What if water wasn’t just something you drink… but a living, conscious force that can respond to your thoughts, emotions, and intentions?

In this mind-expanding episode, I sit down with internationally renowned water researcher Veda Austin, whose groundbreaking work is challenging everything we thought we knew about H₂O.

Tune in as we explore: how water acts as “fluid intelligence” and what it’s trying to show us, why the space between liquid and ice holds the key to creation itself, how to shift your relationship with water from passive consumption to sacred connection, the surprising ways intention and gratitude can transform the energetic quality of your water (and your life), and why water might just be the most profound teacher on the planet.

We also dive into the best water for your body, the truth about hydrogen water and ozone therapy, how to upgrade your water without fancy filtration systems, and Veda’s personal daily routine for staying energetically aligned.

If you’ve ever felt like there’s *more* to this life, and you’re ready to see the world (and yourself) in a completely new way, then press play now… this one’s for you.

About Veda Austin

Veda is a water researcher, public speaker, mother, artist and author. She has dedicated the last 10 years observing and photographing the life of water. She believes that water is fluid intelligence, observing itself through every living organism on the planet and in the Universe.

Her primary area of focus is photographing water in its ‘state of creation’, the space between liquid and ice. It is through her remarkable crystallographic photos that water reveals its awareness of not only creation, but thought and intention.

In this episode we chat about:

  • The astonishing journey that led her to explore the hidden intelligence of water (2:38)
  • The truth about the “best” water to drink (and what most people get wrong) (15:18)
  • If plastic water bottles aren’t the answer… what is? Game-changing alternatives you need to know about (29:00)
  • Can intention really upgrade your water? And what should you do if your filtration system isn’t cutting it? (46:08)
  • How gratitude can literally change the energetic quality of the water you drink (47:50)
  • Are hydrogen water and Ozone therapy worth the hype? (52:59)
  • The two life-changing books she believes every student should read (59:01)

Are you ready? Beautiful. Beautiful. Hey, beautiful. Welcome back to the show. I’m so excited about this episode because I am super fascinated with the topic of water. I first became really interested in it and the quality of it in October, 2010 when I ended up in hospital with a whole host of health issues.

It was then when I [00:01:00] started investigating the quality of my water, and it has been a journey since then, and I am always wanting to learn more and to grow. And is there anyone better than Beda Austin to come and talk about water? Now, if you have never heard of vda, she is a water researcher, public speaker, mother, artist, and author.

She has dedicated the last 10 years observing and photographing the life of water. She believes that water is fluid intelligence observing itself through every living organism on the planet and in the universe. Her primary area of focus is photographing water in its state of creation, the space between liquid and ice.

It is through her remarkable photos that water reveals its awareness of not only creation, but thought and intention through imagery. This episode is a game changer for you and your family, and for everything that we mention in today’s episode, [00:02:00] you can check out in the show notes, and that’s over@melissaambrosini.com slash 6 6 7.

Now, without further ado, let’s bring on the incredible Vader. Austin

Veda. Welcome to the show. I’m so excited to have you here. But before we dive in, can you tell us what you had for breakfast this morning?

Veda: I haven’t even had breakfast yet, but I have had a a decaf coconut. Mm

Melissa: yum. Delicious. Now you have a very interesting story. Can you tell us your story and how you got into this work?

Like how did this all unfold for you?

Veda: Well, about 25 or so years ago, I was in a horrendous car accident, and we went under a seven ton truck, rolled twice, and the driver died immediately. [00:03:00] And over the course of 20 odd years, I had eight surgeries, mostly from the seatbelt, crushing my internal organs, and also shattering my collarbone and.

I had to have surgeries because the scar tissue kept growing where they had surgically cut my small bowel and it cut my digestive system off. And so I wasn’t able to eat food. So I spent, became very, very familiar with very liquid diet, very really quickly. And it was very confronting, but I noticed that every time I was put on a intravenous drip where it’s just like a saline solution, I would start to heal, I would start to feel better.

And over the course of this time, uh, the very last surgery that I had was for a, my last bowel resection, which is where they put a, a [00:04:00] stent in my bowel to basically fix the problem I was having. And I had also had surgery for stage four endometriosis and varied other things. So I had. I had a lot going on on the last surgery.

I woke up surrounded by doctors telling me that I hadn’t recovered well and now I had showers of blood clots in my lungs and that I might have to be on a blood thinner called Warfarin for the rest of my life, which was rather shocking for me. How old were you at this age? So I was in my thirties at this stage, early thirties, and, but I had lived my life holistically well.

I was fit and healthy outside of car accident related issues, and I was really shocked, you know, I was so shocked that they had said this would be potentially a lifetime thing. I was encouraged to continue to take Warfarin for about at, well, until at least I had a clear [00:05:00] chest x-ray, which I had about three months later.

And then I made a decision for myself, which is certainly not advice to anybody else, but I based this decision. Of stopping, taking Warfarin and going on a healing journey of my own, a natural healing journey because after my car accident, three doctors had told me that I would never be able to have children.

And I’d already had a child for every doctor that told me I couldn’t, and I have an ability to put what, what I’m being told that my body can’t do just on the shelf. Not like ignoring it, but saying, well, my body can make that decision for itself. And my body had certainly made a decision to be able to get pregnant and be able to have healthy children.

So I, I knew that my body could do things that I had been told it couldn’t do. And so I already had knowledge of my own body that, that this is possible. And so I [00:06:00] trusted that. And in the trust of that, amazing things happened. I spoke to a medical. Dr. Friend, who is also, he practices Ayurvedic medicine, and he said, if you can find a natural source of naturally alkaline water, which means that I’m not talking about an ionized water, I am talking about a water that is naturally alkaline and it’s alkaline, which means it’s pH is above a seven or power or potential hydrogen is what pH means, and that that it has gone through the earth collecting certain minerals, certain types of things that actually make it alkaline naturally and stable.

And by stable I mean that you should be able to have some of that water tested for its pH level and then test it a year later, a year later, and a year later, and have pretty much the same result, maybe down by half a point or a [00:07:00] point. That’s what I’m talking about when I mean naturally alkaline water.

And he said that, that it could just basically help my body to come back into some kind of balance because blood clots, which is what I had essentially caused and part of it like an acidic condition. So my, the, the, this is very serious when your body cells blood start to kind of like the cells, like plump together and create these things called OSes.

