This is my calling! Love the title of your book..congrats! It so true, until we learn to become our own best friend and stop being a ‘mean girl’ (to ourselves) by changing our inner critic and thoughts that don’t serve us, only then can we treat ourselves with the patience, kindness and respect we deserve.
