You are not behind. You are not broken. And you do not need to become a tech expert to use AI in a way that actually changes your life. In this episode, I sit down with Natalie MacNeil, Emmy Award-winning media entrepreneur, bestselling author, and one of the most grounded and visionary voices in the online business world, for a conversation that will shift the way you see what is possible right now. Natalie has spent years helping ambitious women build businesses that are both profitable and deeply aligned, and she brings that same clarity, warmth, and strategic depth to everything we explore here. This is not a conversation about AI as a trend. It is a conversation about AI as a tool for liberation.

We talk about where to start, what most women get wrong, and how to use AI in a way that amplifies your voice rather than flattens it. We go into the limiting beliefs quietly holding women back from embracing this era, the practical ways AI can support your content, your home, your travels, and your inner work, and what it really looks like to build an AI dream team that reflects your values and your vision. If you have been curious but hesitant, or dabbling but not yet seeing the results you want, this episode will meet you exactly where you are and show you the way forward. Because when you use AI with intention, it does not take away your magic. It gives you more space to live it.

Melissa: [00:00:00] The Melissa Ambrosini Show. Welcome to the Melissa Ambrosini Show. I’m your host, Melissa

bestselling author of Mastering Your Mean Girl, open, wide, comparisonitis and Time Magic.

And I’m here to remind you that love is sexy, healthy is liberating, and wealthy isn’t a dirty word. Each week I’ll be getting up close and personal with thought leaders from around the globe, as well as your weekly dose of motivation so that you can create epic change in your own life and become the best version of yourself possible.

Are you ready? Beautiful. Hello, and welcome back to the Melissa Ambrosini Show. I’m so excited about this episode because I always want to be learning and growing, and AI is one of those areas where you are never not going to be learning. And today we are diving deep. Into how to create an AI [00:01:00] dream team for your business and your personal life.

And we have the expert in this Natalie McNeil. And for those of you that have never heard of Natalie, she’s an Emmy award-winning media entrepreneur, optimistic futurist, and guide to thousands of visionaries over the past 20 years. Now, back in 2018 when AI was quietly becoming more powerful, she knew everything was about to change and she could feel the energetic undercurrent of that change.

So she lent in and she invested in AI companies and started experimenting. Which gave her an edge when more tools were being released. And fast forward to today, she has helped entrepreneurs across industries build AI dream teams that save them up to 20 hours a week, unlock new revenue streams, and position them as the ones defining the future while others try to keep up.

And she’s all about harnessing AI in a way [00:02:00] that is ethical, embodied, and profoundly human, which I absolutely love. And for everything that we mention in today’s episode, including her incredible course, AI Dream Team, you can head to the show notes, melissa ambrosini.com/ 6 9 6 for all of the details. And for this one, you’re going to wanna be taking notes.

So let’s dive in.

Natalie, welcome to the show. I’m so excited to have you here. Before we dive in, can you tell us what you had for breakfast this morning?

Natalie: That, this is my favorite question. No one’s ever asked me that. Why has no one ever asked me what I had for breakfast this morning? This morning I had some ground Turkey with some pasture raised organic eggs.

[00:03:00] I had a side berry smoothie. It’s like a berry cilantro tokos. It has all this stuff in, it has like Omega-3 oil and a bunch of other stuff in it. So had my berry smoothie for my brain health and anti-inflammation, and had my little skillet of egg and Turkey for my protein.

Melissa: I love it. Well, I am so excited that you are here.

You and I have known each other for a very, very long time, and I wanna hear how you got into the work that you’re now doing. You have had a very vast journey. Take us back to how you got to doing the work that you now do.

Natalie: I started my business 20 years ago now, which feels kind of insane. So I started my business when I was still a student and I had a passion for production and [00:04:00] media and marketing.

And I built this whole media and production company. And as I was building that and I was working on a lot of interactive film projects, we were creating video games. So it very innovative and. I also started writing a blog, which is how you and I eventually connected. I wrote this blog called She Takes On the World about my experience building the company that I was building.

And it took on a life of its own, became a business in and of itself. And then I was working with a lot of women leaders and entrepreneurs doing a lot of speaking and teaching while still doing the other work that I was doing, still producing, still in media. And I feel like the through line for me is that I’ve always been at the forefront of whatever’s coming in, everything that I’ve done.

And a few years ago, I realized [00:05:00] that this is the deeper gift that I’m here to share. Like I’m here to be at the forefront and then to guide other people towards what’s coming.

Melissa: Are you a generator in human design?

Natalie: I’m a projector, actually.

Melissa: Interest.

Natalie: Yeah, I’m a projector, so I am here to, to guide the energy and actually building the company.

I can see now because we have these frameworks like human design, that I am more of an architect of systems and a guide of energy and at the forefront, but I don’t necessarily want to be the one that is like building and doing all the integration and the operations. So I love guiding other leaders to do that work.

And then lately, since 2022, very early mass ai. Age I started teaching ai and AI was something I had been prepared [00:06:00] for for a long time. So I’m also an investor. For the last 20 years, I’ve made many investments, mostly in technology and what’s coming, like I see the world 10 years out and I invest in the world that I see coming.

And back in 20 17, 20 18, there were some really big AI breakthroughs that I was watching as an investor. And as I was watching what was happening, I felt like we were really close to having that zeitgeist moment. So oftentimes with technology, the technology exists. Long before it actually enters the zeitgeist and it, it takes something really easy.

It takes a really beautiful interface or user experience to make it more accessible to more people. And I saw that that moment was going to come pretty soon with ai. I wasn’t quite sure when, but when 2022 hit and we had those tools that started coming out, I was very ready for it. [00:07:00] And when that chat GPT moment came, I was ready to to get on it and test and experiment and implement it in my own business and then guide others as well.

And chat. GPT is not my favorite tool today. I think we’ve got better tools, which we can dive in and talk about as well. But that is my last 20 years kind of condensed into the Summary Cliff’s Notes version.

Melissa: Yeah. So for someone who feels really excited about ai, but maybe a little bit overwhelmed, where do you recommend we start when building like an AI dream team?

Because that’s what you help people do is build dream teams. So where do we start in regards to our business and our life?

Natalie: I love this. I think that we sometimes think that we need to learn more, that there needs to be a lot of research. Like, oh, I need to start learning all of this. I need to start researching it more.

And what we really need to do is start practicing and [00:08:00] implementing and building it as a habit. So I often recommend people start with a time audit and looking at where you’re spending time. And here’s the thing, it’s where you’re spending time that is not in your zone of genius. Because a lot of entrepreneurs start their businesses because they have a passion for something.