And that’s what was happening to my body and why I was very, very seriously in danger. You know, it was very serious. And so he, he said this for varied reasons. So in New Zealand we have many natural springs and most of them are naturally alkaline water that has been under pressure, deep in the ground is usually naturally alkaline.

So I always put myself on two week trials and on very different waters that I, that I. Was able to access. [00:08:00] And outside of feeling hydrated, I didn’t really notice very much because we are kind of a meat suit. We can’t see the inner workings of the water within us. But by this time I had a wellness center.

I have some gifts of healing, and I’d put all of this together. I no longer have it. People always ask me that. And there was a client that said to me, you know, she knew a a, an older man who had a private source of naturally alkaline water. Its pH out of the ground was 9.9 and he was only giving it to cancer patients.

And she said he might give you some. So I rang him and he gave me a month’s worth to drink. And within three days I noticed a change in bowel motions, which is really an indicator of our internal health. And so things were moving. There are so many people in the world sitting on the toilet trying to push out a pebble for an hour.

And this is more common than you might imagine. And this is often a sign of dehydration. It’s not always about how much water you’re drinking, it’s often more about the quality [00:09:00] of water that you’re drinking. And there are differences. No two waters are, are really the same. And so I thought, okay, things are happening.

This is good. After so much bowel surgery, you know? And then on day 10 I had all these bumps coming up along my right side of my arm and jaw that were really painful. And I knew my body was purging and detoxing, but I really didn’t know what was coming out. ’cause it felt like something sharp in my arm.

And there was this one area that was so raised and. And saw that I ended up getting some tweezers. ’cause it literally, I could feel there’s something in there. And I picked this little shard of green glass out of my arm. Green glass. Yeah. And between day 10 and 12, I’d picked 27 pieces of green glass out of my arm that had been embedded in there for over 20 years because the man who died in the car accident owned a nightclub and in the back of his [00:10:00] car were crates of Stein Lager beer.

And when the car rolled the right side of my body, got more green glass and the left side got more windscreen and nurses had spent a good part of three days picking all the glass out of me. And so I, I, I kind of thought maybe there’s one or two little pieces somehow left in there, but I had no idea there would be so much.

And so my question logically was well. How is this water? ’cause it was the only thing I was doing different by this trial. I talk about, I was not doing anything different with my skincare having a regular diet, you know, not doing anything different except trial water. And so my immediate thought was like, well, you know, what’s, what makes this water different?

Let me look at an analysis. And when you do that, and when I did that, it’s like, okay, well there’s, there’s high bicarb, which is one of the reasons it’s [00:11:00] naturally alkaline. It’s got lime, which makes it naturally al all of these things. But I said, is it the alkalinity or is there something else? And then that led me on to the question of, of what is water?

Because when you look at an analysis, all it tells you is what water holds, not what water is. So I went further and I’m like, well, do I really know what water is? And what we are taught in school is that it’s H2O, it’s two hydrogens and an oxygen. And I don’t know about you, but that falls pretty flat for me as something that, you know, should mean something to us.

But that’s what we tell children. And I know, ’cause I have three, it just, it’s just like, yeah, whatever. H2O means nothing to them, but why should it? Because it’s just three letters. So why we are not taught why it should mean something to us at school yet. And so I started that investigation of which 14 years later I am still asking that question of what is water?

[00:12:00] But someone said that the two hydrogens are feminine and the mode of Levi and the large oxygen is masculine in the mode of gravity. And together they create liquid water and harmony on earth. And I’m like, well that means more to me. And then I found out that actually water’s only one part matter, the two hydrogens and oxygen.

The rest is photo light, making water a lighthouse. And then you start going down other avenues to see, well, you know, what are other cultures? What are different belief systems? Say water is. And you realize more and more and more how aligned it becomes to creator. And it is phenomenal, really how it keeps pointing you in that direction, the more you look.

And I wanted to understand how this particular kind of water purged me. You know, we talk about healing waters, what makes them different? And you could look at scientific explanation and most healing waters or holy [00:13:00] waters, like from Lords for example, they tend to have dissolved molecular hydrogen, for example.

But I’m like, well, I, I feel like there’s still more. And I started to look into the world of. Water structure and who’s doing what and water. And that led me on to, of course, Massaro Emoto’s work. And we know he reached many, many people with, with some really incredible contrast contrasting microscopic photos of water crystals that had changed were, were very different from an emotional or a, a word as an intention or a influence like love and hate.

But his work wasn’t embraced by the scientific community for lack of controls and for cherry-picking the pictures that he wanted to show best exhibited what he was trying to say. And in the science world that isn’t science, but he did open the door for people to see themselves as bodies of water [00:14:00] sensitive to thoughts and sounds and music and environment and frequencies and all of this.

He’s correct. I mean, I think science is still catching up to many things. Just because something isn’t necessarily fitting the model of science right now doesn’t mean that that that model when applied with consciousness could not evolve. And then there is also a microscopic photographer who’s a friend of mine, Laurent Costa.

And he thinks of water as his spiritual teacher. He doesn’t try to experiment on it at all. He simply wants to invite water to share whatever it wants. And what he was finding, as well as geometries were pictures. He would smile at the water. He was literally getting smiley faces back. He was seeing hearts, he was seeing imagery relative to his thoughts.

To his day, to his environment, and, and there were many others that led me on to beginning what I call my working [00:15:00] crystallography, my deep dive, my relationship with water, which would probably take hours for us to go through, but I think it’s nice to kind of get to maybe where I’m going with the work and few more questions I’m sure you’d like to ask.

Melissa: Beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing all of that. So when I began on my health journey, which was 2010, so 15 years ago now, one of the first things I did was stopped drinking town water and I got a filter on my shower. I got a filter on my kitchen sink and only started drinking filtered clean water.

And over the years I get asked this question so much. What is the best water filter? What should I be drinking? Is it spring? Is it alkaline? Is it hydrogen? Is it filtered? Is it reverse osmosis? What should I be drinking? What water filter should I put on my [00:16:00] house? Can you share what your thoughts are? What is the best?

Where

Veda: can people start? Start with the water that’s in your cup. People have a lot of choice, a lot of opinions, a lot of, a lot going on. A lot of people can’t afford to go and buy bottled spring water. A lot of people don’t have access to going in and collecting spring water, for example. And I love spring water, but I’m very, very fortunate to be able to have access to some of the best spring water in the world.

