Here are 5 ways that a thriving fitness routine can lead to a thriving business.

Running a business can feel like a rollercoaster sometimes, but exercise helps you navigate those challenges like a pro. 

Studies, including one published in the Journal of Health Psychology, show that regular exercise significantly lowers stress hormones (like cortisol levels), while elevating endorphin levels, known as ‘feel-good’ hormones.

This hormonal balance leads to enhanced mental clarity and calmness, which is essential when facing critical business decisions.

I’ve met some of my dearest friends through yoga, pilates and dance classes — this really is a great life hack that you should try asap!

The effect on his creativity is so insane that I sometimes tease him: “Babe! Please — no more walks! We’re still working on your last batch of ideas!”