There’s something they wanna share. There’s medicine on their heart or there’s a a transmission they wanna bring into the world. And then you get bogged down with all the management of the company and all the administrative work and everything that you have to do to be able to share what you feel you’re here to share.

And what I love so much about AI is that it can take a lot of that busy work off your plate and you get to say in your zone of genius. So it starts with looking at where you spending your time, your and tracking that, and then giving it to AI and saying, how [00:09:00] can we start organizing this and how can you start working with me on this?

So I like to also keep a post-it note by my computer. It says, can AI be helping me with this? Because a lot of it is building it as a habit and a ritual as well for everything that you’re doing. I actually have this experience today where I’m going through an immigration process right now, and my lawyer was like, I need the last five years of all your travels, all the dates, all the places that you’ve been.

And my immediate thought was. Wow, this is gonna take forever because I travel so much. Like that’s, that’s gonna be a lot of work. And then, you know, I’ve got this, post-it by my computer. Can AI be helping me with this? And I’m like, how can AI help me with this? Of course, I opened Claude. It’s connected to my Gmail and to my Google calendar, and I had to go through all my [00:10:00] emails and go through all my calendar and find all the travel that I had done over the last five years and organize it for me in 60 seconds.

That would’ve taken me hours to go and do. And because I have this habit built, it helps me to think in that way, to think with AI and how AI can be supporting me with it. And then when it comes to building your AI Dream team, there are core roles that I recommend people start with. So I recommend and, and we support people in setting this up.

And I provide all my instruction sets and templates and the whole guided process. We set up a CEO, a social media strategist. A marketing strategist and manager, a content creator, and we also set up an operations project manager because you can also connect AI to things like Asana. It can now manage your projects for you.[00:11:00]

Recently we took our paid ads in-house because we used to pay an agency about $10,000 a month. Agencies are not cheap. Agencies are not cheap, and today you can have AI doing. Research for you. So I have my Claude or Gemini, which is Google’s AI product, do deep research on what’s actually working today with the algorithm, what’s working in ads today, not even a month ago.

Like what do I need to know right now and have it build the campaign strategies. We are getting better results than the agency is getting, and that is a $10,000 cost that is no longer one that I have in my business. So there are so, so, so many things that we can work with ai. On and in our personal lives as well.

I mean everything from my meal plans to [00:12:00] my grocery list. You asked me what I had for breakfast this morning and I had that for breakfast because I’m on this plan with my personal trainer and I’m on a nutritional plan, and AI will give me my meal plan for the week with the breakdown of protein and the macronutrients and micronutrients and everything that my body needs and will just create that and then give me the grocery list, which I put into the delivery service, and now I have my groceries delivered.

So it can literally be helping you with everything.

Melissa: I love this so much. So let’s break this down for someone, like you’ve said, you can do a social media strategist. Where should we start? Like what’s the first one you recommend?

Natalie: The first one is gonna depend on you and your business. The first one, for business or for personal life?

Melissa: Let’s go business.

Natalie: Let’s go business. Okay, [00:13:00] so the first one for your business is going to depend on where you feel the biggest bottleneck is at the moment. Can you give me, it could be a real example or it could be a fictional example.

Melissa: I’ll give you my life right now. I have two little kids. They are not in full-time care, so that is something that I work around.

So the biggest thing for me is creating content. That, for me, is the biggest thing. Like I just do not have time to think about content, to create content, let alone post content. So that’s just been a huge thing for me because when I’m working, I am with private clients, I am coaching, I’m in my programs, things like that.

So when it comes to content, it kind of gets pushed to the back of my to-do list, which is not what I want, but I just, it’s purely a [00:14:00] time thing for me in this season of my life with two little kids at home. My daughter goes to kindy two days a week, like that’s it.

Natalie: And content marketing is such a big part of a lot of our businesses and brands, and I’m sure for many people in your audience as well.

So content, I hands down recommend Claude.

Melissa: Would you use Claude over chat GBT?

Natalie: Yes.

Melissa: Why?

Natalie: It is a far better product at this time of recording. So I feel like the models will go through these iterations where they’ll all like take a few steps ahead of where the other model was. And you know, they’re in this race right now, but Claude from very early on has been built with human values at its heart.

And the developers at Anthropic, they’ve tried to make Claude into [00:15:00] a human feeling, human sounding ai. So it is the most human of the LLMs, which for content, especially emotionally resonant content that is going to really hit people in the heart and make them feel. Like it’s, it’s you that’s there. You know, that’s what you wanna be working with Claude on.

So any of the human parts of your business, Claude just outperforms. So anything that’s marketing content, social media, I am working with Quad and I would recommend that you create a Claude project for content. So if you don’t already have this set up, a Claude project is the equivalent of A GPT in chat, GPT, and you are going to set it up with clear instructions on what kind of content that you want it creating, [00:16:00] and you are going to have it act as a world class ghost writer for you.

So. It’s acting as a world-class ghost writer for the Melissa Ambrosini brand. And you’re gonna provide all the details about your brand and your business. That context is really important. So what I teach is I teach prompt engineering because a lot of people are using AI without actually knowing prompt engineering.

So that is kind of step one as well. And I teach something called the three Cs Prompt Framework. And the three Cs are clarity, context, and qs. So clarity is the role and the goal. So the goal of what AI’s gonna create for you, what the output needs to be. The role is the world class ghost writer for Melissa Ambrosini.

And a description of what that entails, the context is really important to provide as well. [00:17:00] This is the second C. This is the bigger picture. Where does this piece of content or where does, if you’re gonna set this up as a Claude project, where does this content creator live within your bigger strategy in your business?

So just like you wouldn’t bring a copywriter on board to your team without them knowing about your business and what you do and who you serve and what your offers are, you need to make sure that this project has all that same context about your business. And then the third C, and a lot of people miss out on this part.

The third C are cues and cues. Whether you’re prompting or you’re creating a custom GPT in chat, or you’re creating a project in clawed, you need to provide a lot of examples and samples. So when you’re building out the knowledge base, which is what’s gonna have your cues inside of your quad project. I want you to give it your best work, the best content you’ve [00:18:00] created, the highest converting content that you’ve created.

Let it be trained on the best of the best from all the content you’ve created. And for somebody like you. You’ve been doing what you’ve been doing for years and years and years. You’ve been in this industry for a really long time, and you’ve created a lot of content over the years. So you can go through and you can pull the best content.

