That was me for SO long — I’d eat too much, or not enough, or I’d eat to numb myself rather than nourish myself. I was also obsessed with what I ate — I’d spend so much time stressing about my next meal, or beating myself up over the last one, it was exhausting.
It wasn’t until I discovered the concept of mindful and intuitive eating a few years back that I was able to rediscover the joy of nourishing my temple and reclaim my relationship with food. It’s been a huge turning point in my life, and I’ll never ever go back to the way things were — having freedom around food has been revolutionary for me.
