do anything. I can do this hard thing. I’ve given birth naturally.” I remember I had to, uh, maybe I had to get a blood test or something, or something.

I can’t remember, and Nick’s like, “Babe, you gave birth.” “You can do it.” And I was like, “Oh yeah. Yeah, I did. I can do this.” But it breaks my heart that women belittle their body, that they put themselves down, that they wanna shrink themselves, that they want to punish themselves, that they don’t love the vehicle that they’ve been gifted from God.

Like, it really does break my heart because I just wanna shake them, be like, “But you’re so brilliant. You’re so perfect. You’re so complete.” And having a daughter, it’s highlighted this to me even more. Like, my words [00:42:00] and my energy around what I look like and my body, she is watching every single thing. So for example, she’s five and a half, and she’ll see me do my makeup.

And she’s like- … “Why do you do that?” And before I sa- I had to think about this. What is my response going to be to her? “Why do you put makeup on?” And I go, “It’s fun.” You know, not because I want to change anything about myself. I’m like, ’cause it’s kind of like painting. It’s like I love paint. Like, you know what I mean?

Like, why do I, you know, shave my legs? Like, all of these things. She started asking these questions, and I’ve really been thinking about my answers- Mm … to these, because whatever I say, sh- that is going to be her relationship-

David Reid: Mm …

Melissa: with her body, with self-love. Like, and it’s just so important. And same with the fathers.

Like, it’s, it’s such a b- you know, [00:43:00] you have a, a different role with the daughters. It’s like you’re showing them how to be loved.

David Reid: Mm.

Melissa: You’re, you’re the first, and it makes me emotional because, like, my dad was that for me, and, like, he loved me, loves me still, so much. And he showed me, like, how to be loved.

And my dad and Nick, they love very similarly. Like, it’s so interesting that I married someone who loves like that. And so we both have these beautiful roles that we get to impart on our children. And taking care of ourself, they are watching that. The w- what we do to nourish, what we take to supplement, they are picking up on every single thing we do, we don’t do, we say, all of these things, and it’s such a privilege that we get to impart that on them.

David Reid: Totally agree. Yeah, I’m laughing inside because, you know, [00:44:00] my one-year-old, Ocean, does exactly the same thing with myself and my wife. Like, this morning, Suz had a shower and- … she had the door closed. She just had, you know, couple of minutes to herself, and Ocean couldn’t wait to get in there to see what Mom’s doing.

To see her putting her makeup on and see her- Yeah … getting dressed and checking everything out and just- Yeah … observing it and absorbing it like a sponge.

Melissa: Mm-hmm.

David Reid: And, you know, as a father, I really feel like my role is to just keep her safe and just love her unconditionally and allow her to fulfill whatever’s coming through her.

Like, I can already see and feel that she’s got a deep purpose and reason for being here, so to be able to honor that and steward that and see that. And again, like us, as parents and as friends and as family members and community members, we need to be able to be in that [00:45:00] space ourself, that coherent, resonant space with nature, with the field, so that we can be that best version of ourselves, so that we can be the best role models, so we can be the best partners and, and parents and, and children and all of that.

And that’s why it makes me emotional, too, because- The way the world’s designed, for some reason, it is easy to, to, to go into blame or seek things externally or go into separation, when really the invitation that’s out there, especially at the moment, is to have that self-love, go within, empower yourself with the right supplementation, but also all of those other things that, that we’ve spoken about, and to be that best version of ourselves, and it’s really a remembering.

Like, we are that, like you’re saying so eloquently and beautifully, and that’s why I love all the work you’re doing with so many amazing ladies and [00:46:00] community, is it’s just remembering we are that, and then using those tools so that we can stay in that space is so important. To me, that’s the most important contribution we can make to humanity.

Melissa: Absolutely. You have so much knowledge and wisdom in your brain. I’m like, can I just like- … and like put some, put some of that in, more of that in me. If you could put one book in the school curriculum of every high school around the world, so for that 16, 17-year-old Boys and girls

David Reid: Mm …

Melissa: what book would it be?

It could be on any topic, but what’s the first one that comes?

David Reid: Yeah, it’s a great question. It reminds me of, like, The Ringing Cedar series or Anastasia books.