You can also have AI pull the best content for you actually, and it can go through the content and decide what would be highest converting.

Melissa: So would you get Claude to search your entire Instagram, your entire podcast, every blog, post every book, and find the best content across all of those? Is that what you were saying?

Natalie: Okay. Can I get a little advanced with you as a tangent?

Melissa: Yes.

Natalie: Okay. So [00:19:00] there are a few different ways that I would do this, and all of this still fits within. We’re going to be adding this to the knowledge base of your Claude Project. For your content creator, I want you to do. An interview first for the knowledge base.

So the interview, you’re gonna have Claude interview you at least 20 questions with the goal of getting to know you on a deep level. You wanted asking the personal questions that is going to allow it to get to know your heart, to get to know your values, your beliefs, what drives you. And you’re going to have this long conversation with Claude.

And you’re gonna put the transcript of that conversation into the knowledge base even better if you have a few conversations like this, because then it’s gonna get your language, it’s gonna get to know you, and it’s gonna make everything. Better. It’s gonna elevate all of those outputs. [00:20:00] The next thing that I want you to do is if you have content like you do from over the years, I want you to analyze that content.

So this is gonna be in a separate thread. You’re not gonna do this in the project, but you’re gonna open a thread and you’re going to have Claude Act as a, an elite content strategist that is known for working with the biggest brands in your industry on their content marketing strategy and creating emotionally compelling, high converting content.

And it’s, you’re going to have it analyzed. So you’re gonna say, this is my business, this is what I do, this is who I serve. I’m gonna give you content from the last 10 years, and I want you to go through all of this content and I want you to. Analyze it for what? What could be repurposed for today that would still be high converting [00:21:00] today?

I want you to also create a brand voice guide from everything that you learn. A comprehensive brand voice guide that shares the words that I use most often, words that I don’t really use, sayings that I have, patterns that you notice in how I speak. And so you can have it, analyze all your content and then have it choose the best pieces of content to train your Claude project on.

And you can also ask that in the prompt. I want you to pull my best content pieces. I’m gonna be using them to train a Claude project, and I wanna make sure that I’m training it on my best. So now you’ve got your interview that you’re gonna upload. You’re gonna upload the best content pieces that you have.

You’re gonna upload your brand voice guide and. One more thing that you could do. This would be in a separate thread as well. You can use deep research mode. I often do this in [00:22:00] Gemini, but you can do it in cloud. You can do it in chat GPT. When you use deep research mode, it can actually do research on what is working best in your industry and for your audience today, and provide you with, it can provide you with ideas, it can provide you with content, formats to try, hooks to try, and it can put all of that into a document that you can also give to your knowledge base so that it’s working off of the latest data on what’s actually working and what’s not working.

And then you’re uploading all your best content pieces as well. So this should be a pretty big collection. Now that’s in your knowledge, and it should be able to create amazing content that sounds like you and that feels like you, and that has your essence in it. And with content, because it’s so personal, I do recommend that every time you’re creating [00:23:00] something in that project, that you’re leaving it a voice note, that you prompt with your voice and you just riff on the things that you’d love to include.

So let’s say it’s a newsletter. Once you have this project set up and it’s trained well, you can voice note it and be like, okay, here’s what’s on my mind and my heart for this week, and these are the things I’m thinking about. These are the things that I wanna include. This is a story I wanna share. And just give it all of those details and then it will create from that.

And then it’s a collaboration. It’s not just outsourcing your genius and your content, but it’s gonna make the process so much easier. You can do this on a walk. That’s how I do mine. I’ll do a walk, walk my walk and talk ritual in the morning and I’m just going on a walk and I’m talking to it about what I need to do for the day, what I need to create, any stories I’m thinking about.

I just do a brain dump and it organizes all of it and then creates what needs to be created.

Melissa: [00:24:00] So amazing. What else can it do? Where else should we be thinking besides content creation? Because like, this is what I’ve noticed. I feel like with chat GBT, it is quite generic and you kind of can see those chat GBT comments, you know, I feel like Claude is, sounds like it’s better.

Way better.

Natalie: Yes, yes. And beyond content creation, I think building AI more into the operations of your business. That’s where I wanna see entrepreneurs, especially heart led, values driven entrepreneurs. The ones who have something that they’re here to share. Their business is built around their personal genius and something that they’re excited to share in the world.

And like this is their mission. I want to see you incorporating AI on [00:25:00] more of an operational level and in your system. So what does that look like? If your business is a micro business, which means you’re operating with fewer than five employees, I wanna see you work with AI to actually fill in some of your knowledge gaps and help you to develop a.

A more strategic operation in your business. So you can have AI work with you on a project management plan. It can work with you on a launch strategy. It can help you with your offer. So inside of AI Dream team, I actually give our students access to my AI Dream team that I’ve built and trained from years and years in this industry, and having multiple products that have generated multiple millions of dollars [00:26:00] in revenue, and it can develop an offer that is really strategic for today.

And I say this a lot like it, it’s strategic for today and in the present moment because things are changing so fast and you can use AI to keep up and to future proof your offer as well. So you can use it for your offer. You can use it for operations by building. What I build is a business brain, GPT that has all of your standard operating procedures for the business in it.

Now, if you’re an entrepreneur who’s listening right now and you’re like, what’s an SOP? What’s the standard operating procedure? You can have AI develop those with you as well so that you can actually develop more systems and better operational flow that can support your growth as an entrepreneur.

Another tip for those of you who are already using AI pretty [00:27:00] consistently and using something like Claude, Claude has a really cool feature called Skills, and you can turn all of your standard operating procedures into skills. In Claude, and that just means that anytime you work with it in a thread or inside of a project, it will go through your standard operating procedures, your skills when it’s creating.

So things like your brand voice guide, your ideal customer avatar, your offer, your brand guidelines, things like fonts and colors and all of that. Your brand guide, especially if you’re creating graphics. All of those can be called skills so that when it’s creating for you, it’s creating something that is so specific to you and you will not get the generic things that you often see people creating.

With ai, you can have it do project management for you as well, so you can have it create a very comprehensive launch [00:28:00] strategy. The thing is you have to make sure you’re training it well. It has to know the bigger context and the bigger picture of your business. And when it has that, it can create future-proofed strategies.

It can create project plans, it can sync. I have Mindy to Asana, so it can actually create the whole project plan, all the milestones. This used to be a program that I taught where people would work with me to break their goals down into milestones and into tasks, and we would do that together and we would build it out as a project plan and it would sometimes take weeks to do that, and now it can all be done in seconds and it’s built for you.

