Are you guilty of only worrying about what you put in your body and not what environment you put your body in? By ignoring our evolutionary blueprint (developed over thousands of years), and overexposing ourselves to EMF radiation and blue light (aka junk light), our health is failing at an alarming rate. Dr. Jack Kruse is here to show us how true health, vitality, and longevity means more than just eating organic.

Dr. Kruse is a well-respected neurosurgeon who’s on a mission to help people find radiant, life-long health. He’s been published in dental and medical journals, authored the transformative book Epi-Paleo Rx: The Prescription for Disease Reversal and Optimal Health, co-invented the Quantlet light therapy wristband, and helped countless people through his blog and practice. His research proves that our modern indoor lifestyle negatively impacts your health in a shocking way and teaches how bathing in natural light from the sun, moon and stars can have a mindblowing effect on your vitality. Now as the CEO of Optimized Life, Dr. Kruse works to help humanity reconnect to the environment, increase their longevity and beat healthcare burdens that arise as we age.

So if you want to find out how to unlock the latent health that was gifted to you at birth, reduce your exposure to harmful 5G radiations, and avoid the epidemic of junk light destroying your circadian rhythms, pop in those earbuds beautiful… because this episode is for you!

In this episode we chat about:

  • How blue light impacts your health, life, longevity and metabolism (07:36)
  • Why the light you eat your food in is actually more important than the food you eat (I’m a big fan of this!) (10:18)
  • Why we need to avoid artificial light as much as possible, but even more so at night (13:02)
  • How light affects and controls our behaviour and why it can lead to addiction issues (and yup, that includes social media addiction) (16:50)
  • The truth about dietary supplements and how you absorb them (23:22)
  • How much light you actually need to thrive (27:14)
  • The detrimental effects of 5G (30:41)
  • What can we do to protect ourselves from artificial EMF radiation (41:53)
  • Are EMF blocking cases for your electronics really worth the investment? (51:47)
  • Plus so much more!

  1. Jess says:

Ok melissa ….I am really disapointed in this podcast ! It is an hour of my life I cannot get back , this man was rude arrogant and self rightous ….I am all for new information and being open to new ideas I have not considered BUT this was rediculous ! I get that you choose not to react or argue but at the first insult to your guests I would have put an immediate STOP to how he was speaking it’s called assertiveness and it’s OK to be assertive but this was a real disapointment to listen to !

    • Hi Jess, thank you for your honest feedback. I really allow my guests to be their true selves and I refrain from judgment as I want to allow them the space to be who they truly are. Jack’s forwardness did take me by surprise but I was really focused on just trying to extract the best information for my audience. Each of my guests bring their own opinions and experiences to the interview. Whilst I may not agree with everything presented, I respectfully allow them to share their views. I am sorry that you felt insulted as that is the last thing I ever want you or any of my tribe to feel and that was never my intention. I really do hope you will still listen to the show and if there is anything I can do please do let me know. Love Melissa xx

    • Lisa Mozes says:

Dr Jack Kruse is phenomenal, 10 – 20 years ahead of the game. He is fast talking and sometimes brash but he’s got so much information to share and wants to help as many people as possible. Keep an open mind and listen without judgment, take the information he is sharing and research it more. Dr Jack Kruse will awaken you to the healing of sunlight and the positive effects it has on our bodies. ☀️

    • Jacqui Hives says:

i disagree, he wasnt rude – he just didnt sugarcoat like most do – i found it refreshing and honest!

      • I am glad honey. I actually just re-recorded the intro of this episode to address Jack’s forwardness if you would like to quit the app then redownload it to have a listen. Thanks for your love and support. It means the world to me. xx

    • Matt says:

Jess you’ve lost the plot mate!!

There was absolutely nothing wrong with Dr jacks delivery. Great podcast and very informative and just stuck to the facts.

Sugar coating something doesn’t make it better!!!

    • Michael says:

15.45s – the guy doesn’t answer the question and tells you how to run your podcast – the guy is an arse, regardless how many papers he’s read over how many years. arrogant prick with no sense of how people actually live their lives, only what his version of how we all SHOULD live our lives.

