Hey, beautiful. Welcome back to the show. I’m so excited about this episode because I haven’t spoken about this online before on my podcast or on social media. Now I’ve been sharing that. I’ve been doing some spiritual studies. So many of you have been asking, what are you studying? Tell [00:01:00] me more. I wanna go deeper myself.
Can you please share? So this year I have been studying Kabbalah and I am so in love, completely obsessed, and every spare second I get, I am studying. So if I wake up before my children, I study. As soon as my children go to bed, I study. Any moment I get I am studying. I’m completely in love with this system and I wanna share today some of the most powerful spiritual codes that I am living by that are changing my life.
And also the mega bonus is Nick is as equally as obsessed. So we are both diving deep into this, and it is so good. It is a system for living and this beautiful ancient wisdom, this Kabbalah wisdom. Is so powerful for the self-led woman. So I wanna share some of the powerful spiritual codes that I am living by, that I am loving, that are transforming [00:02:00] my relationship with my husband, that are transforming.
Everything in my life and whip out and take notes and dive deeper if you feel called. And if not, leave it and move on. And before I dive in, I just want to let you know that these are not just spiritual concepts. They are living codes. And when you apply them to your life, when you embody them, when you live by them, they change how you move through life.
They have helped me soften. They have helped me trust. They have helped me show up with more purpose and power than ever before. I have never felt more in alignment, more on purpose, more content, had more trust ever in my entire life. So I’m gonna share a couple of the most powerful ones that I have loved.
You can take them or leave them, whatever. This is just what is working for me. One of my favorite teachers of this beautiful Kabbalah wisdom [00:03:00] is David Gim. I’m gonna get him on the podcast. He is amazing. I have devoured his work. I’m obsessed, and he is such an incredible Kabbalah teacher. The way that he can take this beautiful wisdom and make it so.
Easy to digest is a true art. And so I’m gonna share some of the things that I’ve learned that I have embodied, that I am living now and loving. So one of the first ones is he gets you to ask, why is this in my movie? So we are in a movie. This is a movie, our life is a movie, and this is one of my favorite teachings.
So what this means is nothing is random. Like everything in your life, even the triggers, the delays, the detours, it is handpicked for your soul’s evolution. And instead of spiraling into, why is this happening to me, why me? You get to choose to shift to why is [00:04:00] this here for me? Why is this in my movie?
What am I meant to see, feel, own shift or correct. Okay, so. Asking that question, why is this in my movie? Takes you out of victim. So why is this happening to me? That victim mode, you get to ask, why is this in my movie? Why is this here for me? What do I need to learn? Shift, own, feel, see? Correct. Okay, so I love that.
So whenever anything happens in my life now, I go, huh, that’s interesting. Why is this in my movie? What do I need to see? Feel, own shift or Correct? Yeah. That one principle has shifted so much for me. I am no longer asking the question, why is this happening to me? So next time you go to say that, I want you to shift it to why is this in my movie?
It is a simple reframe, but a [00:05:00] powerful one. And when you ask, what am I meant to see or feel, or own or shift or correct. This is the entry into what they call your tikun, your soul’s correction. So what your tikun is is like what you came here to learn, like what are some of your big lessons in this life.
So a couple of examples of tikun. One might be control. I mean, that’s a big one for me. That might be one of yours, like one of your big things that you need to correct in this lifetime. Another one might be abandonment. That might be a big one for you. Low self-worth might be a big one. Judgment might be a big one.
People pleasing might be a big one for you. Scarcity is another big one. Resentment, fear of being seen, avoiding pain. Or taking without giving, like they are. A couple of examples of common [00:06:00] tuns for people, a big one that I see a lot of is that people pleasing, but for me a big one is control. So this leads me to the second powerful concept in Kabbalah that I love, and that is about your tikkun, your soul’s correction.
So Kabbalah teaches that we all came here with a unique soul correction, our personal healing curriculum. It’s the patterns that repeat the emotions that keep surfacing the relationship dynamics that you can’t seem to escape. And not because you’re broken, but because your soul chose this to grow, refine, and return to your highest self.
So instead of resisting the pattern, ask what part of me is this here to repair? To? Correct? So take a moment. To kind of think about like what are the big tuns in your life? Maybe you’ve got one or two or three that are coming to your mind. Maybe you resonated with some of the ones that I just [00:07:00] shared.
Maybe people pleasing, maybe control, maybe judgment or scarcity or resentment or fear of being seen. What is it for you that is your big course correction in this lifetime? So that is the second Kabbalah principle that I love. The third one that I absolutely love that has been a game changer is pause.
What a pleasure. So basically, I’m gonna give this to you in the simplest form. Anytime something happens in your life, instead of reacting, you say, pause. What a pleasure. This is here for me for a reason. This is here for me to correct. So when the guy breaks up with you, when you have financial stress, when you get fired, you say, pause.
