Welcome to the very first episode of The Melissa Ambrosini Show!
Some people achieve success in one life area, like their business, but it comes at the expense of other areas, such as health and relationships. It’s a rare person indeed who can achieve world-class success in ALL these areas, so when you meet one of these ‘unicorns’, you know you’re in for a whole heap of groundbreaking insights you won’t hear anywhere else.
Jonathan Field’s has well and truly aced the health-wealth-love trifecta. Not only is he bursting with knowledge, wisdom and inspiration, but he is one of the most genuine, generous and authentic people I have ever met, which is no doubt why he is so successful in all areas of his life.
He is also a brilliant bestselling author, founder of the Good Life Project, entrepreneur, coach and family man who is so giving and really practices what he teaches.
I am so excited for you guys to learn from him today — the tools, habits and success secrets he shares are seriously life-changing. (His take on ‘failure’ in particular is sure to blow your mind, and you’ll never think about vitality in the same way again.)
In this episode we chat about:
- His 3-step method for creating a good life (this is one the most effective models I’ve ever come across) (03:15)
- The most influential person in his life when he was growing up (and it’s not his parents!) (09:14)
- The power of being an introvert and how to embrace it (13:00)
- The life changing lesson he learned from his gymnastic coach (22:21)
- His biggest business failure to date (28:34)
- Why listening to your body is important (38:32)
- How Jonathan divides his day in blocks for better productivity (45:16)
- Why sleeping is really important for your health (54:05)
- One of the most important things you can do for your wealth (56:13)
- One really important thing you should do in a relationship (57:08)
- Plus so much more!

Congratulations Mel on your launch of your EPIC Podcast and phenomenal guests. Absolutely love love love. My gosh this amazing mans insight and teachings. Thank you for launching with Jonathan.
I would love the details on what bean grinder is used? – blends the perfect amount (OH.MY. Yes please) and also mentions an alarm clock because he wakes up earlier – what is it? Also powered MCT and Collagen? I too got tear with his gratitude to his wifey. Ok off to listen to others. (insert happy dance).
Mel, I absolutely loved this episode! So inspirational, loved hearing more about the 3 step method for creating the “good life” and also why listening to your body is so important! Love everything you do! x
Melissa!! Congratulations for the launch of “The Melissa Ambrosini Show’!
I LOVE the approach to the interviews you have skillfully crafted.
You have intelligently designed a variety of questions which allows the open conversation to be both deep yet light (perfect combo in my opinion).
I also ADORE the way the synergy flows harmoniously between the two creative human beings (yourself and the chosen guest). The energies on each and every show are both similar yet of-course different. What a refreshing and transparent “podcast treat” to be apart of.
I zoomed through the 10 episodes in roughly a week and one is hands down guilty of binge listening. However I do intend to revisit each one to ensure I picked up all the wellness goodness and of course articulate my gratitude for the purposeful and passionate work that you and your guests openly deliver.
The shared knowledge and insights are profound, authentically inspiring and deeply meaningful.
What a divinely orchestrated treasure to discover.
Thank you for opening up, following your heart and creating this powerful platform of discernment to shine big and bright.
I appreciated Jonathan’s calm yet powerful energy (listening to him speak felt like a mediation) and I resonated with his business realization of making the aligned change to shut down video work and pick up more authentic intimate audio connections. What a total dream boat and servant to the human race!
Furthermore I have purchased the audio book of “Man’s search for meaning” by Viktor Frankl as these kind of books give me love heart eyes and of course next on my hit list is Susan Cain’s book, “Quiet”
Thank you, thank you, thank you (YOU guys rock and are unquestionably appreciated!) xoxo
Thank you SO MUCH for your kind words Bridget, my heart is bursting with love and I am so grateful to have you part of the tribe. Keep listening and leaving questions for me. I am here for you sista!

Dear Melissa,
I love your podcast series. Thanks to them I start to love going for a run 😉 I did not listen to them in the chronological order, therefore this one was only the fifth or sixth I’ve listened to. But I have to say the spirit of this podcast was magical. Not only because of the emotions you showed, but there was this flow between you and Jonathan that I did not see so much in the other podcasts. I really loved it and enjoyed listening to it and suck up all the positivity, energy and information. Thank you for that! Greetings from Austria