16.13s – he then goes on to say he doesn’t know your audience, and what i see as condescending of people that don’t know how to read the literature. maybe HE could actually decipher it for the laymen, instead of being heavy handed of those that can’t, plus there is no flex on living in a modern world “you’ve got a family history of breast cancer, yeahh you’re gonna get it unless you live a pre-industrial revolution life”

17.20s – he says the suicides of top musicians is caused because they played at night? how flippant can you get? this minimises everything else going on for these people. sure being in the dark and around electric instruments may have been a contributing factor, but any hint of this is not raised – yep only artificial light killed em

18.30s – they used drugs cause they were around blue shifted light?? how many assumptions does this scientist want to take?? at this point I want to stop listening and am angry that he is not more aware of his messaging.

21.10s – he’s not interested in emotional aspects? that might make it hard to communicate a message effectively to a world who use emotions, or to an audience primarily made of women.

23.20s – now he and HIS AUDIENCE are laughing at you Melissa, and a valid question for your guest, I think you’re doing well with a difficult guest, I wouldn’t have him back

26.00s – blanket statement that all vegetarians and vegans worldwide have low B12 cause they don’t get enough of the right light, yep I’m not listening any further, what a joker.

      • Hey Michael, I myself struggled to decide whether I should release this episode because of the way Dr Kruse delivered some of the information. However, I thought the information around 5G and blue light was something I needed to share with my tribe. At the end of the day, I want to do everything possible to educate my listeners so they can form their own opinions and take actions as they see fit. I really do hope you will still listen to the show and if there is anything I can do please do let me know. Love Melissa xx

  2. Tiffany says:

It’s great to hear what we ‘Should’ do- by all means. But in order to be relevant in today’s society- this information NEEDS to be joined with ‘the next best thing to do’. When it gets dark at 4:30pm- my entire family will not be able to ‘just go to bed’ because its dark outside. Or what about doctors in the ER? Should we NOT have people working in emergency services after dark? People not drive or get in car crashes after dark? ‘Oops sorry- it’s dark- the doctors are in bed’ ?! Other options PLEASE? Let’s be relevantttttttttttt with this massively important topic!

  3. Sabrina says:

Loved this podcast, thank you to both of you for sharing your knowledge . Not every one will get it and that’s fine. Those who really care to make a difference will and will also make those necessary changes where possible, even if it means slightly tweaking your current living situation can make a difference, don’t have to go all the way. Let’s hope people wake up to the fact 5g is going to be disatrousous to our health, we need more movers and shakers out there willing to speak up and put a stop to this madness xx

    • Thanks honey. I re-recorded the intro of this episode to address Jack’s forwardness if you would like to quit the app then redownload it to have a listen. Thanks for your love and support. It means the world to me. xx

  4. Maud says:

    Dear Melissa,
I love you work and what you share. I find you very inspiring and love your podcast. I recenty listened to Kate Northrup and Kristina Karlsson on your show and loved what I heard.
I was really curious about this week’s podcast as I want to educate myself on 5G. I live in a whole different place in the world and it’s less talked about here. Yet I want to know and learn what it all means.
However I was shocked by the way your guest spoke. In parts I found what he said very offensive. Saying that people work during the night only because of the extra few dollars. Wow! What about nurses, cargivers and other service prodivers? (isn’t a he a doctor?) What about people who have no choice but to work night shifts? What about the single mom trying to make ends meet and provide for her family?
Only because someone has a different opinion or isn’t as educated doesn’t mean he or she is an idiot. Not everyone can be a doctor or read complex books. Everyone has the right to be on this earth.
I was also speechless at the number of times he bashed Australians and their way of doing. I am not Australian and do not know much about your politics but the comment on communism, please. I found this all very offensive.
What about finding balance, what about compassion and vulnerability? What about sharing what you know in a way it takes in people from many walks of life (it is after all an important subject that needs to be addressed) rather than putting down the majority of them.
Again, this is not against you. I love what you do and think you are amazing. But I also felt I had to reach out and share my thoughts. I listened to the podcast on my way to work and it was on my mind all day really.
    Thank you for reading.
    Love and light,
    Maud

    • Thank you so much for your feedback Maud, I have taken it on board. I actually re-recorded the intro of this episode to address Jack’s forwardness if you would like to quit the app then redownload it to have a listen and let me know what you think. All my love to you. xx

  5. Sky Jenkins says:

OMG what an incredible podcast. I’m so glad I listened to it. I’m not sciencey but this had made me incredibly passionate about sharing 5G and getting more sun. I’m going to share, share, share the shit out of this podcast!!!!