Melissa: Sounds amazing. Seriously amazing. And it’s like anything, it takes a little bit of work upfront, but it’s going to save you hours post that setup.

Natalie: Yes. And I, I tell people to give themselves a few hours to set up a project. So if you’re gonna set up your [00:29:00] content creator projects in Quad, give yourself a few hours to do that and do it well.

And a lot of that comes from the context you need to provide and all the cues that you need to put into the knowledge base. So it can take a few hours, but then that time, that is time that will compound and that you will continue to get back exponentially. And I see people do this in a 30 day period.

Like they go from zero to. Five core roles set up in their business in 30 days that are saving them 20 hours or more each week. So you can actually get this built out really quickly. And I would focus on the things that you feel are the biggest bottlenecks in your business and start there and start by building out one, like don’t put too much pressure on yourself to like build it all at once, but choose one thing that feels like you have that bottleneck [00:30:00] with and would create a lot of leverage for you in your business and dive in there.

Melissa: I love that so much. For me, just thinking about the season that I’m in and you know, working with my clients and in my programs and my podcast and then being a mom. Like this just sounds so good. Like I’m like, I want all of them. I want the whole suite to. Give me back that time because I was never one of those people ever that would say, I don’t have the time.

But now having two kids, and I wrote the book on it, time Magic. Reclaim your time, reclaim your life. But now having two kids, I’m like, I think, hmm. I see why people say that. And I wanna use AI as much as I can in my business and in my life so that I can buy back my time so that I can be the mother that I wanna be and the businesswoman that I [00:31:00] wanna be.

Natalie: Yes, and it’s interesting because I teach and speak about AI all the time, and I notice that a lot of people have beliefs around hard work and success that really need to get broken down in order for them to. Drop into the ease that can come from working with ai. Like people will implement an AI system and then they’ll like find more things that are busy work to keep themselves going because it is important to also do that inner work of letting it be easy.

Like I grew up with a lot of beliefs around hard work being what was required for success. That’s what I saw model to me and I, I knew that technology was gonna make my life a lot easier. Even as a kid, I knew that I used to watch the Jetsons cartoon and be like, that’s my life in the future. That’s me. [00:32:00] I get to live that life.

And because everyone in my family worked really hard, I felt like I had to do that too. So even when my business had a team, even when things were going well and I could have spaciousness, I would often find ways to fill that tie because I felt like I should be. Working hard and AI is gonna change all of that for us.

We get to let that go. We get to let it be easy. And for all the moms listening, can I go through a few mom AI tips please? I know that may not be everybody, but I, I’ve been loving doing AI implementation into families and having it be fun. The fun piece is really important too because all of this, like, maybe you’re even listening to this and you’re like, oh, that sounds a little overwhelming.

And if that’s you, you can always go back. You can pause where I’m talking about certain things and like have Claude open [00:33:00] on your screen. You can pause me talking and like go and actually do it, but find ways to make it fun. Have a few hours of time set aside and like what would make it more fun for you to dive in and to build something?

And I’ve been doing this with families. So one of my friends, her and her kids are actually doing this together now. It’s a Sunday ritual and they have their family Claude project set up and they all talk to it. So they use voice mode and they all talk about the week, how they want the week to feel. And they do meal planning as well.

They do their grocery lists. One of the things I like using, and I do this a lot with chat, GPT, is advanced video mode. A lot of people still don’t use this. Have you used advanced video mode?

Melissa: Never tell me about it.

Natalie: So in chat GPT, I’m just gonna open it up ’cause it makes it a lot easier. [00:34:00] If you can see my screen, this button here, this black circle with the bars in it.

Melissa: It’s down the bottom left for those that are listening.

Natalie: So it’s to the right of the prompt box. There’s a black circle with bars, and if you press that, you enter advanced voice mode. And then if you press the camera, which I’m doing right now, you press the camera and you can use it for all sorts of things.

So I can point it at my refrigerator and I can say, Hey, here’s what’s in my fridge. Can you create some recipes for me with these ingredients that I have? Or if I have a grocery list that is my weekly consistent grocery list, I can say, take a peek in my fridge. Let me know what’s missing from my grocery list so that I can reorder it this week.

So you can use it for meal planning, grocery list. Homework, help on demand. If you have kids that have a [00:35:00] lot of homework that they need to do, Claude can actually break it down by their age. So if you say like, I have an 11-year-old that’s doing this homework. Can you explain it at an 11-year-old level, using a lot of stories, examples, visuals.

My child is a visual learner. They need to actually see this. And Claude can do that kind of assistance as well. Party planning, event planning, creating a family schedule and a family rhythm for the week. And again, you could even have your kids involved in that process by having the family sit down and you all talk to AI and you set family intentions for the week and you create a whole schedule that is done for you.

Putting things like medical. Paperwork together, all of the like household admin and having it in one place as a project, which is like, it’s kind of like the business brain that I like to build with people that has all your [00:36:00] operations and procedures, but this is your household brain and it holds all your importance documents.

It holds all the important information. That is needed in an emergency, you can do this notebook. LLM is actually really cool for this too, depending on what it is. It’s one of my favorite tools, especially to have like visuals of information and you can have it do like a, a podcast. It’s a great one for homework too.

If you have kids or if you wanna learn anything notebook, l LM is really, really good for that. So there, there are, again, so many things that you can do. I also, for my niece, I create custom stories for her with AI where she’s the hero of the story and the stories always have lessons and nuggets that are woven throughout.

And then she gets a whole collection of stories that are featuring her that have all these beautiful like spiritual lessons and life lessons. So [00:37:00] there are a lot of ways you can use it as a mom too.

Melissa: I love the story idea and I’ve used chat GBTA little bit for that. Now are you talking about, then it reads out the story or are you printing it out as a book?

Natalie: Well, you could have it read the story if you don’t wanna read it. So you could have that. My niece actually lives in a different city from me, so because of that, I’ll sometimes recorded in my voice, so I’ll do her bedtime story. So I recorded this whole adventure through the cosmos for her. She like rides a dragon, this magical dragon through the cosmos and there’s like all these things she finds along the way and lessons and I just decided to record that so that she hears my voice.

But you could also have Claude read it as well if you wanted to.

Melissa: I’ve done that and printed out little books for her, but I have never like read one to her that I’ve created and I think that’s a beautiful idea because I tell her a story every night. This [00:38:00] mama is like, I am running out of ideas. I am running out of like plots and different narratives.

