Mel I have followed you and your journey for the last four years, you inspired me to learn Vedic meditation and the nuggets of wisdom from your podcasts helped me have a wonderfully healthy and vibrant time at university- from healing my gut to fixing my period! ❤️ Both you and Marisa peer have been instrumental in my spiritual journey so I can’t tell you how excited I am for this podcast ❤️
I am so glad Jo, this is music to my ears and I am so proud of you for starting meditation. It’s the best! Keep going with it honey. xx
i love Marissa im so excited to hear this one!! thank you so much xo
Pleasure honey. Enjoy… it’s a real goodie. xx
What a beautiful meditation, gorgeous, wow. Thank you.
Love love loved this episode! I have passed it on to all of my clients to have a listen, it was so good.
My key take aways would be
1. You are enough!
2. You need to treat and fix the cause not the symptom to truly heal.
3 . That your thoughts are the blueprint for your life but it’s also ok not to be 100% on this. Sometimes we can be perfectionists and thst can be delibitating in itself so give yourself a break and aim for 80% positive thoughts, and work on it consistantly.
Thanks for sharing Hayley, I loved reading your key takeaways. Keep shining sister. xx
My three top key take away from Marisa Peers podcast: writing down everyday I AM Enough, I Am the same as everyone and What I want comes to me, everything is available for me! They will be the three best things I can write down every morning to start my wonderful amazing day! My LANGUAGE (Statements of truth) to myself will never be the same after this wonderful podcast, so much Gratitude Melissa for this wonderful podcast. xo
So glad you loved it Cathy and thank you so much for sharing your top key takeaways. I loved reading them. Keep up the awesome work. xx
I completely loved this podcast and I completely agree.
It just reminded myself to wake up every morning and say the “statements of truth” instead doubting about everything and look everything on the bad side of it. I have been doing it and I can say that things has started to change already.
Thank you Melissa for your great job and all you share with this magical and mysterious planet that we live in. There are so much to know about our race and how to live and understand who we are and you are one of those people that are helping us, who is ready to do it, to discorrer and understand who we really are and how we work. Much love to you
