I follow a specific eating plan. Are the recipes in this book suitable for me?

Hopefully! ;) I don’t like using labels to categorise my food philosophy, but in a nutshell, this book is about using natural, real wholefoods to provide your body with maximum nutrients so it can thrive. It’s compatible with people who follow the principles of Paleo, food combining, Body Ecology, low sugar, or an anti-inflammatory diet. Many of the recipes (and philosophy) are also suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

I don’t have endless hours in the kitchen. Is The Glow Kitchen right for me?

Hell yes, sista! I know what it’s like to have a to-do list as long as the Thames and a million projects on the go. In fact, part of my motivation for writing this book was to show you that if you’re smart, you don’t need to compromise on your health or nutrition, even when life is hectic. That’s why I’ve made sure to include recipes that can be whipped up, dishes that can be prepared and then popped in a slow-cooker, dinners that are just as delish as leftovers (if you’ve got any!), and meals that you can batch-cook on the weekend then enjoy throughout the week.

I’m not exactly a Masterchef. Will I be able to follow these recipes?

Absolutely. For starters, these recipes have been created and at least triple-tested, to ensure that they’re spot-on perfect with no tricky bits. Secondly, though I love cooking now, it hasn’t always been that way! I’ve designed these dishes so that they’re achievable and replicable, even if you’re a wellness newbie. I’ve also included heaps of great info throughout the book to walk you through my kitchen essentials and help you skip straight to the head of the class! ;)