So like it would be nice to kind of have a little bit of creative juice coming to me, even if it’s just some, you know, overviews of, of stories or arcs or things like that. So I love that. I can see how powerful it can be for meals, for recipes, for meal prep, all of that. And also working out. So my husband uses it for his workouts.

So he puts in, these are my fitness goals, this is where I wanna get to, what type of workout do I need to do, create my whole weekly structure. And it literally creates the whole thing for him in seconds. And he loves that. I don’t do that because I go to classes, but if I was working out on my own, I would definitely use that and put in my goals and all of that.

Also, he does it for. This is my body [00:39:00] weight, this is my height, this is my goals. How much protein do I need, how many carbs, like all of that. So he does it all for that. And it’s a game changer. I am yet to do it for full meal prep and things like that. It hasn’t got to the point for me where it’s like a huge pain point in my life.

We have a system and it works really well, but I can see how powerful that would be. And if it is a pain point for you, then absolutely do the meal prep, do the grocery list, all of that. Like it’s a game changer.

Natalie: Yeah. And ary restrictions too. Like I host a party a couple months ago and I got people’s dietary restrictions and it’s like someone can’t have garlic, someone can’t have onions, another person has a a different allergy, and then there are the gluten-free people and the dairy free people.

So having it create a. It, having it create the meal and all the [00:40:00] food for my party that actually incorporates everyone’s dietary restrictions, which can be a very hard thing to do.

Melissa: I love that. You just gave me an idea. I’ve got my birthday party coming up and I’m getting it catered and I want it to be like all plant-based, all gluten-free, and I have no idea.

I was just gonna completely leave it up to the caterer, like you create the menu, I don’t care. But now I’m like, oh, I could do this in seconds using AI and it could be really tailored to what I desire and like the theme of the party and things like that. So I love that. I currently use chat GBTA lot for when it comes to my kids.

So my daughter is almost five, so four like Easter is coming up here. I said to it, give me like 10 magical. Ideas that I can do on Easter morning for her that don’t involve chocolate, [00:41:00] that are more spiritual, that are very walled off, Steiner inspired. And it gave me so many beautiful ideas. And then I also said after that, okay, give me five gift ideas that are sentimental, that are not going to be plastic and thrown in the bin by the next Easter.

And it gave me so many ideas. So I use it a lot for things like for my daughter, for birthdays, for thinking creatively about different holidays like Easter and Christmas. And we celebrate the seasons. And so for when, you know, summer was coming, what are some beautiful little traditions I can do? So I use it for that and it gives me so many great ideas and it’s so simple and it, it just is so quick.

So that’s another thing that people can do.

Natalie: Yeah, I love that so many ways, and that’s why I think building the habit and the ritual of working with it [00:42:00] on everything is so important. It also trains your brain to think more in those AI systems. It helps you develop your systems thinking because then you start to see where you can be using it everywhere, and it really frees up capacity for you to be doing other things that are important to you.

Melissa: Another thing that I have used it for, and I just wanna mention this in case people have not realized, but when you are traveling, so you can say, I’m going the Greek islands, I’m going here, here, and here for this many days. We are staying here, here, and here. Create the whole itinerary. I have these dietary requirements.

This is the type of food I like. Tell me where I should eat, what I should do, where I should go, and it can create your entire itinerary and it is incredible.

Natalie: Yeah, I love using it for that. And Gemini is a really powerful one to use for travel because Google Travel [00:43:00] is, and Google flights, they have a really good flight matrix that they’ve come up with where you see all the best prices, you see different options.

Same with hotels, and it’s all integrated into Gemini. So it can actually do the research for you to find the flights. And when I did my Japan trip, it found the flights. It also gave me all the train schedule. So it gave me an itinerary of like, when you land at the airport, go to this. Station and then you’re gonna go here, and then when you’re going to Kyoto from Tokyo, you go to this station, the train leaves at 1:35 PM You don’t need to be there more than 10 minutes before.

So get there at this time, go to this platform and it just, it’s just guiding you the whole time. It makes everything so much easier. And same with hotels. It will find hotels that you really want, like it’ll interview you about what you want, what star level you want the hotel to be, what things are important to [00:44:00] you.

Like when I’m staying at a hotel, I like if there’s a gym and a sauna and a pool. So I’ll ask it to find hotels like that. It goes, it brings me back the hotels. And this is something I used to spend so much time on.

Melissa: Mm-hmm. Oh my goodness. Back and forth. So much time. So you have helped people save over 20 hours a week and you’ve helped them unlock new revenue streams with ai.

Can you walk us through any other examples of what it looks like for a woman running a modern business today?

Natalie: Yeah. So when, when you’re running a business, it often depends on your own capacity and then the team support that you have. And as I’ve been teaching AI Dream team and setting up people’s AI dream teams with them, what [00:45:00] I started to notice is the gap in knowledge from where you are to where you wanna be.

So I would talk to people about, okay, this is so exciting because you know, if. I have a multiple seven figure business and I have all these team members. Like at one point I had 17 people on my team and I was like, now the playing field is so much more level because you can set that up too. Like there are roles that I no longer need humans to do in my business.

And you could be setting those up in your business. You can have this like world class marketing strategist that you train that can run marketing in your business. And what I started to realize is that sometimes we don’t know what we don’t know. And in order to have the world class marketing strategist in your business that is AI powered, [00:46:00] there are things that you need to train it to be able to do.

And if you, let’s say that you’re running a company that’s at the a hundred thousand dollars mark and you really wanna grow to a million in revenue. It’s a different business. It’s different marketing strategies. And if you haven’t done that before, it can be a challenge to figure out how to do that with AI because you don’t even know what to ask it.

So use AI to fill in the knowledge gaps that you have and to actually activate more of your potential, more of what’s possible for you in your business. Just because you haven’t done it before. Doesn’t matter anymore with ai. So you can say, here’s my business as it is today. We’re doing a hundred thousand dollars in revenue.

Here’s who we’re serving. Here’s what our offer is, here are the ideas that I [00:47:00] have. I want you to. Take me further than I’ve been able to take myself like now it, it’s acting as a high powered consultant that might cost you tens of thousands of dollars to hire at as a consultant. And you can say, you know, you’ve taken businesses like mine from a hundred K in revenue to a million dollars in revenue.

You know what it takes to operate a million dollar business and marketing strategy for a million dollar business. So I want you to help me see what I may not know. And I want you to help me to train my marketing strategist, which I usually have people set up as a Claude project as well. I want you to help me train my marketing strategist to be a marketing strategist for a million dollar company.

