He has authored more than 90 scientific publications and 20 books for medical and lay readers, and has hosted four PBS television programs on nutrition and health.

As president of the Physicians Committee, Dr. Barnard leads programs advocating for preventive medicine, good nutrition, and higher ethical standards in research. His research contributed to the acceptance of plant-based diets in the Dietary Guidelines for Americans.

    Always great listening to you, especially in this time.
    The females in my family have period problems, cramps ect.
    So I’ve sent them all this podcast to listen , to encourage them to eat plant based for awhile.
    Alone with some beautiful affirmations and your morning meditation session.
    That I do every sunrise with the kookaburras that join me.

I have been doing a bit of research lately into hormones and the best approach through diet and supplements for people like myself who suffer from pmdd, so I am super stoked to have come across this and will be sure to test it out!