Melissa: Got them.

David Reid: I think that’s such a beautiful, uh, or even, like, The Celestine Prophecy. That’s probably for people a little bit older. But a kid’s book that was, like, based in nature, in, [00:47:00] like, a rainforest or a rainforest near the ocean or something like that where it was just a reminder to the children of, like, the power of the seasons, the power of the elements, the power of the sun, the power of the ocean, the power of, you know, getting into nature barefoot, getting into the ocean for a swim, looking at the sun early in the morning, and interacting with the animals.

Like, imagine a book that has that honoring of the elements, and then because that child or person is honoring the elements, that they’re able to connect with the trees and the animals, and that separation starts removing. Mm. Like in The Celestine Prophecy, when they’re in those higher frequency states, they can actually see the colors between people.

It almost becomes, like, telepathic.

Melissa: Mm.

David Reid: So where if, you know, we’re talking the truth to each other, there might be, like, a beautiful [00:48:00] pink or purple cloud surrounding us. And if we’re, like, stressed or out of alignment, there might be, like, I don’t know, like, a gray cloud around us. And it’s not a judgment, but we can both see that, you know, one we’re in coherence, the other we’re in dissonance.

And so the opportunity is to come back to that coherence because in that space of connection, everything is in the flow state. Everything’s You can, you can feel the love and the peace. So it’s not like a contextual mental thing any longer, it’s the experience of life. And so I’d love a kids book that kind of is based in nature with those seasons, those elements, and then shows the resultant of that, of, you know, being able to manifest your dreams and, and live a life of, of passion and connection.

Melissa: Can you write it?

David Reid: Can probably write one pretty quickly [00:49:00] these days with the help of some of the automations.

Melissa: Yeah, absolutely. It’s also interesting just speaking about kids books, because I read to my daughter every night.

David Reid: Beautiful.

Melissa: And I say I have to art direct a couple of them because there’s messages in there that are not aligned.

David Reid: Yes.

Melissa: So like if we get a new book, I’ll give it to Nick, and if she says, “Papa, read this to me,” I’m like, “This one needs art directing.” And so he’ll know like, you know, there’s things in there that he was like, just messages that we don’t want to instill into her. Maybe it’s negative or toxic or, you know, this is why we don’t do screens and things like that.

So if you could write that book, please, that would be great. When I first had Bambi, I was like, “I’m gonna become a children’s author.” Like, there’s, there was not a lot out there that has really inspiring, beautiful, positive messages. Mm. There is a huge market for it. Huge. So if anyone wants to write some great books, please do it.

Send them my way. [00:50:00] But it’s just we’re encoding them.

David Reid: Totally agree. Yeah, it’s all messaging. It’s all encoding, like you’re saying. And I really feel like because we are in this beautiful part of the cycle, that there’s gonna be amazing manifestations and projects coming through, and there is some locally, and we can talk more about it offline, just the education for our children.

So not just having like that educational book, but a whole educational like syllabus.

Melissa: Mm.

David Reid: And, you know, it’s being supported more and more by the frequencies, and I think there’ll be a lot more schools starting up that will honor the children’s soul in a brand new way and allow them to learn from, you know, whatever they’re passionate about, whatever they’re gravitating towards.

You can learn everything you need to know from that. Yeah. You don’t need to go to these classrooms and sit and learn all of these different subjects anymore.

Melissa: Mm.

David Reid: You can learn all of those subjects doing [00:51:00] whatever it is you love.

Melissa: Mm.

David Reid: Whether that’s surfing, whether that’s being in nature, whether that’s fashion, whether that’s something…

Like, it doesn’t matter what it is, whatever the child loves. And I feel like that’s the opportunity, is to really nurture that component and then also just teach them life skills through that as well, whether it’s problem-solving or first principles thinking. A lot of these things that are gonna be really powerful moving forward for this exciting stage of the cycle that we’re moving into, where there’s just so much change, and I don’t think anybody knows exactly where we’re gonna be in the next 5 or 10 years, which is amazing.

And if we’re in that aligned state with our higher dimensional template, with our source, we can enjoy every moment of that rather than going into separation, which is all the fear and concern of what could go wrong. We will be able to trust that everything is absolutely divine and perfect, and we’re moving into heaven on earth.

