    This episode really inspired me and has me reflecting on myself and how I can show up and live how that little voice inside my heart knows that I should be living. I have forever suffered from skin and hormone issues and am so inspired by holistic health/medicine and Dr Libby’s explanation really helped me to fully understand the causes and factors of hormonal acne. I listened to this podcast during a beautiful walk outside and was inspired to do some deep breathing and yoga when I got home. Thankyou Melissa and Dr Libby for an amazing episode. Big hugs, Emily.         Two angels together – double the awesome vibes!
        I loved the simplicity of the 3 pillars and the insight into hormonal imbalance (I have to write all the snippets of technical stuff down to build my knowledge!). Also, I resonated with watching light change (I’m really feeling this right now , being in the UK, and the winter season approaching). Finally, I’m going to put together a playlist and start dancing around in the morning!! ….that one’s down to you! xx