    • Thanks for your love and support Sky, it means the world to me. I re-recorded the intro of this episode to address Jack’s forwardness if you would like to quit the app then redownload it to have a listen. xx

  6. Amy says:

Oh Melissa I really felt for you during this podcast. I could feel your eyes getting bigger as Dr Jack told us the hard facts. Scary scary stuff. For us and our children. I know it was a podcast we are not used to but it is still informative and gives us all an option. I don’t think I would invite Dr Jack around for dinner (especially if it is dark ) but I will do a bit more research. I have had skin cancer and years of sun damage to my skin . A life I would not change. I didn’t have a mobile phone then but I do now and it is a different life. Maybe I will make a few adjustments with more research but in the meantime I will still meditate , love life and listen to you !

    • Thanks for your love and support Amy and thanks for sharing. I re-recorded the intro of this episode to address Jack’s forwardness if you would like to quit the app then redownload it to have a listen. xx

  7. Ant says:

Hi Melissa, thanks for your work in providing the interview. I didn’t find him too bad, just confident to the point of occasional brashness. just fyi, and to offset against the tanties..
    Bless!

    • Thanks Ant. I actually re-recorded the intro of this episode to address Jack’s forwardness if you would like to quit the app then redownload it to have a listen. Thanks for your love and support. It means the world to me. xx

  8. Caterina says:

I thought this was a super interesting and important episode. Thank you for sharing this information.
Nevertheless, I found the guest very condescending towards your listeners. “Small minded people….” I don’t know if you felt the same way but I think it’s a shame to lecture in this manner.
Thank you Melissa for everything! xxx

    • Hey Caterina, thanks for your comment. I don’t think it was meant to be directed directly at my listener’s, but still it didn’t feel very nice and for that, I am deeply sorry. I actually re-recorded the intro of this episode to address Jack’s forwardness if you would like to quit the app then redownload it to have a listen. xx

  9. Kaitlin says:

    Hi Melissa,

Wow. I tried to listen to this with no judgement and with openness. But this man was arrogant and seemed to come from a place of total privilege. It must be easy to go to sleep at 4pm when you come from such privelage. What happens if he had a heartache in the night? Who would save him when we’re all asleep. Also, people who choose to “earn a couple more bucks” are actually choosing health. They are choosing to support themselves, feed themselves, ensure access to healthcare.

This man may have much education and research behind him but I would ask the question about privelage and privilege to choose health? Is the owness really on us all to turn off the lights instead of feed our families? Also, if the research (hopefully peer-reviewed) is there, why is it a secret? Why is this not in practice? If it’s that blantatly obvious its the ‘cause’ of cancer why aren’t aware? Also, is it a womens with breast cancers fault she didn’t turn off the lights? Has he experienced cancer? I’m sorry but this hasn’t offended me it’s offensive to people of a lower level of privelage (and that I’m sorry is a much more serious issue within society). The actual statistics show people in poverty and lower sociodemographics have increased health problems and are more likely to dye at a younger age.

Also, I’m slightly concerned this podcast was shared because he claims it causes obesity and cancer. People have been nurses and lived with lights without encountering either of these. This felt a bit like scare mongering. I would like other qualified surgeons, practitioners and researchers to bring an opinion on the ‘clear’ link to a light on at night and the cause of breast cancer.

    It’s just disappointing.

    • Hey Kaitlin, I completely understand where you are coming from in terms of the claims around obesity and cancer. I will definitely look to find someone in this particular field who could shed some light on these topics for a future episode. And if you have any ideas of who that person may be please do let me know. I really do hope you will still listen to the show and if there is anything I can do please do let me know. Love Melissa xx

    • Nick says:

How are people offended by this..? real low dopamine.. This stuff is gold. People are so stuck in their own beliefs, that anything outside that is ludicrous or offensive. This guy is so ahead of the curve. When you actually look into where he is getting the information, you realise these aren’t his opinions, this stuff is published. Most people in the wellness industry haven’t gone deep enough, or bothered to connect the dots.. and they often just believe everything that is being told to them. What does privilege in health have to do with this stuff?? .. taking the victim mindset doesn’t help anyone.. .. Lots of people in the world are sick, and the only way through it is with truth really.