What a pleasure. You say it out loud, this is happening for a reason. Before we react, we are asked to pause. [00:08:00] Now this is called restriction. So what happens is you hold the energy, you feel the trigger, you breathe, you don’t react. Because the pause create space for the light to enter. How many times has something happened to you and you have reacted straight away?
I mean, my hand is raised right now, so this has been so powerful me and in Kabbalah, they teach you not to react, and every time you don’t react, you transform that reaction into being proactive. You become more like the light and your manifestations get closer. Every time you react, you push your manifestations back a week, a month, a year.
So for me, this was so powerful. I was like, I don’t wanna push my manifestations away. I want them to come closer to me. So anytime with my children, I feel myself going to react. I say, pause. What a pleasure. I hold the energy, I feel the [00:09:00] trigger I breathe. I do not react. I allow the light to come in, I take a breath again, and then I respond from that place, or I don’t respond at all.
This is the work. This is the work, and every time we wanna rush, fix, numb, or overperform, I remind myself to pause. What a pleasure. The pause becomes your power. The pleasure is in your ability to choose. Pause. What a pleasure. I get to choose now if I react or if I take a breath. This has been huge for my relationship with my children and my husband.
The entire energy of our home has completely shifted from this one principle. Pause. What a pleasure. Pause. What a pleasure. When the milk spills all over my new floors, pause. What a pleasure. When my 4-year-old is having huge emotions, this concept has changed my life. [00:10:00] And for my relationship and every area of my life.
So that third one, pause. What a pleasure the power is in the stillness. Don’t forget that this one is huge. Next time something happens in your life, pause. What a pleasure. It doesn’t mean you don’t feel the fear, the guilt, the anxiety, the sadness, whatever you feel, all those things. You just don’t projectile vomited onto somebody else.
You don’t react. You feel it. Go into the bathroom, close the door. You can feel that, but we don’t react. We don’t dump it on somebody else. We breathe. We allow the light to enter, then we can move forward. Try it today. Just try it. Someone cuts you off in the traffic pause. What a pleasure. You break your favorite crystal.
Pause. What pleasure. You spill something all over your clothes. Pause. What a pleasure. You put on a nice white linen outfit like I did the other day, and your baby spills food [00:11:00] all over you. Pause. What a pleasure. This isn’t about suppression. It’s just about pausing before you react to allow the light to come in.
Huge game changer. Number four, certainty. One of the deepest frequencies in Kabbalah is certainty not blind. Optimism not forcing. A soul level knowing that the light is always working for you, even when you can’t see it. It’s not, I hope things will work out. It’s this is happening for my highest good. I trust the process.
I trust the light. Now in Kabbalah, you know, you can call the light God creator, higher frequency, whatever word resonates for you. So this is happening for my highest good. I trust the process. I trust the creator. I trust God. I trust the light. Certainty isn’t controlling the outcome. It’s surrendering [00:12:00] with strength.
This has been a game changer for me. Creator. Give me certainty in my marriage. Creator. Give me certainty in my home life. Creator, give me certainty in my business, creator, give me certainty In my parenting, you ask for certainty from the creator and you feel it. That frequency of certainty is what allows more of the light to come in.
It isn’t about controlling the outcome, it is about surrendering with strength. So right now, you could ask for certainty around your relationship. Creator, give me certainty around my relationship creator. Give me certainty around my career creator. Give me certainty around my housing situation. Creator, give me certainty around my finances.
When we rest in that frequency of certainty, more light is able to come in [00:13:00] and your manifestations come closer. Sit in certainty, ask for certainty. The alternative is sitting in fear. I don’t know. I hope things work out. What’s gonna happen? I’m scared. I don’t know what’s around the corner. The unknown is scary.
Yes, you can go down that way or you can sit in certainty. There’s only two choices. Fear, doubt, or certainty. One feels way better than the other. So, which one do you want to sit in? I know which one feels better in my body certainty. The fifth principle that I love is, well, they talk about the light, and it’s always present and it’s always available.
So the light is the source of all goodness, clarity, abundance, and love. But we only access it when we align our vessel, our consciousness to receive it. So every challenge is a chance to increase [00:14:00] your capacity for light. The more we expand, the more we can receive. That’s why the work matters. The inner shifts aren’t just self-help.
They are how we become vessels for light. So the light is always there, it’s always present, and we get to choose whether we want to tap into it and our vessel, our consciousness, our soul. Can hold infinite light. But when we judge, when we people please, when we sit in scarcity or resentment, or we react, that is not allowing more light into our vessel, that is taking light away.
