Want to achieve epic health? Experience huge amounts of energy? And have the best day ever?… I certainly do! That’s why I was so pumped to interview today’s podcast guest, David ‘Avocado’ Wolfe, who’s here to talk all things wellness and help us transform our health, makeover our mindset, and become the most evolved version of ourselves possible.
David Wolfe — who’s been called the “Indiana Jones of the superfoods and longevity universe” — is a health, eco, nutrition, and natural beauty expert with over 25 years experience. Throughout his decades-long career, he’s helped thousands of people achieve radiant health through a positive mental attitude, living water, and high quality organic foods and herbs. Along the way, he’s also written a slew of books, amassed a worldwide following, been health coach to Hollywood celebrities and leading CEOs, started a highly successful superfoods company, and founded the nonprofit Fruit Tree Planting Foundation, whose goal is to plant 18 billion fruit trees on planet Earth.
I’m so excited for you to listen to this conversation. We had a lot of fun, and David has so much insane knowledge to share (and so many truth-bombs to drop!). If you’re anything like me, you’ll walk away from this episode feeling hugely inspired to take control of your health destiny and create a wildly successful life on your own terms.

I LOVED this podcast and love David Wolf. I listened to it the day you posted it and I’ve been hanging on to the conversation since then. The fact that there is a spring around anywhere you go resonated with me and I’ve been thinking about figuring out who to ask in my community about where one is. Also, I am so so curious about what the govt and media is snuffing out in David’s communication on health topics. I know that there is more money in people being sick than healthy and keeping it that way is “good for business.” That inspires me to do the work in helping people get well. It was also nice to hear more about sun gazing and public water. Both are topics I want to learn more about!
So glad you loved the episode Hailey, isn’t he full of Knowlege. Enjoy finding and spring your spring water. xx
Love David Wolfe, always a wealth of knowledge, could listen to him for hours!! Fab podcast Melissa as always!, I was interested Melissa, you use an RO filter and a structurer, I need to replace my RO filter and just wondered if you could share what you use or recommend – RO and structurer, please? Also, do you remineralize your water? Thanks, gorgeous, Happy New Year! XX
Hey Audrey, we have a double canister under the sink filtration. One filter does 100% fluoride and other heavy metals, while the other filter is 0.5 microns and takes out lead and bacteria. Sorry, I can’t see the brand names as they are installed and not visible. And yes I also add a pinch of good quality sea salt to add some minerals back in. I hope that helps honey. xx
Melissa, I love all of your podcasts and your guest speakers are sensational, so inspiring that I have taken on and made changes to my life along with connecting you with my friends.
You ask at the end of your podcasts if there is anyone we would recommend having on your show.
Katie-Eden Todd is a Psychotherapist and Author, has a Masters
in Phsychology, has been working in her field for 30 years.
I would love to hear you interview her as her studies and experience in personalities and how she can get people understanding each other in their personal and working lives and with children is astounding, very different from traditional psychology.
Looking forward to hearing her on your show.
Amanda
Thank you so much for your kind words Amanda and for the recommendation. Katie sounds amazing and I will check her out. Keep shining sister. xx