  10. Catherine Charest says:

This episode is so needed. I will share it. I found it mind blowing that some people get offended so easily and that you have to warn people. Your guest is a very passionate researcher. When you know all he knows you want to create that urge in people to act with what he is saying. If we sugar coat everything there’s no reaction and people think they can take time to act. I didn’t find it offensive at all and I found it refreshing to hear very determined people. I come from a culture who love discussing and argumenting and that’s how we get a lot done. Here we always need to say the right thing not to brush anyone off and I believe it’s a reason why it’s so hard in Australia to act and go forward as a society. It’s time to act.

  11. Joana says:

    Dear Melissa,

I know there was a huge backlash in relation to this podcast and, although I agree the guest was plain rude in several moments, I recognize and appreciate your choice of allowing him to share the INFORMATION THAT MATTERS to our health and joy.

It´s hard to be the mediator, especially in tricky situations such as this; I´m sending you my love and support.

I DO understand your approach to this “diplomatic pickle” and I want to remind you of the amazing work you´re doing and sharing.

Gratitude and loads of positive vibes sent your way.

  12. Justyna says:

What a fantastic podcast, I find his passion and his bluntness refreshing. No sugar coating. Why should he, He know what he is talking about, there is research backing him. I do not even think you should explain yourself, You gave us a service by another great podcast I really enjoyed listening to. Thank you for that. Maybe we all should do what is in your message and in your books, Be open minded, enjoy life, be happy, life is too short to complain or condemn. Have a fantastic day.

  13. Shelley Rogers says:

I thought this was very informative but wondered how on earth I can make changes as I live in an area that is dark by 5 in winter and sunny till 8 in summer. Have you made some changes?

    • Hey Shelley, great question… I am not going to go to bed as soon as it gets dark so I use a few lights and make sure they are all amber and not blue light. I also wear blue blocking glasses at night. You could also get some Himalayan salt lamps as they give a beautiful soft glow. They are great places to start. xx

  14. Hal Weiss says:

If people get bent out of shape by the way this man talks, then they are some of the ones he’s talking about. They should read the book by Nirmala called “It’s Nothing Personal”.
Anyway, I’m glad you had Dr. Kruse on your show. The guy is beyond brilliant, and the information at his fingertips is staggering. I hope people do their own research and find out more about the dangers of non-native EMF’s, as well as, more ways to protect themselves.

  15. Natalie Hannah says:

thank you for sharing this podcast….truth teller!

  16. Corynne Hughes says:

    Hi Melissa!
This podcast episode was necessary. Uncomfortable, confrontational, a little awkward at times but so freaking important.
To any of your listeners who expressed disappointment or dislike for this podcast with Jack, I encourage them to take a moment, look in the mirror and ask themselves what makes them take such offense.
It’s enough that we live in one of the biggest nanny states in the world, ‘protected’ and wrapped in cotton wool. Having laws that tell us we cannot drive with our elbow on the car window, that we aren’t allowed to change out a simple light fixture in our own home, among other rules that dumbify us under the guise of protecting us (from ourselves!)
Toughen up, realize that when someone is seemingly offensive/ direct/ pragmatic – it’s NOT about you. It’s not personal. This podcast definitely made me cringe. I cringed for Melissa as she found herself confronted with a challenging personality, someone who truly sees black or white and is very firm that in some cases there IS NO POINT looking for the middle ground.
The cringe-factor does not, however, diminish the value of this podcast. Sure, there were a few abrupt words, some vulgarities, some phrases one can take as offensive if so entitled to feel that way. But as Melissa forewarned in her really well intentioned introduction… this was never going to be a warm and fuzzy, lovey dovey, uplifting episode.
Thank you Melissa, for believing so strongly that we should hear this information. Thank you for not summarizing the information in another voice, or finding someone else to interview on the subject who might have been coming from a place of more love! We probably wouldn’t have listened, engaged, been challenged or become awakened to this topic in the way that Jack made us do so … he lit a FIRE in us… whether it was evoking indignation through being offensive, or through the truthful, frank and incontestable facts he was able to spew out in a way only he can! He obviously knows his subject matter; he is intelligent, experienced, and passionate about his area of expertise.
Those offended just need to create a better filter. Forget about yourself. Listen to the facts. Verify. If it still doesn’t check out… forget about it. Just don’t lash out at Melissa or Jack for providing a channel through which we can learn something new.

