The Return Of The Wild Woman With Daniel Vitalis

Continue

When I first started my business, I was firmly rooted in my masculine energy. I was always striving, pushing, hustling, because... well, that’s what I thought I had to do in order to be ‘successful’. But let it be said: that so ain’t the case, sista! We all possess both the masculine and feminine energies within us, and it’s when we learn how to elegantly dance between the two that life begins to flow a whole lot more effortlessly.

Over the years, it’s taken practice to master the art of balancing both, and I have deliberately sought out and learned from the best... which is why I am super excited to share with you today this epic interview with Daniel Vitalis.

Daniel Vitalis is a writer, podcaster, public speaker, and lifestyle pioneer in the sphere of human health, personal development, and strategic living. Encouraging us to “ReWild Ourselves”, he teaches that invincible health is produced by a life aligned with our innate biological design.

In this interview with Daniel Vitalis, you will learn...

  • What it means to rewild yourself, and how to do it in our modern society.
  • Daniel’s unusual story of how he got to where he is today.
  • Powerful techniques to get back in touch with our natural wild side.
  • Daniel’s 6 elements of life, and why being adaptable is imperative for modern day living.
  • Why it’s so important to tune into Mother Nature.
  • The sacred dance between the masculine and feminine, and how to balance those two sides of yourself.
  • How to reconnect with your divine feminine (so essential for a juicy life).
  • How to choose a partner, and why it’s important to be fully open to each other.
  • Why a woman doesn’t need one man to provide for her family.
  • Why Daniel decided to marry himself (yep!).
  • The best product for women (his answer will surprise you!). Plus so much more.

Amazing, right!

The product Daniel mentioned is Immortal Velvet Gold which you can get here.

Now I would love to hear from you. What is your biggest key takeaway from this interview? Share with me in the comments below.

Thank you, as always, for being here and for wanting to be the best version of you. I honor your commitment to your beautiful self.

      Hi Mel,
Love, love, love this post. So much juicy wisdom to soak up! I just wanted to ask, I am going to a birthday dinner for a family member on Friday night at a restaurant that doesn't exactly serve the nourishing food I am accustomed to (think deep fried and sauce laden Asian food!) normally I can spot some fish and veggies in the menu but not at this venue, I am wondering what to do about this as I don't want to offend anyone but certainly don't want to put this stuff into my temple!
      Thank you so much,
      Sarah x

        Hey Sarah,

I would call up the restaurant before you go and tell them your requirements and see what they can do. If you ask nicely most people will be more than happy to help you out. Let me know how you go ;)

        xx

Interesting discussion and ideas. I would like to know how many women actually identify with some of the ideals of what men want, for example; feeling free, less talking and not so much hanging with babies?

      Hi Melissa

This seriously blew me away, it just makes so much sense. I had goosebumps also!

I'd love to know more about moon cycles and fertility health and fully embracing it.

Can you point me in the direction of some articles or books?

      Thanks!

      Bridget xo

Ps love these interviews, every one is full of information that I never knew existed.

        Hey Bridget,

I haven't found a great resource for moon cycles yet but if you find one please let me know. And in terms of fertility my girl Nat is the best.

You could also check out the book The Red Tent - 20th Anniversary Edition: A NovelThe Red Tent, it's awesome.

Such an incredible interview. We're always shaping our gender identities and our gender roles, and sometimes we're pressured to choose only one of the two. There's a masculinity and femininity in all of us and instead of suppressing one and letting the other dominate, we need to balance them in order to find optimal vitality in our lives!

      • Melissa
        February 26, 2016

Exactly honey. It's a dance between the two ;)

I am sooooo happy to see Daniel Vitalis on here!! I find him so literate and interesting, and I find myself devouring everything that he puts out. The quality of the information that he delivers would be alone, but he does it with such passion and humour that I can't get enough. It is thanks to him and his ReWild Yourself podcast that I even got started on this life-long wellness journey, and I will forever be grateful for that... Seeing you 2 team up is almost too good to be true :) Thank you for this great interview!!

    • February 26, 2016

SO many good moments in this interview! I never really thought about how when we try to get men to open up, it's going against their masculine nature. I really like the idea of embracing our natural feminine energy and letting them be their wonderful masculine selves. And I also loved the interviews he did with Kim Anami- so good right??

AMAZING!!! I'm going to watch this again! And with my husband! Could you please write an article on how/ideas of how to embrace our femininity? I'm a primary school teacher and I think I could easily tap more into my feminine side rather than my "go, go, go!" masculine side when I'm at work! But ideas for the weekend/after work would be great too! Thanks so much! You are so inspiring and awesome!! :)

Mel and Daniel, good grey grief. I had goosebumps all the way through this conversation, and what Daniel said about men hunting all day, so not talking the way women do, makes so much sense. Everyone should watch the video!

I had to take a break in the middle just to let everything sink in. So, so good...

Thank you for bring this to us, beautiful- what a treat! xx

OMG I have had goose bumps and tears in my eyes this entire interview! What a beautiful amazing special soul. What an inspiration to rise above such a sad and challenged upbringing and yet be able to give so much. Daniels clarity and simple way of explaining such a complex subject is perfect. I
too could listen to him for hours.
Thanks Melissa for bringing him into my life xxxx

Absolutely loved this interview, and was exactly what I needed to hear right now. Funnily enough, it didn't take the direction that I thought it was going to go in, but got so much more out of it than I thought I would. What a beautiful soul Daniel is. I could feel his warmth, so endearing. Thank you Melissa :) xxx

Fantastic! Really made me think about the masculine energy I carry a lot of the time. It is difficult when dealing in quite masculine things on a daily basis to be able to bring in that feminine....work to be done!
Can you also tell me the product that is recommended at the end - is it Elk....?
      Thank you!