And ass in water. I would say if you are fortunate enough to have this first world problem, which is also a very, very big thing for people that are really trying to look after their health, I’m gonna tell you some things that maybe most people wouldn’t tell you as well, but let me go through what I do love.

If I have the [00:17:00] opportunity, I love to have freshly collected spring water. I like to go and find the places where you can collect it yourself, because then you get relationship with the land and where the water came from in the water itself. It’s like a pilgrimage. I’m not a fan of unnaturally alkaline water, so I like ionized water because in a day, in days basically where we are looking for non GMO, organic, homegrown, all these kinds of things with our food.

My personal opinion is that I would prefer if it’s possible to be able to collect my water and, and get water myself, but I think that when we are working with machines that splitting the water into two layers of the, the alkaline and the, the, the acid. What the problem with [00:18:00] these is that they essentially.

Are not stable. So the pH will not last for very long. It starts to drop very quickly. It doesn’t always filter out fluoride, fluoride and chlorine and all these very different things. So that can be problematic, but ultimately it can destroy structure. And structure is where my specialty is. Not filtration, not all of the various different things you can buy to do things with your water.

That’s other people’s department. I have been given every restructuring device known to man, and I would tell you hand to heart that the biggest structural changes I have seen the quickest as well come from human loving consciousness. When it also comes to different waters, water is very, very sensitive to light.

So if you are going and buying water that is in a clear bottle. I would, I would [00:19:00] personally choose glass over plastic because plastic is hydrophobic and not even go into the whole plastic particles and goodness knows, and all that stuff. But it’s, that means it’s water repelling. And so when you have water and glass together, the water can build exclusion zone, which is a very special type of water known as fourth phase water.

So kind of water in your cells. So I would say try to drink the water that you are, the type of water that you already are, so your body doesn’t have to do a lot of converting. So by that exclusion zone essentially means that the water has formed into two parts, the exclusion zone, which means that it excludes salts, it’s pushed everything in the water out.

So where there is a pure area that has a negative charge where there is a bulk area of [00:20:00] water that has positive charge. When you, a positive and a negative, you have a battery and that is the battery of ourselves. Now that type of water expands with infrared light, so that’s why infrared saunas are really great because it’s really helping us to expand that exclusion zone to build our immune system more.

But there are some waters that have that type of water in them, and usually they come from water that is deep down in the ground. That is that water under pressure tends to build exclusion zone naturally. And that has also got this, this kind of negative charge, negative charge. People can relate to it.

Maybe when you go for a walk along the beach and you’re, you get all this negative ions coming in and you get negative charge coming up through your feet, which is why you start to feel better. So these are really helpful. We live in a more rural place in New Zealand [00:21:00] where we have rain catchment and we don’t have lots of things going on in our skies Where I live and our rain is, is pretty nice.

But for those that don’t, I would say that you def you, you don’t wanna be drinking all of the, the, the chemicals and the very different things in the water, that that’s, you know, going to create issues. But it’s not the water’s fault. See what I’m seeing as a, as a result of people saying, don’t drink the water.

As people are getting afraid of drinking the water, it’s the life giving substance of, of our earth, of our planet, of all planets, really, of, of all life at least. And, you know, you would be amazed to know just how much water is in the universe, even water in the sun. And yet, you know, we, we hear this. And so I would say if you are able [00:22:00] to, you know, get a filter that will filter the, these things out and then apply conscious expression or, you know, you can vortex the water or whatever your personal choice of, of, of that is, then that can be a, a really nice thing to do.

And the water that is in your club has found you, you know, we, we, there’s a reason for it. Whether that, we don’t always know what that necessarily is gonna be, but there is only about 2% of drinking water on the planet. The rest is mostly all saline. And we’re not talking about the, the primary water inside the earth’s mantle.

I’m talking about the water that’s been going through the hydrological system. If you’re lucky to have that, what a little bit of that 2%, then even if you don’t want to drink it because it’s gone, you know, through, through the [00:23:00] municipal system, there can at least be an observation of it and a gratitude for it, that it’s found you and that it’s, and that, and that you can move it on or you can put it through a filter to help it to relieve itself of these toxins.

It is really important to help heal the waters and that can a, a big piece of that can also be through consciousness, but I have not yet seen. Chemical change, but I’ve seen structural change. So I’ve worked with a lot of tap water, municipal tap water, and when you do the crystallography, I have a short term freezing method, so it’s not, I’m not freeze water solid.

I’m working with what’s known as liquid crystal. I see a lot of disorder, but when you let that melt and refreeze it and hold it to your heart lovingly for a minute after, after, you know, you refreeze it. After doing that, suddenly the structures are looking like what you’d see in a stream. You’re seeing flowers, you’re seeing ferns, [00:24:00] you’re seeing a healthy structure, but you’re not seeing chemical change yet.

Only structural change. So I am really working with waters. Emotional state or spirit state, if you will, and the state of ICE that I am working with is actually the first freeze. It’s the exclusion zone in many ways. It’s pushed the SOS out of itself, so it’s a pure state of water. So you know, that’s one of the reasons I think that that ice, this crystallography that I am looking at and photographing is also healthy to ingest.

So you are eating the information. It’s informed because of the information and when you eat it essentially, which is taught to me by my children and children around the world to do, then you’re starting to get the benefits of the what, whatever that information was for me. That would be like a written word.

I had a headache. And we have an intelligence within us, [00:25:00] which allows us to kind of pull a word out of that intelligence, not by thinking it, but by feeling it and let it come. And I thought, well, you know, my word, what’s my word? And my word was purple. So I literally wrote the word purple, put my dish of water on top of it for 30 seconds, removed and froze using my method and ate the ice.

And within five minutes my headache was gone. It has become informed with the information and it has also pushed all the SOS out of itself. All of the things that water holds is pushed out. So you’re working with a really unique state of liquid crystal and hundreds of people have been doing this and finding benefits.

Sometimes it can take 10 days to start noticing a change, but you know, there’s, there’s, it’s free basically. And talk by our young people. So there’s something there. And I would also say about. The waters is that we [00:26:00] as society still look at water as something external from ourselves, and we also look at water as something to control, even in our words.

I’m gonna program the water to do what I want. I mean, most people mean it in a good way. I’m gonna program it with love and with frequency. But why would you want to program it? In my experience, water responds, not just reacts. From my experience, water is actually teaching us and gifting us knowledge for, for me to think that I’m controlling any of this would be wrong in my opinion, because I realize that water is wild and is choosing to really help humanity at this time.