  17. Roz says:

Melissa. – THANK YOU. for the JACK KRUSE podcast (203) ! !
Wonderful. He is way ahead of science (that omnipresent dinosaur) and has jumped right over the medical world in a giant leap (for mankind ! ) with simple simple FREE solutions for our health and wellbeing. We are “the cat with the cream”.
AND. ❤️ THANK YOU ❤️ for having the perception and capacity for recognising truth – and for sharing with those like-minds who have been hanging out for gifts such as Jack’s – which are so mind-blowing and spirit- freeing.
Together you have restored our faith in humankind.

  18. Caitlin says:

Unfortunately for the first time ever I had to stop one of your podcasts Melissa! I wasn’t able to get through it. It may be an important message – granted, but I love to listen to podcasts in the that inspire, enlighten but most of all make me feel positive and happy and feel like I can take steps to making a change for the better!! This certainly didn’t evoke any of those emotions for me nor did it give me reasonable options in doing so.

    • Hey Caitlin, thank you for your honest feedback on the episode. I understand how this episode has been received and even I internally struggled with the way Dr Kruse delivered the information. However, I felt the information itself (despite how it was delivered) was too important not to share with my tribe. I hope you still continue to listen to the podcast and find value in the information I am seeking for you honey. If there is anything you need please let me know. Love Melissa xx

  19. Jolijn says:

    Hi Melissa!
Thank you, as always, for an informative and necessary podcast! Your guest was clearly a man with a mission, and yes, offensive at times, but I think it is important not too run with the ego-defense mode with his comments but listen to his important message instead. I think you handled it beautifully, although it must have been hard at times not to defend the people he criticises. I think it was for the best you didn’t go into all that, because that would have turned to squabbles and stopped him from sharing this message that is clearly important to him, and let’s face it- to all of us. So thank you for handling it the way you did and sharing the result in spite of it maybe not having gone the way you’d have liked, it must have been difficult.
I had a question about the content: I am from the Netherlands and in winter with an eight to five job, you basically leave the house when it’s dark, and return when it’s dark. The sun only shines during office hours which you spend -of course- in fluorescent lighting. I know there are full-spectrum artificial lights on the market like lightforhealth.com (christiane northrup mentions them in her book for instance), but do these help in such a situation? I guess full (or wider)- spectrum artificial lights are better than regular artificial lights? Do you have thoughts on this or maybe experience with them?

Thank you so much and keep up the good work

    Jolijn

    • Thank you for your kind words honey, his message is very important. There are a few things you can do, I would wear blue light blocking glasses if you are in artificial blue light and I would look at getting the lights changed if you can? Also, try eating your lunch outside and feel that sun on your skin. Give those a go and all you can do is your best. xx

  20. Jules says:

    Hey Melissa,
Finally got around to listening to this episode. I had put it off because I’d thought it would be pretty boring (5G struck me as something I probably should be informed about but wasn’t particularly interested in). Well! It sure wasn’t boring!
I just wanted to say thank you so much for deciding to go ahead and share this episode… It’s such important info for us all to be aware of. I’ve already shared it with several others and I’m about to go find this 5G petition to sign… Thank you! Xx

  21. Greg says:

    Great podcast!
    Thanks for sharing

  22. Greg says:

    Great podcast
    Thanks for sharing

  23. Michael Biggins says:

    Melissa
I’m sure you’re a very lovely person but would you please knock it off with this apologetic “non-judgmental” stuff; it’s guys like Jack Kruse who have the courage to call a spade a spade who give me some hope that this barbarism cloaked in a thin social veneer might possibly survive. It sure as heck won’t be as a result of those maudlin types who want to “wish” the world better but who don’t actually put any skin in the game, who come up with the most inane explanations for the most heinous actions; who refuse to stand up and oppose anything, no matter how obviously wrong (there must be a “reason” why they: raped that woman, molested that child, betrayed their best friend, etc., etc). Non-disapproval, non-action, non-censureship is tantamount to tacit approval. How much easier to sit on the fence, keep your own lily-white hands clean, oppose nothing with fatuous “reasons why” and let guys like Jack fight the battles, stick their necks out, take the attacks which will surely come as a result of speaking out (remember Jesus Christ, Mohatma Ghandi, Stephen Biko, Martin Luther King, et al?). So please don’t unwittingly risk undermining those courageous beings who are at the forefront of this fight for humanity (yes, I said “fight”; no apology to you vapid types and your insipid “political correctness” BS). May “The Force” be with you, Jack Kruse; I am, you are not alone ….