Now, you could do this for a $10 million company as well. Like what would I be doing if I was [00:48:00] running a $10 million? Business. How would my offer shift? Here’s my offer. I want you to poke holes in it. I want you to challenge it. I want you to interview me to help me see where my offer could evolve or where I could have a different offer that might actually.

Be easier for me to run and more compelling for my client and generate more revenue. So I think that this is the real potential of ai. It’s working with AI to fill in the gaps that we have. We are all now going to be able to have agents that work for our business that have so much knowledge and so much more knowledge than any of us have.

And if we can learn how to prompt to be able to tap into that, I think it unlocks more of our potential. It can help us unlock more of our genius. And I think when we combine the knowledge of AI and the capabilities of [00:49:00] AI with our unique genius that we feel like we are here to share with the world, what you get is this like supercharged way of doing things in your business and everything gets amplified from there.

And what I want you to remember is like we’re in a period of time where there is this democratization that is happening. So as long as you can train it, which is something that you can learn, you can learn it in AI Dream team where you can go learn it with other people as well. If you can learn how to train it, it acts as this partner for you to then get your workout into the world in such a bigger way without needing all the resources that you used to need without needing the million dollars to spend on team and the ad budget and all of that.

Like it’s here to support that. And that is what is most exciting for me.

Melissa: Can you set [00:50:00] them up wrong?

Natalie: Absolutely. Yes. And I think most people do actually.

Melissa: How is it wrong?

Natalie: No one has ever really asked me that. I’m realizing in this moment, I’m like, this is such a, this is something that we need to talk about more.

So when you set it up wrong, and I would say wrong, is just that it’s not actually saving you time. It’s not getting you better results. It’s not giving you amazing outputs that are usable right away in your business. It’s usually because people don’t have the foundational skills. One of those foundational skills, being prompt engineering, knowing how to prompt really effectively and build out the the context, build out the cues that add the richness to what you’re asking AI to do for you so that it does [00:51:00] a really amazing job.

Most people are missing. So the, the core instructions, the core prompt that they’re using is not comprehensive enough to give them something that is like phenomenal instead of mediocre. And what that looks like is somebody will go to chat, GPT, they’re creating content, right? I, I see it all the time. If I open Instagram right now, in the first five posts that I see, one of them is going to be clearly all chat GPT posts without any real editing.

And it’s often because people will be like, I serve an audience of yoga teachers and I help yoga teachers to create their class plans. And I want you to create the Create five yoga class [00:52:00] outlines for me. Like that would be the prompt instead of going through something like the three Cs prompt framework where you’re going to be very specific about, about who it is acting as, like acting as a world class expert in that thing, and that’s the piece that people miss a lot.

It’s the prompting, it’s the context, it’s the cues. Then when they’re building out something like a project or a GPT, they’re not adding enough to the knowledge base and they’re not adding like all of the surrounding supporting documentation. That would be really, really helpful to have. So they’re training it to be mediocre and AI can be the most brilliant.

Person in the world, like it can match the most brilliant person in the world. If you train it that way. That’s the mindset that I want you to go into it with. [00:53:00] So if it’s going to develop a launch strategy for you, I want it to be developing like the most incredible launch strategy that has ever been created in your niche, and you can have it act as the most sought after launch.

Strategist, you have a wait list. This would be the problem. You have a wait list of clients you’ve worked with, list the clients that it has worked with and developed launch strategies for. Who are the people in your industry that you would love to be able to hire their launch strategist? And then building out and have it interview you.

If you ever have a gap of like, oh, I don’t know what I should be doing here. You can have it interview you to actually fill in that gap of what it needs to know in order to deliver something phenomenal for you. So I want you to be thinking at that level. One of my very first [00:54:00] mentors, one of the lessons that she taught me, she ended up building a billion dollar company and she said that her, the thing that that led to her success is that in year one of the business, when she was hiring people, she could already see the billion dollar company that she was running and she hired for the billion dollar company.

It’s how she conducted her interviews. So even though the company was like just raised round of funding, they were brand new. She interviewed people, she went into that process of building the team and building the strategy as if she was already the billion dollar company, which was really brilliant of her.

That took a a lot of foresight, you know, and you can have AI do that. Have AI be the higher vision of what you imagine for yourself five years from now and meet you there and interview you to like get the that information that it [00:55:00] needs.

Melissa: I love that so much. Having that five, 10 year vision is really important and then creating the GBT or the project that matches that, it’s so important

Natalie: and have that in your knowledge base too.

Like if you have that bigger vision and you can articulate it so clearly, like what you see for yourself in your business five years from now. Detail it like same way you would with a vision board or in like a multisensory visualization experience. Chat with Claude or chat GPT, whatever LLM you’re using, describe your vision for your life and your business five years from now, how it looks, how it feels, and incorporate that into the projects that you build.

So use that as one of your cues so that whenever AI is developing a strategy for you or a project plan or content for you, [00:56:00] it’s always working from that bigger vision and creating from that place instead of where you are today.

Melissa: I love that. Can we start using Claude today? Even if we haven’t set it all up, like obviously setting it up is gonna take a couple of hours, like you said.

So could we start using it today? Then set it up, or would you say No, just go all in, set it up, and then start using it?

Natalie: Well, they actually just launched, Claude just launched a really great feature and it makes it very easy to transfer from chat GPT over to Claude, and I would recommend you do that. So I would set up my Claude account.

And then if you go to your settings in Claude, you’re gonna go to settings and capabilities. And in the capabilities section, you’re going to [00:57:00] see a spot that says import memory from other AI providers. And you’re gonna press the button, start import. And it’s just gonna give you a prompt. It’s gonna give you a prompt that you put into chat, GPT for chat, GPT, to provide you with the context that Claude needs.

And you’re just gonna copy that output over to Claude into the box that it gives you. And then it has your memories from chat. GPT moved over and this takes like 60 seconds to do. They’ve made it very, very easy. So you can do that and start there and then set up your first project.

Melissa: I feel like I would like to stop from scratch.

Natalie: Ooh. Yeah. I think a lot of people, especially in the early days, they use chat GBT more like Google. And so it remembers all these [00:58:00] crazy things about you. ’cause it’s like everything you’ve ever asked it. And I have talked to some people who are like, you know what I’d, I like the feeling of starting fresh.

Starting with a lot of intentionality and it’s like I was on chat, GPT, learned the lessons there, and now I’m gonna start with Claude. I’m gonna do it with intention and I’m gonna do it a little differently.

Melissa: It’d be good to have like separate home motherhood project because in my current chat, GBT, there’s like Easter ideas and then offer, you know what I mean?