And. When you might just go and be able to, I have some friends, very, very wealthy. Also the, his wife’s very sick and they can afford to get the best [00:27:00] water, like what you might deem as the best water, you know, from like, you know, this mountains and super pristine and it’s like glacial and glacial water is water that’s in a fourth face state.

It’s not a liquid, it’s not exactly an ice. And you can get glacial milk, which is meant to be super healing. You look at the Hunza Valley, which is up in Northern Pakistan where they have the blue zone, longest living people in the world with, with the least amount of health issues. And they only drink glacial melt.

Essentially they’re drinking glacial water, which is fourth phase water and it’s naturally alkaline. And so when you kind of start looking at all these aspects. Then you can start going, well, you know, what is my relationship with water though? And I think that that’s an important piece so that my friends, they were able to get some incredible water, but they still saw water as just water.

They didn’t see, [00:28:00] they weren’t saying thank you. Even they, you know, they weren’t really in that place of being able to really have that reference. And yet I know somebody who healed herself and all she used, all she worked with was filtered tap water. And she was eating the ice. She was freezing it to the state I told you about.

And using healing words every single day, and reverence and love, and you could, and her relationship with the water grew and grew and grew within nine months after a debilitating issue. She was walking, she was better, she was fine. And so. How will your relationship is a direct reflection of how water will be able to not only grace your body, but help your body to heal.

And there is much more I could say on that if you wanted to, but you may have more questions. [00:29:00]

Melissa: Yes, I would love to hear more on that. There’s a couple of things. So we have a whole house water filtration system. My husband, he would put our water in a big glass ball Mason. He would spin it and then put it in the sun and he would say loving words to it.

And you just reminded me that he used to do that. And we don’t do that anymore. And so you’ve reminded me that that’s a beautiful practice that we can get back into and with our kids, I think that’s a really beautiful thing that we can do. So thanks for that reminder. The second thing is, I feel like you’ve let a lot of people off the hook here, because whenever I travel.

That’s something that I think about. Where can I get clean water and clean food? I will only go to places where there’s like an organic shop that I know that I can get really good quality food and water. If we do travel, say we’re at an airport and there’s only plastic bottled water, I, in the past would just prefer [00:30:00] not to drink, so I would just be like, I’m not gonna drink anything.

I’ll wait till I can get to my destination. I can get some glass water or spring water, but what I’m hearing is I can even get that plastic water and I can send those loving intentions. I can pour my love into it and still drink it. Is that

Veda: correct? Not exactly. What I’m seeing is structural change when that happens.

Not chemical change. So if, you know, we still don’t wanna be having the, the, the, the chemicals in our bodies if we can help it, we really want to try to cleanse our bodies of that. I would suggest more so that if, that, if that water has, you know, you can see it’s already gone through a filter and then you can’t smell it if, if you can’t smell it, I mean, you shouldn’t smell able to smell water.

[00:31:00] But some, you just can, the many municipal waters, you can smell the chlorine in them. And I, I personally am very sensitive to that and I can’t drink that. So I travel a lot and I will some, it depends where, what kind of water they, they give me and whether or not it’s something that my body. Resonates with, and you can ask your body, but I would say more so about sunlight.

So one of the things that I often travel with is a blue glass bottle. I would never recommend putting water in the sunlight on its own for long periods of time because spring water is extremely sensitive to light, particularly artificial light, but also sunlight. Now I had this healing experience that I talked about and I did a lot of studies with this particular water.

And as with any natural spring water, there are going to be [00:32:00] precursors to life within it. So if you put that water in the sunshine for a couple of maybe weeks, you’re gonna see an algae start to grow. And that algae should grow because you’re giving it water light, and there are various different things that are in the water that start to live and flourish.

When we tested that algae, we found it was a rare type of spirulina, actually. But people don’t like to drink algae water. And what most companies do is put, do usually a process. Sometimes it’s silver ionization, sometimes it’s something else, but they usually have to do something for that water to not start growing an algae in it.

So I like to work with. Blue glass bottles and Myron Glass, which is like a violet that looks black, they do two different things. The times where I say yes, put [00:33:00] it in the sun is when it is in a blue glass bottle because it can make blue solar water. It is not having the direct light coming into the bottle, it’s being filtered through a color.

And water is also very sensitive to colors. And so when it does that, it brings a bo about. Water’s ability to actually be a kind of liquid medicine where you are able to feel less anxious. It can help with gum issues and teeth problems. It can, it, it, it can do varied things like that. And it’s, it’s actually has even been proven through a friend of mine who is a surgeon in the States.

And she wasn’t trying to prove this because it was about such a terrible situation. Her best friend was in a car accident and ended up on her, on her surgical table with brain injury. And she rang me at like 2:00 AM in the morning in New Zealand and she said, you [00:34:00] know what, what kind of water should I give her?

’cause she was really interested in my research. And I said, I just said, blue solar water, get the best water you can find. Ideally spring water, I would recommend. Then put it in a blue glass bottle and put it in the sunshine for half an hour to an hour or whatever you like. And then give it to her, and she did that.

Privately, obviously she’s not, she’s in a position where a lot of people would probably judge that. But I love that she’s so open and she actually found that whenever her friend would drink the water, she was able to see her blood pressure come down within a minute and, and then it would come back up again over time and then she’d drink the water and it go back down again.

And the woman at that time was barely able to really realize even what was going on. So this was a really great example, physical example of something like that happening to someone. And then [00:35:00] Myron Glass is kind of, I wonder, probably one of the ones I would recommend for traveling on planes, Myron Glass and, and around EMF.

And especially I would say if you’re the kind of person that is counseling someone and you don’t want their energy of, or information. That could easily be whatever, quite sensitive. You don’t want that going into your water. So Miron glass is like the force field of glasses and it enables the water to stay in its natural structures without being, without the interference of what’s going on.

Melissa: Is that spelled M-I-R-O-N? Yeah. Okay. Yeah.

Veda: Myron Glass.

Melissa: Do you have particular websites or brands that you love for the Blue Glass or the Myron Glass?

Veda: Yeah, I recommend Aiden’s website. She’s in Hawaii. She sends everywhere to, it’s called Blue Bottle Love. [00:36:00] And I believe that she is starting to work with Myron Glass as well, so she may well be a one-stop shop.