    • Hey Michael, a few people found this episode confronting in the way Dr Kruse delivered the information. But the way it is presented aside, in no way am I opposing or undermining the information and work Dr Kruse is doing, I think it is essential information absolutely everyone should hear, that is the reason I interviewed Dr Kruse and wanted to share the episode in the first place. I hope you understand. xx

  24. Kristy. C says:

I think you handle yourself well. Jack is unique, that is for sure but he is incredibly knowledgeable in a number of fields.

Can I suggest contacting ORSAA (Oceania Radiofrequency Scientific Advisory Association), they would be the most knowledgeable group here in Australia and would give a very different perspective to Jack.

  25. Jovana says:

Thanks for bringing Dr Kruse onto your podcast, feeling so motivated to get some AM sunlight and reduce blue light at night…maybe it’s time to read more books in the evenings!

I understand Dr Kruse can be polarising and come across as blunt and arrogant. I’ve read his blog before so I’m very used to his personality but don’t think he was particularly rude on the podcast, that’s just him! It was a good decision to still post the podcast and your interviewing skills were great!

  26. Jaymie says:

I have listen to a few of Dr Kruse interviews and I can see how some people are taken back by his delivery, but for me it’s the information in the interviews that I am seeking and Dr Kruse certainly knows the science and he doesn’t sugar coat how serious we need to take blue light toxicity. Thanks for this podcast Melissa, I really enjoyed the golden nugget takeaways!

  27. Marius says:

Great show, do you or Jack know where can we buy a 5g detection meter?

  28. Kim Armstrong says:

    Hi Melissa
This is the first time I ah e listened to your podcast but it is not the first time I have listened to Jack Kruise. He is the reason I came to your podcast because he is saying very relevant things about Australia I just want to say that I enjoyed the interview and I really don’t understand why some of your followers have reacted the way in which they have. Jack is passionate and has been thing to get his message out for years. He is a genius at making links between scie to fix studies that wouldn’t otherwise be made. I think if people are going to be offended by straight talk they are missing the point I remind everyone being offended is a choice you make and has nothing to do with Jack. Perhaps they need to do some work on themselves and there emotional state. Well done for airing this you don’t need to apologise for Jack just read the books he advises you read understand what he is saying. Turn off you tech at night get up and see every sunrise and watch the sunset for starters. I’have listened to this written this comment in my garden in am light.

  29. Jonna says:

Hi Melissa, thank you for doing and sharing the important interview with Dr. Jack Kruse. I will definitely share it to those I hope will try to understand and take it in. Just one thing about what you said about him not expressing with love: I don’t agree. It takes lots of love and care to spread and talk about these things. He is just being very honest, to all of our benefit. And with the word “idiot” I guess he simply means just being ignorant of facts. With that said, I know that all of his words and posts are not easy to understand. The more important that he chose to talk in podcasts as yours, putting things out a little more accessible. For me, that is spreading love, Thank you again, you are also brave to share and to care.

  30. N says:

Amazing and very informative and useful podcast as usual <3

  31. Damaris says:

I loved the podcast and all the important information. And I´m very much ok with his outspokenness, though it may sound somewhat “unfeeling”.

I guess when you try to teach people for years who are not really willing to see the gravity of our violations of against nature´s laws a “red person” will not have much patience for (quite often lame) excuses.

Like others I also would have wished for some more “next best things to do” – especially when it comes to light in the evenings (use of red or black light and which exactly?).

When question I still have is regarding the light in which we eat our food: Did he literally mean that the light at our table changes the quality/information of our food or simply that we are being changed by the light surrounding us and therefore even supposedly healthy food becomes less so?

Thank you so much, I enjoyed the episode and have already been sharing it!

    • Hey Damaris, thank you so much for your comment. You may like to listen to this episode where we give more ‘next best things’ that really help. Check it out! And in regards to your question, I think the best light to eat is either candlelight or no blue light if you can. Does that help?

  32. Jack Kruse says:

Coming back and reading these comments years later made me chuckle. Just about everything I said came to fruition. You might want to have a listen. Oz is in for a lot more pain now. https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/tetragrammaton-with-rick-rubin/id1671669052?i=1000610678541