Melissa: Mm. Beautiful. [00:52:00] I have three rapid fires for you now. Are you ready?

David Reid: Let’s do it.

Melissa: What is one thing, I know the answer to this one, I think. One thing we can do today for our health?

David Reid: Take mana.

Melissa: Yeah. Get yourself some mana.

David Reid: Take mana, stand in the sun, drink structured water. You’ve got everything you need.

Melissa: Yeah.

Beautiful. What is one thing we can do for more wealth in our lives, for more abundance?

David Reid: Take mana.

Melissa: Yeah. Beautiful.

David Reid: But seriously, take mana, get that self-love in. Again- Once that antenna is, the efficacy of the antenna increases, meaning the interaction with, like, your divine blueprint and your dharma, your manifestation capacity is going to go exponential, and that will allow you to align with abundance-

Melissa: Mm

David Reid: which is wealth in every aspect of life.

Melissa: [00:53:00] Yeah. Beautiful. And what’s one thing we can do today for more love?

David Reid: Mm. It starts with self-love. Yeah. Remove that separation from God. Like, surrender everything into God, whatever your version of God is. It doesn’t have to be religious. It can be the intelligence. For, for my version of God is the intelligence behind us being able to exist, and the intelligence behind our body, the intelligence behind the Earth, the sun, the stars, nature.

And so if we have gratitude for all of that, that’s, like, the most… You know, there’s relationship love, but the love that’s actually supporting us to be here, to me, is the greatest source of love I’ve ever experienced. If I- I remember, like, just going into the layers of gratitude for what we [00:54:00] have just by being.

Melissa: Mm.

David Reid: And that state that you go into is, like, it’s profound. It’s, it’s like, it’s, there’s just so much joy and happiness that, like, overrides our mind. Yeah,

Melissa: you can’t really be in gratitude and fear at the same time.

David Reid: No.

Melissa: You’re either in one.

David Reid: Yeah.

Melissa: I know which one feels better for me.

David Reid: Yeah.

Melissa: You are helping so many people.

You are serving so many people with your beautiful products, your beautiful wisdom, everything that you’re sharing. So how can I and the listeners serve you today? What can we do to give back to you?

David Reid: Yeah, I mean, you are as well. You’re doing incredible work for community, for families, for women all across the planet.

So yeah, I think by doing what you’ve done [00:55:00] today, for us being able to share this good news with whoever it resonates, I think is the greatest thing that we can do. The extension of that is obviously Manna. It honestly is the greatest expression from that place of peace and love in a product form that we can put together to help people and to help people support in that journey.

And, and Manna Vitality, you know, we get these ingredients from all over the planet. We keep them in their raw form. We put them in this packaging which costs a fortune from a single-dose perspective, but the reason for that is so that people can get them in their kitchen, and it saves their time, makes their life easy.

Shilajit to work with in a resin is really, really tricky, so we’ve made it as easy as possible for people to be able to get that into their biology for less than $3 a day on a subscription. So [00:56:00] that is kind of the extension from that source and from that joy and love that I found in a product form. But yeah, you’re already doing it, Melissa.

You’re helping people in so many amazing ways, and to be able to come together today and share the good news together, and this will go out to, you know, tens of thousands of people. So I really appreciate everything you’ve done and everything you’re doing, and let’s continue to share the good news and help as many people as we can.

Melissa: That’s it. That’s what it’s all about. I will link below the video for anyone to grab some beautiful products, and it’ll be in the show notes if you’re listening. And that’s another thing I wanted to mention, not only is the product just the most high vibrational, nutrient dense, mineral dense gold, God-given gold.

But the packaging is so beautiful. It’s like so beautiful. Nick and I always [00:57:00] comment on it because it’s on our bench. It’s so stunning.

David Reid: Mm.

Melissa: You can feel the love and the purity and the intention and the soul and the hearts that’s gone into every element of Manna. So thank you for bringing it to the world.

Thank you for being the steward for it to come through, and thank you for all the wisdom you’ve shared today. It’s awesome.

David Reid: Thank you, too
