About Luka McCabe

Luka McCabe is the creator and owner of Boob to Food, an online education resource that helps parents start their babies on solid foods. She is a Registered Midwife, Registered Nurse, Certified Nutrition Consultant, Parenting Educator and mother of three.

Luka is passionate about postpartum and infant nutrition. She believes that by setting up good eating foundations at an early age, we can avoid bad habits later in life — and in turn, hopefully avoid the many preventable diseases now prevalent in our society.

Her focus is on whole foods that are nutrient dense, easy to prepare and enjoyable for the whole family. She shares her incredibly useful tips, techniques and strategies, along with drool-worthy recipes, on her website and Instagram account: @boobtofood.
