Hey Melissa, thanks for sharing this podcast episode about crystal healing with Heather Askinosie. I have to admit, I used to be one of those people who thought crystals were just pretty trinkets. But after a personal experience with a friend who swore by their healing powers, I became a believer. I remember feeling anxious and stressed out during a particularly difficult time in my life. My friend handed me a piece of blue amethyst and told me to hold onto it whenever I felt overwhelmed. At first, I thought it was just a placebo effect, but I soon noticed that I did feel calmer and more grounded when I had it with me.
I especially loved learning about the powerful crystal that can help you cut energetic cords and let go of negative energy. I could definitely use some of that in my life right now! And don’t even get me started on the best crystal for protection against EMF rays. As someone who spends way too much time on my phone and laptop, I think I need to get my hands on that crystal ASAP.