So we want more light. And remember that it’s always present. It’s always available. So the sixth principle that I love. That David talks a lot about is coming from a giving place. In every moment, you are either choosing to [00:15:00] receive for yourself alone or to give and to share. Now, Kabbalah teaches true fulfillment comes from giving, from contributing, from elevating others.
Now, when I show up here for my podcast, for my social media community, in my emails, for my family, for my friends, I ask myself, how can I serve? How can I come from a giving place? And when I do that, the fulfillment flows. So I want you to ask yourself, like when you are doing something for someone else, are you actually coming from a giving place?
Like even if you are doing something, or are you coming from a needy place? Are you trying a people please like, or are you genuinely coming from a giving place? Are you giving because you want them to approve of you or like you and not abandon you? Or are you genuinely coming from a giving place?
Everything that you do today, I want you to try and come from a giving place, from that place of pure [00:16:00] love, for wanting to contribute, for wanting to elevate others. Every person you meet today, every person you have an interaction with, come from a giving place. Just try it, see how you go. It’s a fun experiment.
Now, the seventh principle that I love is. Asking the creator for strength. This one is super simple, but it’s so powerful. Now, when you feel overwhelmed, unsure, in fear or on edge, I want you to ask. I want you to say, creator, give me strength. Give me clarity. Help me see what I cannot see. Give me strength.
With my relationship, give me clarity. Help me see what I can’t see. Give me strength creator with my finances. Give me clarity. Help me see what I cannot see. Give me strength with my health. Give me strength with my children. Give me strength with whatever it is. Give me strength with my business. Give me clarity.
Help me see what I can’t see. Kabbalah [00:17:00] reminds us that you are not meant to do this alone. The light is available, but it responds to you asking. So every night when I am breastfeeding Prince for his last feed before he goes to bed, I pray and I sit and I ask for strength and certainty in whatever areas that I need.
And I say, dear creator, give me strength and certainty around this. Give me clarity. Help me see what I cannot see. That is such a powerful question, and it’s a game changer. It helps you not feel so alone because you’re not alone. We are not alone. And then the last one that I love, there’s so many, but these eight are like really lighting me up right now, and Nick and I are working on them.
We are actively chatting about them. So I wanted to share these eight with you. And if you love this, I will share more about Kabbalah for you and what I’m learning. I will go deeper for you if you love it. [00:18:00] So just let me know on Instagram. But the eighth and final one is, desire is holy, but it has to be aligned.
So your desires aren’t wrong. In fact, they are sacred, my friend, but the desire must come with transformation. So if you desire wealth, health, purpose, love that is amazing. And the creator wants you to have everything that you desire. It wants you to have everything that you desire, but Kabbalah says, you must become the version of you that can hold that light without shame.
I’m gonna talk about shame in a second, but you have to become the version of you who can hold that light, those desires without shame. No shortcuts, no handouts, because. What you haven’t earned energetically cannot fulfill you. This is the teaching of Bread of Shame. Okay? So [00:19:00] bread of Shame is like when you receive something that you haven’t earned, when you come into inheritance, or when you parents buy you a house or hand you a business or give you a car, whatever it is, when you come into something that you haven’t energetically earned.
It cannot and will not fulfill you. That is what I mean by shame. You must become the version of you who can hold that light without the bread of shame. Like he goes so deep into this, and this is a whole episode on its own, but this is not about hustling harder, it’s about aligning deeper. So the creator wants you to have everything you desire, but the catalyst say.
You must become the version of you who can hold that light without bread of shame. No shortcuts, no handouts. [00:20:00] So if there is something in your life that you desire that you haven’t yet got, it’s because you haven’t energetically earned it yet. And that’s not a bad thing. You just haven’t energetically earned it yet, but it’s there and it’s coming.
You’ve gotta energetically become the version of you that can hold that. So they are the eight cabalistic principles that I am loving right now, that I am living, that Nick and I are constantly chatting about, that we are embodying in our home and in our life. And I really hope that you got something out of this, these.
Just a few teachings that are nourishing me and us right now that are helping me stay grounded in trust, regulated in uncertainty, and committed to my soul’s path. I hope they landed for you. Even just one, one phrase or one activation. [00:21:00] You don’t need to master them all. You could just start with one question, like, why is this in my movie?
And you could go from there. Pick one of those eight principles that I shared and just see how it feels. The first one was, why is it in my movie? The second one is all about your Tikun, like what are your soul’s corrections? The third one was pause. What a pleasure. The fourth one is certainty. The fifth one was the light always present, always available.
The sixth one is coming from a giving place, the seventh one asking the creator for strength. And the eighth one is remembering that desire is holy, but it has to be aligned. Yes, the creator wants you to have everything that you desire, but you have to energetically earn it and become the version of you that can hold that light.