I don’t have any recommendations outside of her at the moment for both of them or any for Myron Glass, but I think it’s probably just a Google Away as well. But she’s great. She, uh, often will, you can buy them without anything on them, but you can also have them your own designs put on them. You can buy all of the cool designs that she’s got on the bottle as well.

So like, the Flower of Life or, you know, affirmation words and, and it’s kind of, you know, it’s, it’s great. So that’s a, a great option. Another really simple option that I like to offer people because of the sensitivity of light is if you’re really attached to your see-through bottle, and maybe some people have got like ones with crystals inside them and you know, all of the thing.

You can make out of maybe recycled [00:37:00] silk. You can make a little bag to put to put your bottle in because exclusion zone water or that’s fourth phase more plasmatic, state of water that I’ve talked about builds when it’s near silk. So it keeps it out of the light and helps to build exclusion zone and is kind of, even if you’ve just got a silk scarf, you could wrap your bottle up in it, keep it out of the light, and also help it build exclusion zone.

The other option, if you are vegan and you want nothing to do with silk, although they are making silk where they don’t kill the the little creature, you can do the same thing with linen, even wool, both of those have a high hertz frequency and linen is great because both of those materials get charged in the sun.

So you can have a high energy container with a [00:38:00] of, of these fabrics within the glass that you are working with. And glass essentially is made of silica. Silica is a crystal crystal store help water to store information for longer. So if you’ve been able to go to a spring and collect the water in a blue glass bottle, then you are really able to protect those original patterns for a much longer time.

Because I see water that’s collected from a spring should form what I call a large staff fern hexagon. Essentially, it is a shape of a six-sided star with ferns off each leg that form a hexagonal pattern. The bigger the better for the energetic state of health and pure, pristine, fresh spring water will form that pattern.

There are three ways that water shares information. The first is really helpful for this particular topic because you can identify the type of water it is based off. Its repeated patterns, and there’s the [00:39:00] art of water, and then there are hydro glyphs. And a hydro glyph is something I’m getting a lot of attention scientifically for because of the massive amount of repeatability where I’m literally working with a written word and I need to have seen a symbol in ice, repeat at least 50 times using the same word influence to say that I have one, and I don’t use English only.

I use lots of different languages. So I’ve got like this small group of hydro glyphs, about 48. I’m starting to understand this language of water, which is again its own thing, but with the large staun hexagon. What we see within 72 hours of water being contained, not moving, not spiraling, not flowing, and then exposed to artificial light or light for, for periods of time.

We see that I do for I, I do. We see a lot of degradation in the structure and it degradates [00:40:00] in a very specific way, starts out as the staff earn hexagon, and then what we see is it will eventually reduce to a dot or a line. And municipal tap water is essentially dots and lines altogether. It’s like Lego thrown all over the floor with potential to build, but it hasn’t built yet.

So what we see about 72 hours after collection is that this large staffer hexagon will essentially start to look more like little stars or little flowers. It looks pretty. What you really wanna be seeing is a very large hexagonal pattern in the dish. The biggest that I have seen has taken up the entire dish and very rarely do you see this structurally.

So I think what we are looking at is the energetic state of water as well in, in the crystallography, and anyone can learn and do this for themselves. The one [00:41:00] thing I would say is that water is very, very sensitive to you and is often sharing information that’s coming from you. So you have a big attachment to outcome.

Water will often not play with you as well if you are free and open and inquiring like a child. Water can be just loves that state the most and is is a spiritual teacher to help you let go of your. Expectations to, to let go of what you want it to do, to prove something to you or other people, but it forces you into becoming into right relationship, which is what more indigenous cultures talk about with water.

Stops you from, stops me from trying to control it and to let it reveal its wisdom to me. [00:42:00] Which, which I think is one of the greatest lessons we can learn from water because your conscious expression, your, your intention is what read water reads you. There are no secrets. It knows all your secrets. You cannot hide from it.

And yet we never see it like this. It is the ultimate lie detector test and, and it is also not judging. I think when one of the many spiritual aspects of water is that it’s more like an observer. What’s interesting is that I don’t, I see a signature pattern in distilled water, for example, but I’ve seen that it cut, that distilled water rarely ever shows the complex pictures and imagery.

Like if I put my hand in the water and remove it, I, I might see a hand if I’m working with spring water or, or something like that, but with distilled water that lacks the salt and minerals, I just tend to see a consistent kind of re repeatable pattern. [00:43:00] But not complex imagery. Like it doesn’t design what I’m showing it, for example.

And I think that’s because it lacks the salts and minerals and it’s the salts and minerals that help water to become more like an active participant rather than just an observer only. And it helps water to store what, what some term as memory, that’s a whole nother story unto its own. But when you have to filter water, many people then remineralize it.

And one of the things that I really love, ’cause I had to spend a lot of time in the, in, in the states and we had to get a whole thing softened, water softener and filter and everything. Because a, a, an interesting test that this man did was quite shocking to me. He had a cup of water. This was him trying to prove why we needed to get this filter and this whole house thing, softener.

He, he said basically we, we could smell the chlorine coming [00:44:00] out of the tap. So we, we put it into a cup and he used my hand. He said, now let’s, firstly, he said, let’s test how much chlorine is in here. And it went like off the chart. And then he said, now put your hand in the cup. And I was like, okay. I had my cup, a hand in there for about four seconds, five seconds, and then take it out.

Then he retested. There was no chlorine. My body had absorbed it all. And that was so frightening to me to think how quickly my body absorbed that much chlorine. And so we were like, right, we need this thing right now. And I think that this is one of the, the, the reasons that people get eczema and psoriasis and, and, and acne and all manner of skin issues.

Is because their body’s absorbing so much chlorine. So I would say I, I have a friend called Isabelle Friend, and she has a great [00:45:00] website for all manner of different filters and restructuring devices. She’s very worldly and very, has very good conscious advice about these things and home, whole house filters and whatnot.

That’s not, like I said, it’s not my area, but all I know is that I, I’m working. What I know is that they, some of them really work and that not having this constant bombardment of the, these chemicals in our bodies will help our body to heal. Even people that come in and visit, like we, like I said, we live rurally, so we have rainwater means rainwater is also coming out of our taps.