So it’s like it’d be nice to be able to separate it all and like maybe even keep chat GBT for that stuff and then keep clawed completely work.

Natalie: Interesting. And if you’re creating different projects, you can just create multiple projects for work and for your personal life and just have them be separate.

So whenever you’re doing something that’s [00:59:00] more house management related, you just go into that project and work. From there. So it does provide you with a little bit of separation to have the different projects. But I get what you’re saying too.

Melissa: Yeah. Yeah. So for a woman who wants to be one of the ones defining the future, instead of scrambling to catch up and keep up, what mindset shifts does she need to make now so she can lead with confidence?

Natalie: The future of business is very different from where we’ve been in the past. Like business in 2026 is not a more optimized version of business in 2023 with different tactics required or like upgraded tactics. It, it is radically different what we’re moving through, and I believe that we need to [01:00:00] embody the visionary, whatever that means to you.

So. Deciding that you are going to collaborate with ai. I think there’s going to be a bigger gap moving forward between the people who are working with AI and the people who are doing things manually. We need to become AI integrated entrepreneurs, and that is having your AI Dream team also building AI into your client experiences.

So I build custom AI tools for my clients to be able to go further faster and to have things done for them that they used to have to do on their own.

Melissa: Like, can you give me an example?

Natalie: Yes. So one of the things that we do inside of AI Dream team, we have, it’s called QE ai, and QE actually builds out your.

Instruction sets for the [01:01:00] projects that you’re creating to fill different roles on your team, and then also helps you to create all the cues that you need for the knowledge base. So it will brainstorm with you the cues that you need in order to train it really well, and it will go through and can create those queues with you one at a time.

You save them all in an organized folder. Once that work is done, everything that you build with AI goes a lot faster because you already have the knowledge base documents that you’re gonna need. So that’s one example. Just helping people to get the things done for them. I try to do a lot for you in AI Dream team so that you don’t have to be doing all of this yourself, setting up all of these roles on your own.

Then in one of my businesses, coaching evolved, we have. A program where you learn different modalities to incorporate into your coaching practice. [01:02:00] So you learn how to incorporate breath work, how to do somatic parts work, how to do emotional freedom technique so that you are offering something that’s beyond just coaching in the mind.

And I think that is a great way to future proof a coaching business. But one of the things that we used to do is we had our students create their own multisensory visualizations, for example. So they would have all this homework they would have to do to create their EFT recipes for their clients and for their coaching practice, their multisensory visualizations, their business assets, because there was a business element to it as well.

So I created an AI tool that actually did that for them. Which cut down the length of time that it took to go through the program because now we’re teaching and instead of saying, okay, now you’re gonna go and you’re gonna do all this on your own and you have to build this out by our next session, they just [01:03:00] go into our AI and it’s a collaboration.

They get it all created. So it’s done with them. And I think those kinds of experiences and that kind of personalization is really important for what we’re moving towards. And it starts with you being the visionary that I, I know that everyone listening to this podcast like you have that you have that archetype within you.

You’re probably someone who feels like they are here to lead the future in some way, to bring a different. Blueprint and way of being into the world. Like I, I know that that’s your audience, and so this is the time for you to dive all the way in and to be learning and to be seeing what is yours to do. I say I help people build deeply human AI powered businesses.

I don’t want the human element to be gone. I [01:04:00] want you to lean even more into the human parts of your business and have AI handle the rest, and to really be thinking about where you see the world moving over the next five years, over the next 10 years, and how your work and how you do things in your essence, how that gets woven into the future that is being created.

Because I believe that there’s a role that each of us has to play. We, we came here for this, like those of us who are the visionary leaders, who have been holding a vision of what’s possible, who have been doing things differently, who have been breaking chains within our family units, within our lineage, we’ve been raising the next generation differently, right?

Like the way that you and Nick parent is not maybe the standard way how most people parent. There’s a, [01:05:00] there’s a transmission, there’s a blueprint that you are here to share for something different, for a new possibility. And it’s time for all of us to be leaning all the way into that and collaborating with AI to do that.

Like we came here to be the visionaries of this time.

Melissa: Absolutely. I love this so much and I’m excited about. Stepping more into it myself for my clients, for the world. I’m just so excited for where this is going and I love that you are all about keeping that humanness because it’s so important. So I am going to put a link in the show notes for anyone who wants to check out AI Dream team.

All you have to do is go to melissa ramini.com/ai dream team and I’ll link to it in the show notes for anyone who wants to check it out and set this up for their business and their life. Now, I would love to switch gears a little bit. [01:06:00] I wanna hear if you could put one book in the school curriculum of every high school around the world, what book would you choose?

It could be on any topic.

Natalie: Yeah, it’s funny. What comes to mind is I have like fiction and nonfiction and we’re. For like fiction poetry, like I love reading things like the Radiance Sutras, that might be a little much for high school, but poetry and literature that is like a work of art. I’ve just gotten back into reading fiction and it’s been delightful after many years of reading, like nonfiction and so focused on things like personal development books and business books and I just read a book actually Clara and the Son, great book about our AI future.

It’s like a somewhat [01:07:00] dystopian kind of, but it’s a really interesting one. And for nonfiction, I think learning more about yourself at an earlier age, so getting into something like human design or, or reading the gene keys. Learning that system or, or a system like that when you’re in high school. Like, I wish I had that because it would’ve given me a blueprint.

It would’ve given me a map for who I am, and I wouldn’t have had to spend years kind of learning that the hard way. Although there, there were lessons in learning it the hard way as well. But as soon as I had these maps, like the gene keys and human design, I’m like, oh, everything makes sense now. A

Melissa: hundred percent.

I also would add into that cabalistic astrology. I absolutely love cabalistic astrology.

Natalie: Yosef is deep in [01:08:00] kabbalistic astrology. He’s deep in Kabbalah in general because he was tapped to start teaching Kabbalah when he was a teenager. He’s read all the ancient texts like in Aramaic and Hebrew, like in their, their original form, and he, he does cabalistic astrology, and it is deep, deep, deep, deep, deep.

Melissa: I love it so much. I am completely obsessed.

Natalie: How did you get into capitalistic astrology?

Melissa: I am obsessed with Kabbalah, so I had Monica Berg on my podcast maybe eight years ago, and so I’ve known of Monica and followed her work, and it wasn’t until earlier last year, a girlfriend sent me a message and she lives in Bali and she said.

Have you studied Kabbalah? I just think you would love it. And she sent me [01:09:00] Kabbalah one and I did the first course, Kabbalah one, and then I went on and did Kabbalah two. And I’ve studied so many different other courses and I’ve read lots of books and I’ve got a Kabbalah teacher and I have just completely become obsessed with it.

I love it so much. It’s just life changing. So I agree that Jean Keys, human design, cabalistic, astrology, learning that in school would just allow you to have such a deeper understanding of who you are, why you are here, your gifts, everything. I just, I think that is so powerful.

Natalie: You know what’s really interesting, companies like Claude for a long time in the education system, they, they were pushing tech.

I remember when I was going to school, they made, I was doing my degree in International Political Science and business, and they made us all do [01:10:00] programming and have tech skills because they’re like, this is the future. Companies like Claude, they are hiring from the arts and humanities and I think that humanities is gonna be such an important part of where we’re going and getting back to human creations.

Like human creations are going to be even more valuable. And I think that the, the greatest thing of these times and having AI do so many things for us is that it frees up our time to actually get back to being human and to discover maybe for the first time what it even means to be human. Because we’ve spent so much of our life force energy surviving, like our ancient ancestors we’re in survival mode and then we shifted into.

Agricultural revolution, the industrial revolution. The majority of people spend most of their lives on work. And if AI can [01:11:00] take over a lot of the work, I think we get to be back to being human beings or, or get to the discovery of what it means to be a human being. So I think the arts, yeah, and all of that, the capitalistic astrologer and the jean keys and the poetry, like that’s what we need to be bathing in, I think right now for the times that we’re moving through.

Melissa: Yeah, absolutely. I wanna hear about your day. I love hearing how people prime themselves for the day, how you move through your day, what are your routines, your rituals. Can you talk us through a quote unquote typical day in your life from the moment you wake up to the moment you go to bed? Let’s do it.

Natalie: Okay. I feel like today was a typical day in. My, I if it was like my ideal, typical day for a weekday. ’cause like weekdays, weekends are a little bit different, but today felt like such a good day. And I just want to do a disclaimer here that like, [01:12:00] I don’t do this every single day. I wish I did, but I, I sometimes too fall off my, my habits and my rituals.

So I woke up this morning and I had my like lemon water and my pre-workout smoothie and all of that, and I worked out with my trainer, had an amazing workout after my workout came home, had my. Breakfast that I told you about my protein skillet smoothie situation. And after that, I did, I just felt like dancing.

So I actually just turned on a song and I had a little dance, and then I dropped into breath work. Today, I, I changed up the breath work, but today I did Wim Hof breath work. It’s like a, a quick 10 minute, three cycle breath. So that’s part of how I prime my day. And then I meditated. So I felt so proud of myself that I did all the things like that.

That’s how I would love to spend my day, is [01:13:00] actually doing those things every day. But it doesn’t always work out that way. I meditated. And I had this beautiful visualization of just like making concept connects and stuff. I went into my workday feeling so fired up and alive, and I had three hours of space actually to start the day.

That was blocked off in my calendar because AI changes so much. Like I read for three to four hours a day, reading and experimenting and iterating. So I’m always having to update what I’m, I’m doing right now. I’m having to update my course often, and I just had three hours of playing around with some of the new models, learning some of the new agentic workflows, testing some things out.

That was really fun for me. Then I went for a walk, had an amazing lunch delivered. Then I went into my afternoon of like responding to emails and things [01:14:00] like that. And now I’m talking to you, which I was so excited about, like getting this in. And the clock’s just changed. It’s still light outside too, so I’ll, I’m in my evening time now, so I’ll have dinner and I’m gonna go for a walk probably on the beach.

And that’s my, that’s my day. I had a lot of people, I mean, it sounds like I, I’m just like living this lonely existence over here maybe. But I had a lot of people over the last three days and it was like nonstop friend things for the three days previous to this. So having some, some space and like dropping into work was actually really, really nice.

I needed some solo time today.

Melissa: Beautiful. I love that so much. Thank you for sharing. I have three rapid fire questions for you now. Are you ready?

Natalie: I’m ready. Okay. I, let me, let me drop into rapid fire. So I’m gonna answer succinctly quickly [01:15:00] here. Yes.

Melissa: Okay. So what is one thing that we can do today for our health?

Just one thing.

Natalie: Walking, like walking, meditative, walking. Intentional walking.

Melissa: Mm-hmm. Walking without your device.

Natalie: Yes, exactly.

Melissa: Yeah. I love that. I get my clients to do that because it is a game changer when you go for a walk in nature without your phone. The level of creativity that flows through you is just, MM.

Chef’s kiss.

Natalie: Absolutely.

Melissa: Okay, next one. What is one thing that we can do, and I feel like I know the answer to this one, but to have more wealth in our life.

Natalie: Work with AI on your investing strategy, use it as your financial advisor and create a wealth plan. Then there’s like your [01:16:00] relationship to money that you need to work on as well, but AI can help you create an amazing wealth plan.

Melissa: Yeah, I really like that and I like the idea of using it as our investing strategist, like brilliant. I love that. And the last one, what is one thing we can do for more love in our life? Everyone wants more love. What can we do for it? Just one thing,

Natalie: actually open ourselves to receiving it, to receiving love from others and to receiving the love that we already are.

Melissa: Beautiful. This has been so amazing. I have taken so many notes. I am so excited. To implement this into my business and my life and to share it with everybody. Is there anything else that you wanna share? Any last parting words of wisdom?

Natalie: Just that we each have a role to play in [01:17:00] weaving the future that is possible.

And I believe that the visions that many of us have been holding for a really long time of what the world could look like. We get to collaborate with AI to begin creating that, and it starts in our own lives. And to really show up every day in service to that higher vision that we have. And I look forward to seeing how each of you listening ends up leading the future and how we lead the future together.

Melissa: Beautiful. You are helping so many people. You are serving so many people with all of your work that you’re doing, how can I and the listeners give back to you today? How can we serve you? Oh,

Natalie: Melissa, with the questions that I don’t get asked very often. Well, if you know anybody else who wants [01:18:00] to start working with AI in a, an embodied and ethical way, so if you know other heart led values driven leaders and entrepreneurs.

Send them my way to AI Dream team or to the Future Thread newsletter that I write, and that would be, that would be the best way of spreading this work in the world.

Melissa: I will link to all of that in the show notes for everyone. This has been so informative and exciting and so much juice for us to sink our teeth into, so thank you for sharing.

This has been delightful.

Natalie: Thank you so much for having me, and thank you everyone for listening.