It just goes through a carbon filter. People who come and visit say, oh, my skin’s looking better, my hair’s looking better. And they just came from like Auckland City. The reason is that the water that is, they’re, they’re bathing in is making a difference.

Melissa: What was the website of your friend, Isabelle?

[00:46:00] Isabelle Friend. Water is life

Veda: Love.

Melissa: Okay. I’ll link to that in the show notes for everyone. This is just so fascinating. We actually just moved into a new house and we have a whole house filtration system, but we filled up our pool. We’ve got like an ozone magnesium pool, and so we filled up our pool with these filters and it completely drained the filters.

And then we were showering and having a bath with our kids and I said to my husband, I can smell chlorine. And he’s like, yeah, me too. We’re sitting in the bath and I’m like, what is going on? We’ve maxed out the filters from filling up our pool and I’m sitting in there and now we still, a few days have gone by.

We still have not got it fixed. And it just feels different. So until I get it fixed, is it all just about my loving intention when I’m sitting in that bath with my children? Is there anything [00:47:00] else I can do? Or are you like, get it sorted right now, sister?

Veda: Well, you know, one of, I wanna address one of the things I said and, and, and that is like, I could look at the water in your cup.

And I say that because what I’m working with is structure. And what I’m working with is a relationship with water. And at the same time, because I am prone to getting, like sometimes I’ll, my daughter and I both will get eczema when, if, if we have to bathe in chlorine or, or, you know, and we have great loving intention towards the water.

I personally think that, you know, I, I would be really keen to, to get it fixed as soon as possible. Because we have a choice. But then if you look in, in, in, in India and Africa, people that have to walk for miles and miles to get water, and you look at their [00:48:00] relationship with that water and that is their life, life for them.

And so much gratitude. So much gratitude. I think that we need to just improve that aspect of gratitude. Gratitude that we have choice, and with that choice, being mindful that yes, we can make conscious choices to, to observe that yes, we have running water. Water that on its own is such a blessing. We can wake up and just breathe in fresh air.

That is a blessing. We have, we, and, and that attitude of gratitude is reflected in water structure, which is reflected in the water with inside of you. Water is in communication with water, constantly, even the water in the air. And so when you are looking at having a bath, but also then sitting in [00:49:00] chlorine and letting that all go into your body, that’s, you know, kind of an issue because it’s not the water that is the problem, it is what it holds.

That is the problem. And that, that, and what we’ve put out there and what we think is like cleaning the water is actually not good for any of us. And so, you know, I. I, I, I have a friend whose house, she likes me to house sit sometimes, but she’s on municipal supply, and I, I, I really, really struggle with that because she doesn’t have a filter on her taps and any of that’s, and, and, and it’s really, I find it really hard.

So sometimes I just, I wait. I thought I’ll just wait till tomorrow when I leave. And, and that is because I’ve, I know how sensitive my skin can be, and I still do have this wonderful relationship with water. [00:50:00] I’m saying water can change structurally. I just haven’t seen it change chemically yet with in intention, with emotion, with love.

I hope this changes one day where human beings are able to actually clear water like this. But I’ve been working with some extraordinary young people who, from the telepathy tapes, their autistic nons speakers, and they have access to other realms of consciousness and their wisdom is beyond what I could have imagined.

And I’m working with one young lady at the moment on this topic, and when I become more and more clear about all of the things that she said, because they’re so high level, I’m really like gotta dive deep into myself to, to get very clear on exactly what, what she means. ’cause it’s highly physics and all kinds of stuff.

But one of the things she says to, to heal [00:51:00] the waters, we, we have to, to heal the chemical, the, the light that is, that the chemical holds. We have to change that. We have to change the light. And so, and she talks about red light actually. So there’s, there’s a lot that I think will come out that can potentially be done.

And I, I have been misquoted sometimes as saying, oh, you don’t need a filter, you just need consciousness. I’m not saying that sadly, we do still need filters. We do if we are lucky enough, even if it’s just the most minimal filter. But, but there are very, very few places in the world that are not do, are not, where water is not a house of, of chemicals these days.

And that we really do need to address that. And when you are working with the spirit of water, which is where I think I’m [00:52:00] my work is, then you can really see the change you make and you relationship with water. Literally crystallized in front of your eyes because water is a house of light and a house of the divine and a container of God.

And when you start to see water differently, there is compassion that comes from you every time you smell that chlorine. And if you, and, and with your compassion and with your love, it would not surprise me if through the, the, the, the structural change. There are some other changes that are happening.

It’s just I haven’t been able to really take them to the lab and make and really see what they are yet. If there are any, I’d like to think so. I think that, I’d like to think that in time we will evolve to be able to do that.

Melissa: Yeah. Beautiful. I’d love your [00:53:00] thoughts on hydrogen water ’cause that’s now super popular.

What are your thoughts on that?

Veda: So hydrogen, to make hydrogen water, you still have to use an electrical current at the moment. Although those little ones do use a smaller, an electrical current and I think they’re working on even moving away from that and that being a different way of making molecular hydrogen.

Lots of people love molecular hydrogen. There’s lots and lots of science about how molecular hydrogen’s great for you. If you’re asking what my experience with my molecular hydrogen is, then I certainly do not speak for, for anyone else. I can only speak in here for myself. And again, I want to say everybody is different.

So some people really respond fantastically with with added molecular hydrogen. For me personally, and I have done a long. I’ve done a lot of work with molecular hydrogen ’cause [00:54:00] I’ve been sent so, so many. Not just the bottles that make molecular hydrogen, but even in molecular hydrogen to ingest right through gas.

So where you’re breathing it in. I’ve done old stuff, working on myself and my own health and I can say that my body requires more oxygen than hydrogen. My body is craves it. And the healing that I’ve personally experienced when I’ve had very different things, like I had a thyroid issue back during lockdowns and I had like a big lump in my throat and they said it was a hyperthyroid thing and that I just had to do this medicine or whatever and I didn’t do any of that ’cause I already knew my body could heal itself, what I did.

And I don’t have any of that issue anymore. I lost so much weight. People were so worried about me. I was really exhausted. I couldn’t climb the [00:55:00] stairs like I was not Well, I did eight intravenous ozone therapy sessions. Over the course of two months, I worked on myself and really looked into what emotional state I was for that to have happened, and I knew exactly what it was.

And between the ozone therapy and my working on my own stuff, it just disappeared, went away. And there’s, there’s even things you can do now where you can have not just ozone. So by this, they basically take some of your blood out and they, they ozonate it, so they, they, they put it through oxygen, through it.

So it goes from kind of a darker. Red to a bright red and then they put it back into your body. But I have actually heard, there’s a man apparently [00:56:00] in New Zealand who does a full blood transfusion, takes it a whole day of, to, to ozonate all of the blood in your body, which I would do if I was really sick.

So I, with my, with hydrogen water, for me personally, I haven’t seen much. I do get really bad headaches with it, so that tells me my body craves more oxygen at this point in my life than it’s looking for molecular hydrogen. But. Find out for yourself. You know, I mean that’s, that’s a personal thing and I, I would say that there are other options of getting the molecular hydrogen.

If you are able to go and collect your beautiful spring water and then put, there’s these little pills of molecular hydrogen you can put into the water, so then you are not using any electricity and you’re able to get the molecular hydrogen with water that still holds its structure and then you [00:57:00] can drink that.

Again, it’s personal choice. I just telling you what it is, is what I, what I think, but you know, people can think for themselves.

Melissa: Yeah. This has been so amazing. I am really inspired to just take my relationship with water to a deeper, more loving, spiritual, grateful connection. That’s what I’m walking away from.

This for me is like. More reverence, more love, more gratitude. I feel like I’ve been completely disassociated with it, and that’s just something that I do. So you’ve really inspired me to deepen my connection and my relationship with water, so thank you.

Veda: Yeah. By molecular count your 99% water. There are more water molecules in your bodies than, than all the stars in the perceivable universe.

You’re a body of water salts, minerals, and consciousness. If you [00:58:00] pardon the pardon and boil it down, this is water. Having relationship with water and your eye lens is 99% water. You see the world through the lens of water. Your biggest emotions of of laughter and sadness come out of your eyes as liquid emotion that you can literally see.

So when you put it into some perspectives and you start talking about life with energy, that is water, then, then you’re looking at reflections of yourself every time you look at water and you think, what can I do to help heal this?

Melissa: Hmm. So beautiful, so inspiring, and I feel like for my children as well, like I wanna share this with them.

I want them to have this sort of beautiful relationship with themselves with water. So thank you for sharing this amazing work and [00:59:00] spreading the message I’d love to hear. Now, if you had a magic wand and you could put one book in the school curriculum of every high school around the world, what is one of your books and then another book from another author that you would put in the curriculum.

Veda: My book book is called The Living Language of Water. And it teaches my technique at the back as well. So it’s practical. It’s 1500 photos, ex examples in there, and it covers everything from the science to the art, to the consciousness and the practical. So that’s. My book that’s out there at the moment.

And then I love the autobiography of a Yogi and I, I feel like that is quite a transformative book. Maybe not a children’s book exactly, but I’m pretty sure some teenagers could, could really benefit from that. When I was a child, I was a complete and utter nerd. I was obsessed with classical studies and my favorite book [01:00:00] was Odysseus, which was an ancient Greek story about Odysseus or sometimes called Ulysses who and all of his journeys, but it was ultimately a love story as well where he was separated from his wife for 25 years and it, and they finally come together and it’s a whole epic.

Greek story, but there is so much to learn from each story. There’s philosophy within each story, you know, when it comes to to water there. There is also another book for the adults anyway that I really love. I think it covers a lot of territory. It’s by a friend of mine called Dr. Carly Day called Water Codes, and it also covers everything from the science to spirituality.

It’s a bit heavy, probably for children, but you know, I would say those are books that I’ve really, really loved and been inspired [01:01:00] by.

Melissa: Beautiful. I’ll link to those in the show notes for anyone who wants to go and grab them. Now I wanna hear about how your day looks. Can you talk us through a quote unquote, typical day in your life?

I know no two days are ever the same, but talk us through your rituals, your routines. I’d love to hear.

Veda: Sure. When I wake up, I always spend a good 10 minutes in that in between state, just kind of going in gratitude, gratitude for my, my life, for all of the things that have happened in my life that have made me who I am.

I think about the, the water that I’m gonna work with in those times, and then when I, when I wake up. Well, I always give my husband a hug when before I get up. And, and then I have my daily ritual of like washing my face and I’m grateful for the water that touches [01:02:00] my face. It’s like a kiss of God. And then I go on and IUI love to put the kettle on.

That sound is something that my mom, my mom would, was from England and she made 120 million cups of tea a day. And not literally, but it felt like it, the kettle was like on all day. And so putting the kettle on reminds me of my mom who passed in 1999. And it’s just something that is very comforting sound for me.

And so I’ll often make a, a cup of chai for myself or I might. I go to our local store. We live in such a beautiful little area in New Zealand called Matana. We have a farmer’s market and beautiful stores, and I have friends from the lovely little cafes that I go to, and I’ll get a little treat for myself.

I have love hot drinks, so I, I, you know, I treat myself to these things, which is what I had [01:03:00] this morning. And then if I haven’t already done it, I’ll do some crystallography. So I tend to do all my crystallography usually in the morning or the late afternoon. There’s too much light that comes in at lunchtime, and I don’t, I don’t, it doesn’t, you can’t see the crystallography as well in a lot of light.

So for me it is about asking water, how it feels to share whatever order wants with me. I’m very interested in what water wants to share more than needing to see if water has memory. I’ve got over 64,000 photos of water showing me imagery like that. I don’t need any, any more of that. I, I am, I’m working in some amazing areas right now, so I’ll do at least six, six different crystallographic work with water a day, minimum.

So I’m prolific, so I’ve been doing that for 14 years and. [01:04:00] Then, and, and also before all of that, my children would’ve gone to school. My youngest is 14 and my oldest is 24. He doesn’t live with me anymore, and my son is 17. So, you know, they go to school and I tend to eat later. And I, I, I think I’ve been in a constant state of intermittent fasting most of my life.

I often won’t start eating until about one and not on purpose. That’s just kind of, I guess, how my body’s been. And yeah, I eat something to eat. My husband and I love to go for walks, so we’ll often go to the beach or, we’ll, we’ll go for walks around here locally. I do podcasts very, very often. I’m in the process right now of my American tour coming up, so I’m, uh, talking to my event manager and my personal assistant constantly.

I do podcasts. At least two or three [01:05:00] times a week. I’m also embarking on a documentary that I’m making. So that’s a big piece. So I speak a lot to a lot of people during the day until my children come home. And then we’ll make dinner and then we, my daughter and I, we always go for a routine walk. We walk the neighborhood and then we walk down to the village and we look at the eels and the stream and we say hello to them.

And then we come back and then dinner and then, and then maybe watch a show and go to bed. So that would be a typical day for me. And I would say that there’s not a day that’s gone by that I can remember where I haven’t. Oh, another routine, which I really love and people that know me start doing this once they’ve spent any time with me.

And that is before we eat. As a family, or even if it’s just me and my hu my, my husband or friends, I always say what I’m grateful for before [01:06:00] we eat and we, we will eat, go in turn saying what we are grateful for today. And we’ve been doing that my brought the children up doing that. So it’s something that means a lot to me and I don’t feel right.

If I haven’t done it, feels like there’s something missing. And so yeah, that’s, I, I guess my kind of routine. And then my shower at night is something I relish like, it’s always this kind of like a washing away of the day. It’s where I become one with water and then I spend time before as I’m dozing off to sleep, being grateful again.

I try to live my life in a, in a sort of prayer I suppose.

Melissa: Mm, beautiful. I love that. Thank you so much for sharing. So beautiful. I’ve got three rapid fire questions now to finish off. Are you ready? Yes. I feel like I know what you’re gonna say to this one, but what is one thing that we can do today for our health?

Veda: Well, there are three types of health. [01:07:00] I think probably more your physical health. I would, I would do your best to see where the nearest spring to you is and you can go on a website called Find apr and that can help you find it for your mental health. I would suggest that we find one thing that you like about yourself today and focus on that, and then your spiritual health and your spiritual health is what is your relationship with the creator and how, how can you nurture that?

Melissa: Yeah. Beautiful. I love that. What’s one thing we can do for more wealth in our life?

Veda: Shift your relationship with money. Money is an energy and one of the things that we tend to do is to, again, not see it as that we’ve separated everything from the [01:08:00] energies within us. And so to look at money as energy and start to recognize your own energy production and your own value of your energy and that money is an extension of that, and stop thinking that being spiritual means that you have to do everything for free.

You know, it’s actually not about, it’s, this isn’t even about the kind of money that we’re thinking about. It’s actually about your relationship with the energy of money. And that means an extension of yourself has this, that we term it as money, and that the more we think that. Money is the root of all evil, the more we are going to end up needing it.

But when you have abundance within you and you stop going out, I used to call myself the tress because I was a single mom for [01:09:00] years, just struggling to pay the rent, struggling to make scenes meet. Then there was a massive end of that chapter and I, and I was inspired to become, perhaps you could term it as the goddess, whereas outside everything might look the same.

But I changed. I started inviting everything in. I attracted everything into me rather than going out and hunting for it, I realized that my relationship with the energy of money is my relationship with my own sense of abundance.

Melissa: Yeah. Beautiful. I love that. Okay, our last one. What is one thing we can do for more love in our life?

Love yourself. Beautiful. This has been so amazing. I am so excited to go back and re-listen to this maybe a couple of times for myself because there’s so much goodness nuggets of wisdom in here. So I’m definitely gonna go back and re-listen to it. Is [01:10:00] there anything else you wanna share or any last parting words of wisdom?

Veda: Wisdom? I think that this, the study of water is the study of self. It’s the study of spirit, study of life. And when you start diving into this stream of knowledge when it comes to water, it opens you up to more and more and more things. What, uh, teaches us about transparency, it teaches us about patience, non-judgment, observation, and there was a beautiful quote from my autistic non-speaking friends who said, observe.

Serve though they said, they said, stop speaking, start listening, observe and serve. And, and I think that, that that’s something that we can really sit with. It’s very [01:11:00] potent. And remember that you are a container of light and, and that water is holding the light within you. And the more you start to recognize that, the less you worry about all of the more mediocre things that in this life, the less you stop looking at yourself thinking, oh, I wish this wrinkle would go away or this, this and that, and I wish I looked like this person.

And all of the contrasts that we have, if we could see the ourselves, the way water sees us, we would never worry about that. Which doesn’t mean that we stop, but it’s

Melissa: nice. A little reminder. So beautiful your work and you are helping and serving and supporting so many people all over the world. So I wanna know how I and the listeners can give back and serve you today.

How can we serve you?

Veda: Thank you. Well, I [01:12:00] am, my, my book is available, so you get to really dive deep into all of my work by maybe buying the book. You can, I, I, I have a incredible webinar coming up. It’s not soon, it’s in September, but it’s the, I am only doing one webinar this year. I normally do four. I’m traveling around the world too much this year.

This webinar is about my work with the autistic non-speaking community, and they communicate through telepathy, through writing in on their letter board and through. Actual typing and their participation in patience with me is, is, has been extraordinary. Their wisdom of water is the evolution, the literal tsunami of change I have been wanting to see in this world.

I would say that if, if [01:13:00] that webinar doesn’t change you forever, I dunno what will. It’s on my website at the moment. I just put it on a couple of days ago, and I would say for anyone that really wants to know about that part of my work as well, there’s a podcast I just did with Pam Gregory about it. It’s an astrologer.

I share all about that. I’m gonna be in France. In July, speaking every day for a week as part of faculty in Chara. And I’m sitting my, doing my PhD, so I’m, I’m part of faculty as a speaker, so I’ll be speaking two hours a day. So that’s a great place for people to meet me if they’re in France, and then actually learn and also doing a primordial water tour in.

Egypt in November, which is filling up really fast. And we’re even gonna go down the Cyrus shaft, which is in the Gza Giza Plateau, where you go down extremely dodgy ladder all the way down to where there’s water under the pyramids and where we’re doing [01:14:00] crystallography and the pyramids, all kinds of stuff from the pyramid water and the Nile and all kinds of amazing things.

So that’s a not to be missed ones, you can find all these links on my website too.

Melissa: Wow, that sounds amazing. So amazing. Wow. I’m definitely wanna do one of these. I have a newborn, so it’s probably not the season right now to do that, but one day That sounds incredible. All of the work that you’re doing is incredible.

You are incredible. Thank you so much for shining light literally on this incredible, potent topic, and I will link to everything that we’ve mentioned in the show notes for everyone to go and continue their learning and their journey. But thank you for being here. This has been such a delight. You are a delight.

Thank you so much. It’s my pleasure. Thank you for having me.
